35 Sunday Affirmations To Rejuvenate Your Spirit
Below, discover 35 beautiful Sunday affirmations to replenish, recharge, and rejuvenate your spirit. (And don’t forget to download your free printable affirmations below!)
Is Sunday The Beginning Or The End?
Sundays are arguably the most peculiar day of the week.
Some calendars will start a new week on Sunday, while on others, you’ll find it at the end.
For religious reasons, Sunday has long been viewed as the most important day of the week and thus used to signify the start of a new seven-day period. But with the advent of industrialization and the five-day work week, Monday began to take its place as the ceremonial inaugurator of a brand new week.
So is Sunday the beginning or the end? Is it the final puzzle piece of a seven-day week or the beginning of a fresh new 168 hours?
I tend to think Sunday exists in the undefined space of the in-between.
It’s not entirely a beginning or an end. On Sunday, we haven’t fully stepped into a new week, but we’re not really clinging to the prior week, either. We’re living in a space in-between what was and what’s coming: a space where nothing is completely certain but anything is possible.
A space where we can start to shed the layers of our past selves so we can make space for something new to emerge.
A space where we can replenish, recharge, and refill our own cups.
A space where we don’t necessarily have to do. Where maybe, for a little while, we can simply be.
Below, you’ll find 35 Sunday affirmations to help you embrace this space of the in-between: releasing the old, stepping into the new, and replenishing your spirit along the way.
And to support your own personal journey, you can download your free printable Sunday affirmations and keep these empowering words with you no matter where you are on your path.

40 Positive Affirmations For Letting Go & Moving Forward
In this article, discover 40 profound affirmations for letting go, moving forward, and embracing all parts of your journey. Let these affirmations guide you forward and help you to release what no longer serves you to make space for new beginnings.
Letting Go
Letting go.
These two words can bring up a lot of heavy and conflicting emotions, both positive and negative. On one hand, letting go represents an opportunity to move forward into a beautiful new beginning.
On the other hand, letting go may mean releasing something that’s been a profound part of your life – something you’re not quite sure you’re fully ready to release.
The reasons you might need to let go are numerous and far-reaching:
- Letting go of past relationships
- Letting go of control
- Letting go of a dream
- Letting go of pain
- Letting go of fear, anger, or another feeling that doesn’t serve you
- Letting go of the vision you once had for your future
- Letting go of a job, a home, or something else that’s been meaningful for you
- Letting go of the past, in all of its beautiful, sometimes heartbreaking messiness.
One reason why people sometimes have a difficult time letting go is that they believe this somehow lessens their past experiences. For instance, you might think that moving on from a past relationship means that the past relationship wasn’t important or meaningful.
But this isn’t true.
You can love, honor, and cherish all the memories of that past relationship while still moving forward. To honor the past, you don’t have to live in it. You can acknowledge what it meant to you – how important it was to you.
And you can keep moving forward.
You can keep dreaming of a beautiful future.
You can keep following your heart into an incredible new chapter of your life.
Below, you’ll find 40 profound affirmations for letting go and moving forward. Because “letting go” can pertain to so many situations and carry so many different meanings, you’ll find affirmations for different aspects of this sometimes difficult experience. Allow yourself to find the affirmations that resonate with you and let them be a loving guide forward on your beautiful journey.

100 Wholehearted Promises to Make to Yourself Today
Read below for 100 wholehearted promises you deserve to make to yourself today, inspired by Brene Brown’s definition of wholeheartedness. Plus, don’t forget to download your free printable wholehearted promises below!
Daring Greatly
Brene Brown is a bestselling author and research professor whose 2010 Ted Talk, The Power of Vulnerability, has become one of the most watched talks in the world. (As of this writing, it has over 55,000,000 views on the Ted website.) Brown researches and discusses topics like vulnerability, shame, courage, and empathy: words that evoke all kinds of feelings and emotions within (sometimes positive and sometimes uncomfortable, but always worthwhile). I’ve always been drawn to Brown when I watch her speeches, read her interviews, and listen to her on podcasts. When I started reading her bestselling book, Daring Greatly, I became especially drawn to the topic of wholeheartedness.
A few of Brown’s quotes on wholeheartedness (and the inspiration for the wholehearted promises below) from Daring Greatly:
- “Wholeheartedness. There are many tenets of Wholeheartedness, but at its very core is vulnerability and worthiness; facing uncertainty, exposure, and emotional risks, and knowing that I am enough.”
- “Those who feel lovable, who love, and who experience belonging simply believe they are worthy of love and belonging. I often say that Wholeheartedness is like the North Star: We never really arrive, but we certainly know if we’re headed in the right direction.”
- “Spirituality emerged as a fundamental guidepost in Wholeheartedness. Not religiosity but the deeply held belief that we are inextricably connected to one another by a force greater than ourselves—a force grounded in love and compassion. For some of us that’s God, for others it’s nature, art, or even human soulfulness. I believe that owning our worthiness is the act of acknowledging that we are sacred. Perhaps embracing vulnerability and overcoming numbing is ultimately about the care and feeding of our spirits.”
Wow.
And my absolute favorite, which comes from her book The Gifts of Imperfection:
- “Wholehearted living is about engaging with our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion and connection to wake up in the morning and think, ‘No matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough.’ It’s going to bed at night thinking, ‘Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging.‘”
Affirmation for a Wholehearted Life
Wholeheartedness is still a word I’m allowing to gently settle over and within me. I’m still exploring it and discovering it. I haven’t yet uncovered my own definition for what it means to me, but I know that Brown’s definition is the very thing I strive for in my own life. And it’s her words on wholeheartedness that inspired me to create these wholehearted promises below.
Her words also inspired me to create my own personal affirmation to share with you:
- I am living a wholehearted life. I know my undeniable worthiness, and I act from that place of worthiness every single day. The more I put myself out there, the more unafraid I become of my own imperfections, flaws, and perceived failures. In fact, when I step back and look at all my imperfections, I think they’re kind of beautiful. I embrace the messiness of living. I allow myself to accept and receive love, both from myself and others, knowing I am always worthy of such beautiful and open-hearted love. And I know, undoubtedly, that I am enough, just as I am. Nothing about me is wrong. Nothing about me is a mistake. I am worthy. Always.
This doesn’t mean that I “get it right” all the time. But whenever I stray from living a wholehearted life, I know I can always realign and come home to myself again. And that’s the key, really. It’s not about living a perfect life all the time. It’s about knowing how to find your way home.
So below, I’ve written 100 wholehearted promises for you to make to yourself today to live a beautifully imperfect, wholehearted life. Whenever you stray from your authentic path, allow these words to be like the gentle beacon of a lighthouse, guiding your way home. Also be sure to download your free printable wholehearted promises so you can repeat these promises to yourself daily.

40 Friday Affirmations To End The Week With Positivity
Below, discover 40 Friday affirmations to end the week with a mindset of gratitude, hope, and positivity. Allow these affirmations to become your anchor at the end of each week as you open your eyes and discover the miracles and magic unfolding in your life in this very moment. (Plus, don’t forget to download your free printable affirmations below!)
Ending The Week With Positivity
No matter what happened this week, you always have control of your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. In fact, this is true at all times. In all moments, you are the only one who has any power over how you feel. And through all experiences, you choose your perspective; you get to choose whether you view your life experiences through a positive or negative lens.
So why should you choose positivity? Well first, I want to make it clear what it means to choose positivity. First and foremost, this does not mean glossing over or suppressing any heavy feelings you may be experiencing. It doesn’t mean pretending the bad doesn’t exist. And it doesn’t mean ignoring uncomfortable truths when they arise.
What it does mean is that in all situations, especially in ones that seem negative on the surface, you can find opportunities for lessons and growth. It means that even if you didn’t get exactly what you want this week, you still choose faith and hope. It means knowing that you have the courage to handle all experiences with strength and grace. And it means knowing that nothing outside of you can affect what happens inside of you unless you let it.
You can have a hard day and still feel so grateful for this life you get to live.
You can have a negative encounter with another person and know that their low and even toxic energy has nothing to do with you.
You can experience a setback and still trust that somehow, in some way, you’re still moving forward, even though it doesn’t always feel like it.
Below, you’ll find 40 Friday affirmations to end your week with a positive mindset. Some of these affirmations are focused on how you approach this brand new day. Others are geared toward cultivating a perspective of gratitude and positivity for the week as a whole. And you’ll find a few that are all about releasing your worries and using the weekend to focus on fun, play, and self-care.
Use these affirmations throughout your Friday to help you end the week on a positive note and maintain a perspective of hope, trust, and gratitude for this life you get to live. (And don’t forget to download your free printable Friday affirmations below!)

30 Affirmations For Procrastination & Self-Discipline
Below, discover 30 powerful affirmations for procrastination to help you cultivate meaningful self-discipline, complete your tasks, and give yourself the true freedom you seek.
Overcoming Procrastination
We’ve all experienced moments of procrastination throughout our lives. We procrastinate schoolwork, job assignments, household chores, going to the gym, and all the tedious tasks on our daily to-do lists. But it’s not just the small things we put off. Sometimes, we put off having that hard conversation. We avoid trying that new thing we always kind of wanted to do but have been scared to try because of all the uncertainties associated with doing something we’ve never done before. And we’ll also even procrastinate taking the first step to living our dreams, often because of fear of failure and not wanting to make mistakes.
There’s a difference between taking a rest day to give yourself a mental break from all your daily tasks (these are often needed) and avoiding something that you know needs to get done. You’ll know the difference from how it feels. A rest break will feel like a soulful sigh of relief; procrastination will feel like a heavy weight bearing down on your body that just won’t go away.
Procrastination has affected us all at some point, but you have the power at any point to change your story. You control your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions. So at any moment, you can choose to step away from procrastination and step into the life you want to create for yourself.
Here are some tips for overcoming procrastination:
- Remember your why. Why are you doing this task in the first place? Why does this matter? If you do this one thing, what will you gain?
- Release perfection. One of the biggest barriers to getting started is the fear of making mistakes. Give yourself permission to be imperfect, make mistakes, and learn as you go.
- Don’t wait for the right time. There will never be a “right” time, and you’ll likely never feel truly ready. Do it anyway.
- Remember that discipline generates freedom. When you approach all your tasks with discipline, especially the ones you don’t want to do, you’re freeing up your future. (Plus, you won’t have the weight of the task still sitting on your shoulders, reminding you that it needs to get done.)
Below, discover 30 affirmations for procrastination to help you complete your tasks and master self-discipline. Anytime you find yourself avoiding a task, return to these affirmations as a reminder that everything you do today leads you to an even better tomorrow.

45 Goal Affirmations For Achieving Your Dreams
The path to your goals begins with a vision, self-belief, and the courage to take the first step. Below, discover 45 empowering goal affirmations to help you gain confidence and unlock your inner strength as you step forward on the path to achieving your most heartfelt dreams.
Achieving Your Goals
It starts with a dream: a vision of a life that excites you. That lights you up. That brings you to your knees.
You write down this vision and turn it into a goal, and you decide what you need to do to achieve this goal.
From this goal, you create a plan. Your plan isn’t complete, though. There are holes where you’re not sure how you’ll get from A to B. You might call these holes uncertainties at first, but in time, you discover they’re actually possibilities. They help you to remain open to the unexpected. To find opportunities where you didn’t see them before.
You follow this plan, one small step at a time, trusting your intuition to guide you forward. And it may happen in a single grand moment, or it may sneak up on you unexpectedly, but one day, you’ll look around in awe as you discover the vision you once had is now your reality. You created this. You made the abstract real and the impossible possible. And you never needed any special powers or abilities to get here. It all happened because you had a vision and the courage to take the first step.
This is the path to achieving your dreams. What was once a vision in your mind becomes a goal, and from that goal, you create a plan to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. The key is to not make your plan too narrow. Don’t confine yourself to one possible path, but leave a little room for the unexpected. You may find that there are roads that will lead you to your goals that are even faster (and more enjoyable) than your original plan if you keep an open heart and open mind.
It all starts with a vision, self-belief, and the courage to take the first step.
You are worthy of achieving your biggest, most heartfelt goals. Below, discover 45 empowering goal affirmations to help you gain confidence and unlock your inner strength as you step forward on the path to creating the life of your dreams.

Scripting Manifestation Examples: A How-To Guide
In this article, get powerful scripting manifestation examples to help you script your dreams and manifest your desires into your reality. Plus, get suggested sentences and sentence starters to help you feel as if you truly already have all of your deepest dreams in the present moment. Save these sentences and sentence starters as a PDF file to your phone, tablet, or laptop, or print and keep them in your scripting journal for extra inspiration.
What Is Scripting?
When you were younger, did you ever keep a diary to capture everything that had happened that day on paper? You might’ve started your journal or diary entry with what you ate for breakfast and narrated the events that happened throughout the day. Maybe you described your emotions as you encountered different experiences: the feeling of joy when you got to play with your best friend or anger when another kid did something to make you mad.
In many ways, scripting is similar to how you might have written a diary entry when you were younger, except you’re using visualization to script a day in your perfect, dream life.
So what exactly is scripting? Scripting is the practice of writing about your dreams and desires in story-like form, as if you already possess everything you want to manifest.
For instance, if you want to manifest your dream job, you can script a typical day in the life of your dream job as though you already have it right now. If you want to manifest better health, you can write about how it feels to be perfectly healthy, fit, and strong. And if you want to manifest love, you can script a day in the life with your perfect partner, as though this person is already in your life in this moment.
The key to unlock the magic of scripting is not just to write the words but to truly feel the positive emotions of already having everything you desire. Allow yourself to feel loved, joyful, peaceful, free, happy, healthy, and loved now. When you invite these feelings into your inner world, you become a magnet for even more positive feelings and experiences to manifest in your outer world.
Want to manifest love? Feel loved now.
Want to manifest wealth? Feel abundant now.
Want to manifest the life of your dreams? Feel as though you’re already living it right now.

Scripting Manifestation Examples
To help you get started with scripting, I’ve written some scripting manifestation examples below. In the first example, I’ve written in past tense, as if I’m writing a diary entry at the end of the day, replaying everything that’s happened that day. In the second example, I write the same script in present tense, as if I’m experiencing these moments right now.
Either past or present tense is fine for scripting; use the tense that feels best to you. The only rule is that you don’t want to use future tense when you script. It’s never, “I will have the perfect dream job.” Rather, you’re writing as though you already have the perfect dream job right now.
Additionally, I’ve included some suggested sentences and sentence starters you can include in your scripts to help you truly feel as if you already have your dreams and desires in this present moment. Use these sentences and sentence starters to embrace the feelings of gratitude and appreciation for all that you’ve manifested in your life.
Scripting Manifestation Examples: Past Tense
Dear Universe,
Today was truly an extraordinary day. When I woke up, I was greeted with warm rays of sunshine brushing against my cheeks. It felt like a gentle, loving message from the Universe welcoming me to this new day. After a restful night of sleep, I felt energized and ready to greet the day. Careful not to wake up my love sleeping next to me, I awoke and headed to the kitchen, where a fresh pot of coffee waited for me. I spent the first hour of my morning journaling and meditating. Then, I went for a beautiful walk in the foothills behind my home. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more calm and at peace. I knew in every cell of my body that everything was working out perfectly for me, just as it always does.
I spent my day doing what I love. I connected with beautiful souls and offered meaningful help to others. I’m still in awe that this life is really mine. An old client of mine sent me an email thanking me for making such a positive difference in her life. She is now living the life she loves and helping others do the same. I can’t think of anything in the world more incredible than this feeling. I can see now how living the life of my dreams is the most selfless thing I can do for this world. When I spread my light, another person feels empowered to spread theirs, and then another spreads theirs, and this continues. I am so grateful I get to be part of this beautiful experience.
And another miracle: I received an unexpected check for more money than I’ve ever made in a single day! I still can’t believe it. The money came to me in the energy of love, bringing harm to no one. I feel so happy and grateful to know that every time I spend money in the energy of love, I receive even more in return. I used to believe that money was limited, but now I know that money is abundant, and there is more than enough to go around for all of us.
I spent the evening with my love. We cooked dinner together (taco night!) and watched TV together snuggled up on the couch. As my love held me, I’ve never felt safer or more treasured, cherished, and adored. Thank you, Universe, for blessing me with unconditional love. I am so grateful for the miracles that brought us together, and I will never take a second of this life for granted.
Today was a miracle. Just like yesterday was; just like tomorrow will be. I feel so grateful to live this life of mine. I am receiving more and more every day, and it just keeps getting better.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

50 Positive Affirmations To Fall In Love With Yourself
In this article, discover 50 positive affirmations to fall in love with yourself every single day. Plus, get tips on how to cultivate a mindset of unconditional self-love. And don’t forget to download your free PDF of these uplifting affirmations to save to your device or print to keep in your office or home.
How To Fall In Love With Yourself
I used to believe that the path to falling in love with myself would be a linear journey, and at the end of it, I’d discover the secret to deep, lifelong self-love.
What I’ve learned, though, is that this path is very much non-linear. There may be days when you feel like you’ve uncovered the secret to everlasting joy and love, and then one day, something happens, and you start to question everything you thought you knew. You may doubt yourself. You may wish you could change certain parts of you. And during these times, you may feel like you’ve taken a step back in your journey.
I was doing so well, you think. And now I’ve messed up and ruined it all.
But here’s the truth:
Those steps back? They aren’t steps back at all. They’re actually opportunities to move forward. When you encounter an experience that triggers something painful within, the Universe isn’t trying to hurt you or push you backwards on your path. It’s allowing you the opportunity to release old feelings and beliefs in order to grow.
These experiences also give you the chance to practice self-compassion. When you recognize negative energy within, instead of chastising yourself, you have the opportunity to say, “I see my pain. I see my fears. I recognize that I’ve made mistakes and that I don’t always react to situations as my highest self. And that’s okay. Because no matter what, I am still worthy of unconditional love and compassion.”
This path to falling in love with yourself isn’t paved in perfection.
It’s paved in compassion. In forgiveness. In honoring every part of you, both your light and your shadows.
Falling in love with yourself isn’t simply the destination you seek. It is the journey. It’s the path you walk upon. It’s the tiny things you do for yourself every single day. And it’s allowing yourself to believe that no matter what you do or don’t do, you are always worthy. Right now. Just as you are. Today and always.

Practices For Falling In Love With Yourself
There is no single path to falling in love with yourself that will look the same for everyone. But here are some of the practices that may help you in your journey:
- Practice self-compassion daily.
- See yourself as an extension of the Universe: limitless, infinite, whole, eternal, and filled with unconditional love.
- Align with your highest self: the real and true you. This is the infinite, everlasting part of you that is unchanged by external circumstances and experiences. Your highest self knows the right path and often doesn’t operate in the logical mind but in the heart. Listen to the wisdom of this part of yourself.
- Practice accepting love from yourself and others, even you make a mistake.
- When you feel like you have no energy, don’t try to push forward anyway. Take a step back. In those moments, ask your soul what it needs. Then, pour it into yourself.
- Don’t suppress negative emotions. Allow them to flow within and through you. You can only release them by feeling your way through them. And sometimes, this requires breaking down, screaming, yelling, and allowing the tears to fall unapologetically.
- Meet yourself where you are now. Maybe you’re not where you want to be, but you can still love yourself right now as you continue to grow.
- Meditate. Journal. Practice stillness. Take long walks. Read. Stretch. But don’t do any of these things just because you feel like you should do them. Do what feels good to you. (And know that what feels good to you can change daily, and that’s okay.)
- Celebrate your small wins just as much as your big ones.
- Honor your heart. Honor your inner knowing. Honor the wisdom that exists within. No matter what someone else says, you’re the only one who ultimately knows what’s best for you.
Self-care is a vital part in showing yourself complete and unconditional self-love. 50 Positive Affirmations For Job Interviews
Below, discover 50 positive affirmations for job interviews to help you walk into your next interview with confidence, trust, and self-belief.
Creating A Success Mindset For Interviews
How often have you entered a job interview actually feeling truly confident when you walked into the room? Even if you’ve done as much preparation as humanly possible, you likely still have lingering doubts weighing heavily on your mind.
- What if they ask something I didn’t prepare for?
- What if I forget to mention something important?
- What if I completely blank when they ask a question?
- What if they don’t like my outfit?
- What if . . .
The what if scenarios are truly endless. And the truth is, some of them may happen. Maybe they’ll ask you a question you weren’t expecting. Maybe you’ll ramble on for a couple minutes before finally getting to the point of what you wanted to say.
And you know what? That’s okay. The best thing you can do before an interview is prepare as best as you know how. And the worst thing?
Worrying about things you can’t control, making up scenarios in your mind that will probably never happen, and allowing your energy to be drained by negativity.
You have the power to control your mindset, just like you get to control your thoughts and emotions. Nobody else. You. So before you walk into an interview, instead of worrying about all the things that you can’t control, focus on what you can control:
- Your preparation
- Your attitude
- Your self-belief
- Your breathing
- Your thoughts
- Your emotions
