How To Protect Your Energy (7 Essential Practices)
In this post, learn how to protect your energy with 7 simple yet profound practices. Plus, get positive affirmations for protecting your energy and images you can save for later!
Protecting Your Energy
One of the greatest self-care practices you can do on a daily basis is to protect your energy.
But what exactly does this mean?
Protecting your energy means choosing how you think and feel rather than allowing outside forces to dictate your thoughts and emotions.
It means that no matter what’s happening in the outer world, you’re able to cultivate a beautiful inner world through your own thoughts, beliefs, and choices.
And it means being true to your authentic self and not hiding or denying a single part of yourself for anything or anyone.
Finally, it also means holding yourself accountable. For instance, if you’re in a group that’s gossiping about someone you know, you have the choice to engage in the gossip or step away. At all times, you can ask yourself, what action best serves my positive energy?
Another question I like to ask is, what path feels most like love to me?
For the example above, if love feels like walking away from gossip, then that’s the best thing you can do in that moment to protect your energy. Because ultimately, the best energy protector is love itself.
Love might feel like morning meditations. It might feel like a walk in nature. It may feel like spending every Wednesday night alone, practicing self-care.
In all instances, you can choose the path that feels like love to support and protect your divine energy.
Below, I’ve listed seven powerful practices you can incorporate into your daily life to protect your energy. These practices range from using crystals and water as an energy purifier to taking social media breaks and setting loving boundaries. I encourage you to find the practices that resonate the most and begin to use them each day to protect your whole self: mind, body, and soul.
And again, because it can’t be emphasized enough:
The greatest way to protect your energy is to follow the path that feels like love.
Love will always protect you. Love will always heal you. Love is your superpower.

Affirmations
Protecting your energy from external toxicity all starts with your mindset.
While all of the practices on this list are powerful in helping you to protect your energy, nothing is as powerful as knowing that you are in control of your thoughts and that you’re the only one who gets to choose how you feel.
That’s why I’m putting affirmations at the top of this list. Using positive affirmations (and truly believing them!) is a powerful way to own your energy and decide how you want to feel in any given moment.
When I first started using affirmations, I used them all the time: when I woke up, as I got ready in the morning, while I worked out, as I was driving, while I cooked dinner, as I got ready for bed, and anytime the opportunity presented itself to embrace positive thinking.
Eventually, though, this practice lessened: not because I suddenly forgot about affirmations but because the powerful words had become a part of me.
I no longer had to constantly affirm that I was worthy because I knew in every cell of my being that I was undeniably and unconditionally worthy, no matter what.
That’s why affirmations can be so powerful when it comes to protecting your energy. In the beginning, you may need to remind yourself to repeat them, but in time, the powerful, protective words will become a part of you.
Below, you’ll find a list of affirmations for protecting your energy. You can also find more protection affirmations to guard your energy in this post.
Affirmations for Protecting Your Energy

- I am the only one who gets to choose how I feel.
- I am choosing to feel grounded, calm, peaceful, and secure.
- I am safe and supported, rooted in this present moment.
- I have the power to rise above negative emotions that do not serve me.
- Even when the world around me feels chaotic, I remain rooted firmly to the ground.
- When I’m feeling overwhelmed, I allow myself space to pause and breathe.
- I vibrate powerful, abundant, peaceful energy and attract this same energy in return.
- I am strong, steady, and grounded.
- I am always supported and protected.
- I deeply appreciate my ability to remain calm and peaceful in all situations.
- I am grateful for the abundance of strength that radiates throughout my entire body.
Crystals
Crystals are a powerful resources for protecting your energy and helping you to remain grounded, stable, and secure.
My personal favorite way to use crystals for energy protection is to wear them as jewelry, as this allows me to remain protected throughout the day, no matter where I go. I also like to keep protective stones in spaces where I know I might encounter some negative external energy, such as in my workspace and in the car. And if you’re doing an energy protection meditation, holding protective gemstones in your hands while meditating can be a powerful way to amplify your intentions.
To learn more about how to cleanse, program, and use crystals, you can check out my blog post on how to use crystals here.
Here’s a list of crystals and stones you can wear, carry, or keep in your space to protect you from toxic energy:
- Hematite
- Obsidian
- Onyx
- Black Tourmaline
- Shungite
If you want to learn more about the specific meanings of each stone, I’ve got you covered in this article on grounding crystals for stability and energy protection.
Water
For centuries, various cultures and religions have used water as a way to cleanse, purify, heal, and help one reach spiritual enlightenment. Don’t underestimate the power of water to cleanse your aura from toxic energy. Just like water can cleanse the energy of a crystal, water can cleanse your own energy both within and outside of you in a profound way.
Ideally, you’d be able to spend time at the ocean or near a lake or river whenever you need a spiritual reset. But if that isn’t possible, that’s okay! A shower or a bath works just as well in cleansing your energy.
One of my favorite practices is to meditate in the shower by imagining the water washing away any negativity within or around me. This practice only takes a minute or two but can positively affect your energy throughout your day.
First, close your eyes. Take a deep, soulful inhale and a rejuvenating exhale. Concentrate on how the water feels on your skin. As the water falls around you, imagine it washing away any negative thoughts and emotions you’re holding onto. The water takes your tension and carries it to the drain. Anything that doesn’t serve your highest good is washed away from your body.
Feel your body becoming lighter. Your mind is clear. Your heart is open. Anything that doesn’t serve or support your total well-being has been washed away, swirling down the drain, where it will be cleansed by the earth.
When you’re done, smile and express gratitude. Feel the strength of your body, mind, and spirit.
You are worthy, powerful, whole, and more than enough. Carry those feelings with you throughout your day.

Visualization
When you feel like you’re surrounded by negative energy, visualization can be a profound way to replace any negativity in your auric field with positivy, protection, and love.
While you may associate visualization exercises with meditation, you can actually take a moment to practice visualization almost anytime during the day.
For instance, let’s say that you’re at work, and the energy of your coworkers, employees, and/or customers feels especially negative today. People are stressed and blaming each other for mistakes. The air around you feels tense, and that tension is starting to seep into your body, mind, and spirit.
Take a moment to step back from the outer world. Close your eyes. Imagine a beautiful light is surrounding your entire body. This light might be white, gold, purple, or any other color that resonates with you. See that light protecting your body from any negative external energy that tries to seep in. Visualize yourself walking through your day, being protected by this light at all times.
Know that you are always, always being divinely guided and protected. No amount of toxic energy can break through the loving shield of the Universe.
Breathing Exercises
A breathing exercise is conscious, purposeful breathing with the intention of calming the mind, relieving stress, improving your lung function, and grounding yourself to the present moment.
What I love about breathing exercises is that it feels like a mini-meditation that you can do practically anytime and anywhere.
Breathing exercises can be powerful practices to protect your energy because they allow you to step back from the external world and return to your inner self. And when you return to your inner self, you can release the stress and overwhelm of the outer world and cultivate a sense of calmness, peace, and groundedness within.
My personal favorite breathing exercise is alternate nostril breathing, which you can read more about here.
Another simple yet powerful practice is the 4-7-8 breathing technique. In this practice, you inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, pause at the top of your inhale for 7 seconds, and exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat this 4 to 8 times in a session.
Often, at the end of a breathing exercise, I’ll recite a few grounding affirmations to affirm that I’m in control of my thoughts and emotions. You don’t have to do this, but if you want, you can give it a try and see if this practice resonates with you.
For more examples of breathing exercises, you can check out this article from Healthline here.
Social Media Breaks
I don’t believe social media is universally good or bad; I think it’s all in how we use it and what kind of people/accounts we choose to connect with.
In my experience, social media can be a beautiful platform for connecting with incredible souls, receiving positive messages, and creating a community based in love, kindness, compassion, and support. I think the use of social media has served my growth in many ways, especially in the past year.
But there have also been many, many times when I’ve needed to step back and take a break from it all.
I won’t go too in depth on the dangers of social media here, because I think it’s likely you’ve heard most of the arguments against it: it can be a highlight reel of people’s best moments, causing you to somehow think your life is “less than” because you don’t have everything another person has.
It’s also easy to get trapped in the belief that likes and follows somehow have any kind of impact on your worthiness (which is 100% not true).
And even if you only follow positive accounts, you might start to think that you’re supposed to be a positive, upbeat person 100% of the time, which also isn’t true.
Taking regular social media breaks is necessary for protecting your energy in the long-term. Like I said, I believe there are a lot of really great aspects of social media, and in most cases, I don’t think it’s necessary to delete it entirely.
But I do recommend scheduling social media breaks into your calendar. Also take non-scheduled breaks when you start to feel like social media is becoming an energy depleter instead of an energy restorer.
And if there’s an account that makes you feel less than or causes you to feel negative or toxic energy within?
Unfollow.
Choose to consciously curate your social media feed to best support your mind, body, and spirit.
Set Boundaries
Boundaries.
For most of us, this is likely the hardest practice on this list.
Whether it’s in your personal or professional life, setting boundaries can be a difficult practice because it often requires having uncomfortable conversations. What helps me in this situation is to ask myself, what’s more uncomfortable? Having a conversation about boundaries, or not setting boundaries and continuing to live in a state of frustration, anger, and/or overwhelm?
If you’re feeling hurt or resentful about something, then 10 times out of 10, the best thing you can do to heal your energy is to set boundaries.
However hard it may feel, it is possible to make the practice of setting boundaries a little easier. How do you do this? By stepping forward in the energy of love.
Often, we imagine conversations about boundaries to be hard, serious, and even negative. However, it is possible to approach this act with love and compassion for everyone involved. I recommend writing down your thoughts before having this conversation and scheduling time when you can have a calm conversation with the person or people you’re setting boundaries with.
In other words, try to approach this with a sense of clarity and calm rather than letting yourself get consumed by the heat of the moment and potentially saying something you’ll regret later.
Also remember, boundaries aren’t always about another person. Often, they’re about what you need. For instance, maybe you need one night a week to yourself without any interruptions. This may mean that you need to set a boundary that Wednesday nights are your nights. By dedicating this time to yourself, you’ll actually be able to show up better the rest of the week for the people in your life.
So remember, boundaries aren’t a negative thing. They’re a way you can show love to yourself, which ultimately will positively affect all aspects or your life.

50 Positive Workout Affirmations To Affirm Your Strength
Mindset is key when it comes to working out, and these positive workout affirmations are designed to empower and motivate you before, during, and after your workout! Below, discover 50 positive workout affirmations to affirm your undeniable strength, power, and resilience. Plus, learn how to overcome “gymtimidation” so you can step into the gym with courage and confidence.
Positive Workout Affirmations
Want to skip straight to the affirmations? Click here. Or skip ahead to learn about seven powerful ways for overcoming “gymtimidation” here!
If you’ve ever set out to start a consistent exercise routine, you know that the hardest part of the workout often isn’t physical; it’s your own mental barriers that can hold you back from reaching the success you’re capable of achieving.
I’ve run one full marathon and four half marathons. I’ve gone on hikes that required me to climb thousands of feet of elevation. I’ve lifted weights I didn’t think I could lift, and I’ve stretched and moved my body in ways I didn’t think was possible.
And while clearly, my body played an integral role in achieving these feats, I needed more than just my body to get me through the longest miles and toughest climbs; I needed that voice in my mind repeating over and over again, yes I can.
On the flip side, I’ve also abandoned runs a mile or two in because my brain just couldn’t get into it, even when I felt rested and strong. And I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stopped in the middle of a set or skipped stretching, just because I didn’t feel like it.
Know that I’m not judging myself for these moments, because they were all powerful learning experiences. I know that consistency always beats perfection, so it’s okay to be imperfect sometimes as long as I keep growing and showing up for myself as best as I can.
Mindset is key in all that we do, including working out. If I tell myself that I can’t run one more mile, then that becomes my truth, whether or not my body was actually capable of going farther.
I’ve found that reciting positive affirmations and empowering mantras to myself has been key in harnessing the power of my mindset when I work out. However, what I say to myself before my workout is different than what I say during my workout, and both are different from what I say after my workout.
So I’ve divided the affirmations below into pre-workout, during workout, and post-workout affirmations. The pre-workout affirmations are designed to empower you to show up and choose to exercise from a place of self-love and self-respect. The post-workout affirmations are to help you affirm that you absolutely did enough, no matter what, and also to gently remind you to prioritize rest and recovery.
You’ll notice that the affirmations that are designed for you to recite during your workout are a little shorter, and that’s because I’ve found that when I’m exercising, I tend be more motivated by short and punchy phrases than long sentences. They’re a lot easier to remember, too!
I encourage you to use these positive workout affirmations from a place of total love for yourself, knowing you are strong, powerful, and more than enough.
And be sure to stick around after the affirmations to discover seven powerful tips for overcoming “gymtimidation” and hitting the gym with confidence!
A Quick Note
Please know that the words above and the affirmations below are not meant to guilt you into working out, ESPECIALLY if your body is tired and needs rest and recovery time. Honor your body by listening to it and giving it the care it needs. 7 Ways To Boost Your Confidence At The Gym
Going to the gym can be a vulnerable experience. You might look around and think everyone else knows exactly what they’re doing, while you’re not even sure where to start. Maybe you even worry that other gym-goers are judging you.
This feeling of fear and anxiety about working out in front of others has been termed “gymtimidation.” If you struggle with this anxiety, you’re not alone. Many of the people you see confidently taking up space in the gym suffered from gymtimidation at one point, and maybe they still do, even if they don’t show it.
There are several ways to overcome your fears and hit the gym with confidence, which we’ll explore below.
- Stick To A Routine
Rather than going to the gym every once in a while, you’ll want to build trips to the gym into your daily routine. Stick to a schedule that works for you and visit the gym consistently in order to make exercise a healthy habit.
- Focus On Yourself
Oftentimes, anxiety at the gym results from worries about whether other people are judging you. However, it’s important to remember that the people around you are usually 100% focused on their own workouts. Let the fear of judgment melt away and concentrate on your own goals.
- Get Advice
If you don’t know how to perform a certain exercise or use a particular machine, ask a floor manager or a fitness trainer for advice. They’ll be able to give you quick guidance that will help you feel prepared and confident in your gym knowledge.
- Build Strength At Home
It can sometimes be easier to hit the gym when you’ve already learned the basics and built up strength. Try watching exercise tutorials at home and perfecting your form in the mirror. That way, you’ll feel more ready to hit the gym.
- Listen To Music
According to Scientific American, “Music distracts people from pain and fatigue” and “elevates mood.” Creating an empowering workout playlist can help you feel confident and stay focused when exercising at the gym. You can either choose from the variety of pre-made workout playlists available online or customize your own.
- Bring A Friend
Getting a workout buddy can make trips to the gym feel a lot less intimidating. This is because buddying up gives you a friendly face in an otherwise new and potentially intimidating environment. Your gym buddy can also help you stay accountable and crush your fitness goals.
- Find A Gym That Suits You
Make sure the gym you pick is one you genuinely enjoy. Especially if you’re new to the gym scene, you’ll want to choose a place with a supportive culture and plenty of equipment for a range of experience levels.
Joining a gym can be scary. However, these tips should help you build the confidence you need to meet your fitness goals.

22 Profound Paulo Coelho Quotes (With Images)
In this post, discover 22 profound Paulo Coelho quotes to inspire you to release fear and suffering and embrace the dreams that have been placed in your heart. Plus, save the quote images below to your phone, tablet, or laptop so you can come back to these inspirational words whenever you need them.
Paulo Coelho
Time and time again, whenever I’m feeling sad, lost, or misaligned, I find myself returning to Paulo Coelho‘s brilliant words, which always feel like a cool drink of water on a hot summer day.
The first time I heard his quote, “And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it,” I felt like the weight of the world was gently lifted off my shoulders. Immediately, I knew in my heart that these words were true: that the universe was always supporting me, even when I couldn’t see it.
And then there’s his quote, “Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dream.”
These empowering words helped me to release my worries and anxiety about stepping into the life of my dreams. I realized that I was only suffering by holding myself back, but when I chose to align with the dreams that were placed in my heart, there was no more room for suffering.
There was only hope. Only passion. Only love.
And one that I’ve recently been coming back to over and over again is this: “You can become blind by seeing each day as a similar one. Each day is a different one, each day brings a miracle of its own. It’s just a matter of paying attention to this miracle.”
I love routine and order, and I tend to approach all of my days in the same way. And while there isn’t anything inherently wrong with this, I’ve realized that I can still open my eyes and choose to view each day as a miracle. That there’s always magic to be found if you simply decide to look for it.
All of these themes and more can be found in Coelho’s novel The Alchemist, a book I continually come back to and immerse myself in like a warm blanket on a cold day, filling me with light and warmth and hope.
Below, I’ve compiled 22 of my favorite Paulo Coelho quotes for inspiration, joy, hope, and following your dreams. I’ve also created images for each of these quotes, so feel free to choose your favorites and save them to your phone so you can come back to them whenever you need a little light in your day.
I hope these quotes bring you as much hope and inspiration as they’ve brought me.

35 Empowering Affirmations For Self-Belief
In this article, discover 35 empowering affirmations for self-belief and self-confidence. Use these affirmations to guide you in your journey and help you to embrace your undeniable and infinite worthiness.
What Are Affirmations?
Chances are, even if you’ve never practiced using positive affirmations, you’ve encountered them in some form of media – maybe when you were scrolling through your Instagram or Pinterest feeds or reading a book dedicated to self-development and personal growth.
The word “affirmation” gets used frequently in popular media, so it’s important to take a moment to break it down and truly understand what it means.
So then – what exactly is an affirmation?
An affirmation is any type of declarative statement that you say or think and are essentially affirming to be true.
So if you state, “This traffic is making me miserable,” or “This person is driving me crazy,” those are declarations that you’re affirming to be true, even if you don’t actually want to be miserable or crazy.
Most of the time, though, when we talk about affirmations, we’re referring to positive affirmations.
A positive affirmation is a positive affirming statement that’s designed to boost your self-belief and support your overall well-being: mind, body, and soul.
Affirmations can be used proactively or reactively. You might have a list of positive affirmations that you repeat while you get ready in the morning to set the foundation for a good day.
You might also use affirmations when you’re starting to feel negative and pessimistic in order to let go of your heavy energy and realign with what matters most to you.
However you use them, affirmations can be a powerful tool in helping you to love, embrace, and accept yourself exactly as you are right now.
Why Use Affirmations?
You know how eating a sugary treat lights up the reward circuits in your brain? Well, using positive affirmations activates these circuits, too, which can ultimately help in lessening pain and keeping your cool when things go wrong.
Using positive affirmations can also decrease stress. Stress has been known to increase one’s likelihood of depression and can result in digestive issues and sleep problems, among other long-term side effects.
Furthermore, the use of affirmations can help to increase your problem-solving abilities when under pressure.
Personally, I use empowering affirmations because they make me feel good. They’ve also been a way for me to take back my story and become the conscious creator of my own life.
For years, my brain’s default setting was pointed toward negativity when it came to how I viewed myself. It wasn’t that I inherently disliked myself; it’s just that I tended to believe the worst rather than the best.
Whenever I entered a room full of people, I assumed they would all immediately shun me. I told myself the story that I was never good enough. Never pretty enough. Never outgoing enough. Instead of focusing on the positive, my mind amplified the negative (and often believed things that weren’t even true).
I’ve known about affirmations for years, but I’d never actually opened myself up to accepting them into my life until I began meditating regularly. Actually, the oldest email in my inbox is from October 15, 2014, and it’s called, “Body Affirmations.” It’s a list of 100 affirmations that I’d copied from an article I’d found online and emailed to myself.
Do you know how many times in the following two or three years I opened up that email?
Zero.
Despite this, every time I went to clean out my inbox, I’d see that one email sitting there at the bottom and think, “Maybe I’ll want it one day.” I think I knew deep down that I wanted to carry these affirmations with me in my life, but my brain hadn’t quite caught up to my heart yet. And that’s okay. Everything unfolds exactly as it’s supposed to, and I’m grateful for my former self for holding onto these empowering words, even though she wasn’t quite ready for them yet.
These days, I don’t just accept affirmations into my life; I embrace them wholeheartedly.
As I mentioned above, they’ve allowed me to take back my story. I now create my life through the thoughts I consciously choose to magnify and give a voice to.
And because affirmations have played such a positive and important role in my journey, I want to share them with as many people as I can reach so that you can also begin to own your story and create the life that feels good to you.
Which Affirmations Should I Use?
The key with affirmations is that you want to find the ones that resonate with you and that you can truly believe. If you don’t believe the affirmation, then you may end up feeling worse about yourself (because subconsciously, your inner bully is saying a big fat, “Yeah right!”). We don’t want that!
If you want to believe an affirmation but find yourself feeling blocked from truly getting there, don’t stress. View your journey like you’re climbing a ladder, and with each rung, you’re steadily getting to that feel-good place you desire.
For instance, if body love is your goal, you may not really believe yourself if you try to affirm, “I love everything about my body.” Instead, start with, “I am open to loving my body and seeing it for all of its beauty.”
You might also be okay with saying, “My body is deserving of love.” You could also find specific areas of your body that you do really like, such as your smile. Or you can focus on all the ways your body shows up for you, even emphasizing something as seemingly simple as the fact that it keeps you alive.
Find the words that allow you to really feel good, and keep your focus on the positive emotions associated with these empowering words as you climb up that ladder.
With any of the affirmations below, if it doesn’t feel right, feel free to modify it so that it feels good for you. Focus on the ones that resonate with you the most. You will always know whether something is right for you by the way it feels.

Living With Anxiety
Does it feel like anxiety is a constant, unrelenting part of your life? Are you so used to co-existing with its inevitable presence that it seems inconceivable to even imagine what life without anxiety would feel like?
I know how it feels to live each day with deep-seated, enduring anxiety. Anxiety feels different for everyone. For me, it feels like an all-consuming heat has gripped my chest, squeezing my heart and making everything inside feel tight and constricted.
This overwhelming feeling makes it impossible to think about anything else.
Still, as bad as my anxiety often gets, I know others experience symptoms that are much more debilitating. For some, anxiety makes it feel difficult to even get out of bed in the morning. For others, anxiety affects their immune system and leaves them feeling sick and depleted.
Whether your anxiety comes in short bursts, long waves, or somewhere in-between, there are resources and tools that can help you manage the stress and overwhelm of living with anxiety.
For many, crystals and gemstones can be powerful tools for healing as they go beyond simply treating the physical ailments you experience; rather, they dig deep, moving past the symptoms and finding the true source of your anxiety.
By gently discovering the root cause of your inner battle, crystals help to spiritually heal your entire body, mind, and spirit.
Crystals won’t just make you feel not anxious. When your brain feels heavy, overwhelmed, and/or stressed, crystals can lift this heavy fog from your mind so you can see the path ahead with calm and clarity.

How To Cleanse Your Crystals
When you first purchase a new crystal, it’s important to cleanse the crystal before you use it, even if you only intend to have it sit in one spot. Crystals hold energy inside them, and when you first receive them, it’s almost a sure thing that they’ll be holding some kind of energy within from past owners and experiences.
Even if you’re the first official owner of this crystal, it still traveled from source to seller to you. It inherently holds energy just from its travels and all the hands it has passed through.
On top of cleansing your crystals when you first get them, it’s a good habit to cleanse them regularly. Even if you’ve cleansed a new crystal once, it will continue to receive and store energy with time. Eventually, if there’s too much energy stored inside it, it will no longer work effectively. Try to cleanse your crystals at least once a month using any of the methods below.
Water: If possible, try to use clean, natural water like a creek, river, or stream. Hold your stone beneath the surface and rinse it within the running water. If there’s no natural water nearby, it’s okay to use a faucet. Either way, just be sure to first do a quick Google search or consult a book on crystals to make sure water is safe for your stone. You don’t want to use this method for soft stones like Selenite.
Use Selenite or Clear Quartz: Selenite and Clear Quartz are both beautiful crystals that typically have a whitish, clear surface. These crystals are unique in that they are able to cleanse and purify other crystals. Lay your crystal on a piece of Selenite or Clear Quartz for at least 24 hours. If you can’t place your crystal on top, you can also place them side-by-side with their edges touching.
Nature: I like to compare crystals to people when it comes to holding energy. When we store old or negative energy within, one of the most powerful ways to balance our own energy is to spend time in nature. Crystals are the same. Lay your crystals out in nature and let them experience the healing presence of the earth for a day. You can place crystals on the soil, on a tree branch, on a potted plant, among the blades of grass, in your garden, or anywhere else outside where you feel a sense of peace and harmony.
Sun: Many crystals love the bright energy and light of the sun. Just make sure first that this is safe for your stone. Some stones, like Amethyst, shouldn’t be placed directly in the sun for too long.
Moon: You can place your crystals outside overnight anytime, but this is especially powerful during the Full Moon when the moonlight is brightest.
How To Program Crystals & Gemstones
Programming your crystals is the act of setting an intention so that you and your crystal are in alignment. When using crystals to help heal anxiety and restore balance within, your intention will likely have something to do with walking forward on your path with a sense of calm, alignment, harmony, and ease.
Here are a few examples of intentions that you might set:
- My energy is perfectly aligned and balanced. I feel calm, confident, and at ease.
- I am protected from negative energy. All of the energy that flows within and around me supports my highest good and total well-being.
- I cultivate power, courage, and strength within to confidently face all situations.
Your intention might also be more specific if your anxiety arises during certain situations, such as at work or during social events.
Programming your crystals comes after cleansing your crystals. When your crystal has been properly cleansed, find a quiet spot where you can be undisturbed for at least 10 to 15 minutes. If you have a sacred space or a meditation table, this is the perfect time to use this space. Feel free to light some candles or cleanse your space before you begin.
Hold your crystal within your hands and state your intention out loud. Lift your crystal to your mouth and gently breathe on it. As you breathe, internally state your intention. Ideally, you will be in a high-vibrational state while doing this. Repeat this for several minutes, or until you feel ready to move to the next step.
You can lower your hands now if you wish, keeping your crystal within your palms. Close your eyes (if they aren’t already closed) and visualize your intention coming to life. Visualize the life you imagine for yourself with this intention coming true. See your highest, most authentic self living your most confident life – a life where anxiety doesn’t have a hold over you.
And as you visualize, allow yourself to truly feel all of the positive emotions associated with your vision.
Continue your visualization until you feel that the crystal has been programmed with your intention. (This feeling will be a deep inner knowing. It won’t be anything big or flashy. Think of it like a small, gentle nudge within.)

9 Best Crystals And Stones For Anxiety
Amethyst
Amethyst is a beautiful crystal to promote peace and calm within. If you often come home from work feeling scattered and overwhelmed, allow Amethyst to calm your mind and soothe your spirit. And if tranquility and stillness is what you seek, Amethyst is the perfect stone to bring into your life.
Amethyst is a stone of balance, so if external forces disrupt your inner peace and leave you feeling like you’re going in a million different directions, Amethyst will gently guide you back to a place of harmony within. It also decreases stress and tension and even helps you get a more restful night’s sleep.
By promoting a sense of calm within, Amethyst will clear out the negativity in your mind so you can find clarity on your journey. With clarity, your creativity and courage are able to shine, and you can walk forward on your path with a sense of purpose and inner knowing.
Apophyllite
If anxiety is a constant companion in your life, let Apophyllite take its place as it soothes and heals your mind, body, and spirit. As one of the most powerful stones for healing anxiety, Apophyllite is known for being a stone of light, and it infuses its light into your spirit, relieving your tension and unease. You might think of Apophyllite as a beautiful, calming presence that doesn’t just relieve your stress and worry; it transfers its high-vibrational energy to you and truly lifts your spirits.
By soothing your worries and calming your mind, Apophyllite will help you to come up with actionable solutions during times of stress. It makes heavy situations feel lighter as it gently guides and supports you to release negative energy and cultivate true joy and happiness within.
Chakras: Heart, Third Eye, Crown
Blue Lace Agate
You know those times when your mind seems to be running at a million miles per hour, and you just can’t seem to slow it down? Blue Lace Agate is just the stone you need to calm your mind, soothe your spirit, and relieve your stress. It’s especially helpful if you have a big presentation or interview coming up as it will help you to relax and stay calm, no matter the situation.
Known to be a powerful stress relieving stone, Blue Lace Agate is the perfect crystal to keep in your office or cubicle as it helps you remain calm and at ease throughout your work day. Take deep, cleansing breaths and envision that the soothing blue of its surface is a peaceful summer sky or a stunning winter lake, restoring harmony and balance within.
Chakras: Throat, Heart
Hematite
Hematite is the ultimate grounding stone. When you find your mind is spinning in circles or when the world is crashing over you, Hematite will clear the chaos and pull you back to earth.
Associated with the root chakra, your body’s first energy center, Hematite restores your strong and steady foundation and promotes feelings of ease and security. And as it does this, it also allows you to release stress, worry, and anxiety.
Additionally, Hematite is a protective stone, so you can wear it as jewelry or keep it with you throughout your day, and it will help you to remain centered and grounded while protecting you from negative energy and toxic vibes. If you’re an empath, this stone is a must-have as it will protect you from taking on the negative energy of others.
Chakras: Root
Lepidolite
Lepidolite is the gemstone version of your best friend; it listens to your emotions and then gently guides you to a place of healing. When you’ve been stuck in a state of heartbreak, depression, or permanent stress, Lepidolite helps to heal your broken heart and restores your sense of confidence, enthusiasm, joy, and purpose.
And going one step further, as you’ve discovered a renewed sense of purpose, it helps you to embrace change and step into the next chapter of your life.
If you’ve been living in a state of worry, stress, chaos, or perpetual sadness, Lepidolite will help you to move forward into the next phase of your life with joy, confidence, and faith. For women, this stone will also help to retain harmony during the most emotional times of your cycle. And for all, it promotes a rejuvenating and restful night’s sleep.
Chakras: Works with all chakras, especially the upper three (Heart, Third Eye, Crown)
Obsidian
Like Hematite, Obsidian is also a powerful grounding stone that allows you to realign with your foundation when your mind, body, and spirit aren’t in harmony. And like Lepidolite, Obsidian is also kind of like your best friend, except this is the best friend that you may not always want but that you always need.
Obsidian tells it like it is and shows you both your positive and negative traits. If you’ve been suppressing negativity, Obsidian carries it to the surface so you can face it head on. However, it’s not going to leave you high and dry to face this negativity alone. Like a true friend, Obsidian will help to clear any negativity and darkness and guide you toward the path of light, love, hope, and faith.
In addition, Obsidian is also a powerful protective stone. It helps to guard your energy and protects you from negativity and darkness, both externally and within.
Chakras: Root
Onyx
Like Hematite and Obsidian, Onyx is a grounding stone associated with the root chakra. It helps you to relieve stress and restore harmony within your being.
But what makes Onyx really special is its ability to guide you through fear.
When facing our fears, we often feel stressed, worried, nervous, and anxious. Onyx absorbs these negative energies and helps you to restore confidence and self-belief. It also helps you to make life choices that support your ultimate well-being and guides you down unknown paths with strength and courage.
If you’re feeling anxious and worried about the future, Onyx will give you the courage to face your fears and the strength to keep walking forward, no matter what.
Chakras: Primarily Root; can also work with Solar Plexus, Third Eye, and Crown
Rhodonite
Rhodonite is a beautiful stone associated with the heart chakra that nurtures inner healing and moving past difficult situations. This is one that you want to have in your spiritual first aid kit as it provides emotional support when you’re in the midst of painful situations.
When dealing with anxiety-producing situations, Rhodonite will help you to remain centered and calm your nerves. Rhodonite also helps to open your heart and empowers your highest self to live your most joyful, peaceful, loving life. This stone clears negativity and lifts your vibrations, no matter what you’re currently going through.
Chakras: Heart
Smoky Quartz
Smoky Quartz is a powerful stone to help you release negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, stress, and unease. When you’re in the midst of an overwhelming or anxious situation, feel the calming effects of this stone almost instantly by stepping back, taking a deep breath, and holding your stone over any areas of your body that feel tense and constricted. A bonus to using Smoky Quartz is that if often complements and amplifies the energy of surrounding stones.
Smoky Quartz will help you get through the difficult moments of life, provide clarity in uncertain situations, and transform negative emotions into positive emotions. And if anxiety often leaves you feeling overwhelmed, Smoky Quartz will transform overwhelm into insight so that you can effectively understand and work through any problems that may be disrupting your peace.
Chakras: Root, Solar Plexus; can also work with Crown

What Are Positive Affirmations?
A positive affirmation is an affirming statement that’s designed to boost your self-belief and support your overall well-being: mind, body, and soul.
A really good positive affirmation—the kind that lights up your heart and sparks something powerful deep inside of you—should uplift, encourage, and inspire your highest self.
It should feel like a call to take back your story. To choose your own path. To stand tall in your undeniable worthiness and proclaim that you are everything you want to be.
You are worthy. You are enough. You are powerful and strong and so much more than you’ve ever given yourself credit for.
This isn’t about just reciting a few empty, feel-good words every once in a while.
This is about finding the words that resonate with you deep within and then feeling the emotions of these words in every cell of your being.
You’re not just saying you’re worthy; you are worthy. Worthiness is who you are at your very core. Worthiness created you, and worthiness is the foundation you’ve built yourself upon.
You have been dripping in worthiness since the day you were born.

50 Inspiring Journal Prompts for Self-Discovery
In this article, you’ll find 50 inspiring journal prompts for self-discovery and personal growth. Plus, I share some of my favorite guided journals for connecting with your truest, most authentic self.

Journaling For Self-Discovery
Journaling is a powerful tool in your journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and creating the life that you truly love.
For the past several years, I’ve been journaling for 30 minutes every morning as soon as I wake up. I do this even before eating breakfast, working out, checking social media, or meditating.
This practice has served me in more ways than I ever could’ve imagined. I’ve found that when I take 30 minutes to focus solely on my inner world, I forge a deeper connection with my most authentic self.
Additionally, it helps me to get any thoughts, worries, or heavy emotions out of my body and onto the blank page in front of me. By the end of my journaling sessions, I always feel lighter and more clear-headed as I set out to embrace the opportunities and experiences of the new day ahead.
Your own journaling practice should be tailored to your unique preferences and needs. You might journal for ten minutes a day or a whole hour. You might like early mornings, or maybe you like to journal at night to help you unwind from your day.
There are no rules to journaling; do what feels best to you.
If I can give you one piece of advice, though, it would be to make your journaling practice a safe place from self-judgment or self-criticism.
This means you’re free to write down whatever you need to without your inner critic telling you it’s wrong to think or feel a certain way.
In fact, if you’re seeking meaningful self-discovery, the best thing you can do is to get curious.
For instance, let’s say you’re journaling about the day you had yesterday, and you realize you didn’t react to a situation as well as you would’ve liked to. Instead of criticizing yourself, allow yourself to explore your reaction with non-judgmental awareness.
Keep probing deeper to get to the root of your own thoughts, actions, feelings, and beliefs.
Below, you’ll find 50 journal prompts for self-discovery, personal growth, and exploring your inner self. You can choose to spend as much or as little time on each prompt as you’d like, and you can also skip around to complete them in any order you’d prefer.
And be sure to keep scrolling to the end of the post, where I link to seven of my favorite guided journals for self-discovery. Though each journal is uniquely different, each one will powerfully guide you in your personal growth journey and give you everything you need to explore your own inner world.

35 Epic Morning Affirmations To Create A Beautiful Day
In this article, discover 35 powerful morning affirmations to help you remain calm, confident, and courageous as you step into a beautiful new day filled with limitless possibilities.
Morning Affirmations
How do you speak to yourself in the morning? What thoughts run through your mind as you’re getting ready for the day? When your mind wanders, where does it go?
And most importantly, do you use your energy to lift yourself up or tear yourself down?
For many of us, we spend our mornings replaying events of the past or worrying about the future. We run through our to-do lists. We wonder if we’ll have enough time to squeeze in everything we need to get done for the day.
These thoughts are normal, and you definitely shouldn’t judge yourself if you find yourself always returning to stressful, worrying thoughts in the morning.
But you also have the power to change this narrative.
You have the power to choose your thoughts. To decide how you want to feel as you get ready for the day ahead.
Your morning sets the foundation for next 12 to 24 hours. This is when you can consciously direct your energy and create a mindset that feels truly uplifting and empowering.
And incorporating positive affirmations into your morning routine can have a profound effect on how the rest of your day unfolds. By repeating these empowering words, you lift your vibration and create a positive energy field within and around you. In turn, you open yourself up to receiving even more beautiful experiences throughout your day.
What makes affirmations such a powerful tool in the morning is that they can uplift your mindset without taking any additional time out of your day. This is great if you don’t have a lot of extra time before you need to head out the door.
The key here is being willing to notice how you’re speaking to yourself in the privacy of your own mind, then intentionally directing your thoughts to a better-feeling place.
Below, you’ll find 35 epic morning affirmations to uplift, inspire, and help you to create a beautiful day. Use these affirmations to cultivate a positive mindset filled with confidence, strength, and inner peace.
And remember: you control your thoughts. You control how you get to feel. Your emotions, beliefs, and how you show up for each new day is entirely up to you.
How To Use Affirmations In The Morning
Before you dive into the affirmations, here are a few suggestions for how you can add affirmations into your morning routine:
- Write down some of your favorite uplifting affirmations on post-it notes and stick them to your mirror to read as you get ready for your day
- Repeat affirmations to yourself while you’re in the shower, getting dressed, and eating breakfast
- Write down 3 empowering affirmations each morning in a journal or notebook; continue to repeat these affirmations throughout your day
- Set up phone notifications to go off throughout your morning with positive affirmations written on them. Commit to reading each one. You might even set it so that the first one goes off with your alarm so it’s the very first thing you see before you begin your day.

Getting Started With Affirmation Cards
Do you have a brand new deck of empowering affirmation cards that you’re antsy to crack open and start using as part of your daily routine?
Whether or not you’ve used affirmation cards before, starting a new affirmation card routine is super easy, and there are tons of simple practices you can do each day to empower your mindset.
But first: what exactly is an affirmation?
An affirmation is, quite simply, a statement you make about yourself that you affirm to be true.
An affirmation can actually be positive or negative, because we can also affirm negative statements about ourselves to be true, whether we do this consciously or not.
For the purposes of this post, whenever I use the word affirmation, know that I’m talking about the positive kind. A positive affirmation is a present-tense affirming statement that’s designed to boost your self-belief and support your overall well-being: mind, body, and soul.
And one of the best ways to use affirmations is through the use of affirmation cards.
Affirmation cards come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors, and they often have anywhere between 40 to 60 cards in a deck.
You can start out with just one affirmation card deck or alternate between decks every week or every month. If you don’t mind a little organized chaos, you can even mix decks together to incorporate them all into your daily routine.
Below are seven powerful practices for using affirmation cards in your daily routine. And be sure to keep scrolling toward the bottom, because I link to my top picks for affirmation card decks that will uplift, empower, and inspire you to affirm your undeniable worthiness. (And bonus: they’re all absolutely gorgeous.)

How To Use Affirmation Cards
Morning Routine
Morning is my favorite time to use affirmation cards because it always sets me up for a positive mindset as I start my day.
One of the most popular ways to use affirmation cards is to pick one card from the deck at random as your chosen affirmation of the day.
As you read the positive affirmation on the card, allow yourself to truly feel the uplifting words within every cell of your being. And furthermore, allow yourself to truly believe the words. Trust that this affirmation came to you today for a reason.
Here are a few more things you can do with your chosen affirmation card:
- Spend time reflecting. What do the words mean to you? How can you embody the feelings within the words throughout your day? How can this positive affirmation support you today? If you want, you can even spend some time journaling your thoughts about this affirmation.
- Carry the card with you. Slide the card into your purse or bag, and set the intention to look at it and feel the positive words within you throughout the day. (You can even set phone reminders to help you remember.) If you work at a desk, you can also choose to set the affirmation next to your computer monitor so you can be reminded of it during your day.
- Pull it back out before bed. Keep the affirmation out where it’s easy to access, and then in the evening, take one final look at it. Once again, let the positivity of the words radiate through you. If you want, you can spend some time reflecting on all the ways you embodied this affirmation during the day. Just remember: no judgment. If the card said, “I am calm, patient, and peaceful,” and you lost your cool at some point during the day, that’s okay! Have compassion for yourself. That doesn’t mean you’re not calm, patient, and peaceful. It just means you’re a human being who had a human experience; embrace this truth with love and understanding.
Create Affirmation Art
Many affirmation card decks are so beautiful, you could consider them art. So why not treat them like art and display them in a place where you can see them throughout the day?
There are tons of ways you can do this. One of the easiest ways is to use a whiteboard with magnets or a bulletin board with pushpins, though I’d be careful to use the pins around the edges of the cards as opposed to sticking them through the cards. A bonus of using one of these boards is it’s easy to change the affirmations as often as you’d like.
Another fun and creative way to hang your affirmation cards is with some twine (or some kind of rope/string) and clothespins. You can hang the twine/rope across a wall, a shelf, or even in rows across an old, empty picture frame, and use the clothespins to hold up your chosen affirmations. Again, this method makes it super easy to change out the cards whenever you feel like mixing it up.
However you choose to display your art, make sure to place it somewhere accessible so you see it throughout the day. Set the intention to spend a couple minutes each day reading the positive affirmations and affirming the words into your being.
Journal Your Affirmation(s)
I mentioned this under the “Morning Routine” section, but there are tons of ways to take your journaling practice even further.
While it’s common for many to journal in the morning, you can do these practices any time of day.
- Pick 3 to 5 affirmation cards. Set them in front of you as you pull out your journal to write. Write each affirmation five times, making sure to truly feel the affirmation within as you write down the words. You can stop here, or you can take it one step further and reflect on what each affirmation means to you and/or how you’re going to embody this affirmation throughout your day.
- Choose one affirmation card. Write all the ways in which you encompass the positive words on this card. For instance, let’s say you choose the affirmation, “I accept all of myself.” What are some examples in your life of times when you bravely accepted all of yourself? In what ways do you show yourself acceptance every day? You could list all the inner and outer parts of you and how you love and accept each and every part. You could also write about how you accept your past history. Write about all the ways in which you and this positive affirmation are aligned.
- Reflect upon what your chosen affirmation means to you. Again, let’s use the example “I accept all of myself.” What does it mean to you to accept all of yourself? In what ways does accepting all of yourself equate to loving all of yourself? What practices can you incorporate in your life that would promote more self-acceptance? Why is it important to accept all of yourself?
Depending on how much time you have, you could also combine the practices above to dig deeper into each affirmation.
Gift Individual Cards To Loved Ones
If, like me, giving gifts is your love language, then you’ll love this thoughtful and inexpensive way to show the people in your life your love and appreciation.
Choose a card in your deck that reminds you of your chosen recipient. Most of the decks have somewhere between 40 – 60 cards in them, so you’ll have plenty of cards to choose from.
It can also be fun to write a little note to go with the card, telling the recipient why you picked it for them.
If the person’s a coworker, you could leave it on their desk for them to find in the morning.
If they are a friend, you could secretly put it in their purse for them to discover.
You can also give the recipient their gift in person and tell them why you chose this particular card for them.
The Dessie Inspirational Cards I discuss in more detail below are perfect for this, as they already come with envelopes and stickers to give as gifts.
Hide Cards To Find Later
Gift giving isn’t just about giving to others; it’s also about giving to yourself from time to time.
And you absolutely deserve to gift yourself some empowering affirmation cards, too.
A fun way to do this is to hide cards in spots where you don’t look very often, such as a filing cabinet, a desk drawer, a bookshelf, or elsewhere. If you want, you can put the card in an envelope first with a loving handwritten note to yourself included.
When you find the card later, open it up and be reminded of how worthy, incredible, and loved you are.
Trade Cards With A Friend
Do you have a close friend in your life who you don’t get to see nearly enough? This is a great practice to stay in touch while uplifting and supporting one another.
You and your friend can both purchase one or more affirmation card decks. At an agreed upon time (i.e. once a week or once a month), choose an affirmation for that friend and write them a sweet note detailing why your friend embodies the beautiful words on the card.
Then, slip it into the mail.
In a couple days, both of you will be getting some positive, empowering words in your mailbox. You can slide this new card into your current deck(s) or hang it somewhere you’ll see until the next one comes in.
While I love the idea of trading physical cards and getting mail, you can also snap a pic of the card and exchange texts with your friend on a weekly basis. Heart-shaped emojis completely encouraged!
Pull A Card Before Bed
Are you someone who spends a lot of time at night replaying events of the day or worrying about tomorrow? Embracing positive affirmations is a powerful way to shift your mindset at night.
Before bed, pull a card and read the words to yourself, making sure to inhale all the positive vibes of the affirmation.
If you want, you can spend some time journaling or reflecting upon the chosen affirmation.
Then, when you go to bed, commit to repeating the affirmation to yourself when you close your eyes. If you catch your brain shifting back into worry-mode, simply pause, release your thoughts, and return to your chosen affirmation. Do this as much as you need until you fall asleep.

Crystal Candles For Peace, Clarity, And Love (With Links)
In this article, learn what crystal candles are and how to use them, plus get links to eight gorgeous candles (and candle sets) you can purchase today to bring more peace, clarity, and love into your daily life.
Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon links. As an Amazon associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. If you purchase a product using my link, I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. You can read my full disclosure policy here.
What Is A Crystal Candle?
A crystal candle is a candle that’s been infused with crystals and gemstones in order to promote clarity and inner peace as well as to help you manifest your specific desires. Many crystal candles contain multiple smaller gemstones in them, and some will also include a Selenite or Clear Quartz wand for deeper clarity and energy healing.
When selecting a crystal candle, my best advice is to try not to overthink it. The most important attribute in picking one out is to simply find one that calls to you.
If you already have some knowledge of the meanings of different crystals, you can search for one that has a meaning that correlates with your specific desires. For instance, many crystal candles include Citrine, which is tied to joy, abundance, and prosperity. Rose Quartz is another popular choice, as it’s connected to your heart chakra and known to help open your heart to let more love into your life.
But if you don’t want to worry too much about the specific meanings of the crystals, that’s completely okay, too. Let your intuition guide you to the right candle for you. This can be a fun practice, as often, your intuition knows what you need even before your conscious mind does.
One of the best aspects of a crystal candle is that once you’ve burned the candle completely, you can repurpose the crystals and gemstones and continue to use them around the house or as jewelry. This makes it a meaningful and unique gift option for friends and loved ones. (And it’s also a great item to keep in your personal self-care toolkit as well.)
Below, get tips on how to use crystal candles, plus get links to beautiful candles (and gift sets) infused with crystals, essential oils, herbs, and other natural products that you can purchase today.
How To Use Crystal Candles
The simplest way to use crystal candles is to simply light a candle and keep it going in the background while you’re at home. You can also use them while you’re taking a bath, reading, working – truly, the options are endless.
If you’re looking to connect deeper with your innermost self, you can use a crystal candle while journaling. Find a candle that contains crystals that correlate with the part of yourself that you want to connect with or heal. For instance, you can choose Rose Quartz to open your heart chakra or Amethyst for connecting with your inner wisdom and intuition. Set an intention before you journal for what you want to accomplish during this journaling session. Then, light your candle and let the words flow.
Finally, you can also use a crystal candle in a dedicated manifestation ritual.
To begin, find a quiet spot where you can meditate without interruptions or distractions. Light the crystal candle of your choice before you begin meditating. Set an intention for something specific that you want to manifest into your life. Once you begin your meditation, start visualizing every detail of how it will look and feel when your intention becomes real.
For instance, if you want to manifest love, visualize what your life will look like when you meet the love of your life. And even more, allow yourself to feel the positive emotions of having your soulmate in your life today.

Their Manifestation Affirmation Candle is one of my absolute favorites. It’s made with ginger, vanilla, orange, and other herbs and oils, and it’s infused with Citrine crystals, which is associated with joy, wealth, prosperity, and financial success. The Mindful Collective Healing Crystal Candle
The healing crystal candle by the Mindful Collective gets my vote for one of the prettiest candles on this list. This candle includes Rose Quartz for deeper self-love and compassion, Citrine for joy and prosperity, and Clear Quartz for clarity and energy healing. With its lovely lavender and vanilla notes, this is the perfect candle to use in meditation, during a bath, or while scripting your dream life.
Picki Nicki Crystal Sage Candles
Picki Nicki’s line of crystal sage candles are perfect for anyone who prioritizes eco-friendly products, as it’s made with eco-friendly soy wax and topped with sustainably harvested white sage. My favorite is the White Sage Candle with Citrine and Clear Quartz crystals, which combine to provide you with the light and energy to manifest your deepest, most heartfelt dreams. If you’re looking for a crystal candle set for yourself or a loved one, ORCHID AURA’s Healing Crystal Candle Set is the perfect option. This beautifully packaged set of three candles features three of my favorite crystals: Citrine, Amethyst, and Rose Quartz. Each candle has a unique scent and is made with 100% pure soy wax with a lead-free cotton wick. If you’re scent-sensitive, the aroma of these candles is a bit subtler than some of the others, so they’re not too overwhelming. (Note that these candles are a bit on the smaller side at 2.75 inches tall.)
Chic & Raw Heart Chakra Crystal Candle
Chic & Raw’s beautiful Heart Chakra Crystal Candle contains two genuine Madagascan Rose Quartz gems inside, designed to gently heal and open the heart chakra to bring joy and love into your life. Not only is this one of the prettiest candles on this list, but it’s eco-friendly, too. Chic & Raw uses organic soy wax and natural essential oils, and their crystals are from natural and sustainable sources. Made with ginger and white tea essential oils, this is also a great alternative if you’re looking for something outside of the standard vanilla or lavender scents.
Hemlock Park Crystal Candles
Want something different than Rose Quartz, Citrine, and Amethyst? Hemlock Park offers beautiful candles that include crystals and gemstones you don’t typically see in crystal candles. This Lapis Lazuli Sea Salt Orchid candle is one of my favorites, as Lapis Lazuli is a stone of enlightenment, wisdom, and truth. I also love that Hemlock Park candles are naturally made with organic ingredients, and each candle comes with a pair of bamboo tongs to remove the crystal once the candle has been completely burned. You can find more unique Hemlock Park crystal candles here.
