What are the 12 Laws of the Universe? (A Complete Guide)
In this post, learn about the 12 Laws of the Universe and how they can help you create a life of true joy, love, freedom, and abundance.
What Are the 12 Laws of the Universe?
You’ve likely heard of the Law of Attraction. The belief that like attracts like has inspired millions (judging by the over 30 million copies of The Secret that have been sold) to take control of their lives through the power of their own vibration.
In the most basic sense, the Law of Attraction works like this: if you approach your daily life emitting feelings of joy, love, and positivity, you receive experiences in your life that mirror these emotions.
But if you’re constantly negative and believe that nothing ever works out for you, you’ll continue to receive experiences that reflect this belief.
Essentially, your outward world reflects your inner energy.
Most people learn about the Law of Attraction and stop there. But this is a mistake.
Because the Law of Attraction is only one piece of a much bigger puzzle.
You see, the Law of Attraction is just one of just one of 12 spiritual laws that are all inextricably linked. When you live in alignment with all 12 of these laws, you feel a greater sense of purpose and are able to see how all experiences serve your highest good. These laws also guide you in creating your truest, most authentic, most abundant life.
For instance, the Law of Attraction doesn’t really work if you’re not also taking meaningful action to create the life you want to live. You can’t just sit around wishing for good things to show at your doorstep. That’s where the Law of Inspired Action comes in. (More on this below.)
Just as I discussed in my post on the 12 Laws of Karma, these laws aren’t mean to restrict or limit your freedom. It’s actually the very opposite. They’re meant to set you free.
When you live in alignment with the 12 universal laws, you feel a deeper sense of empathy and compassion for others. You understand your own power in creating the fulfilling life you desire, and you’re able to feel deeper gratitude and appreciation for all that you have. You feel aligned with your purpose and are able to navigate the balance between work and rest.
These 12 universal laws help you to create more joy, love, peace, and prosperity in your daily life.
Below, I go in-depth on each of the 12 Laws of the Universe and how they can serve you in your daily life. As you read through these laws, I encourage you to approach them with an open heart and open mind. You might even choose to journal about each of these laws and how they connect to your own life.
The 12 Laws of the Universe
Law of Divine Oneness
The Law of Divine Oneness states that everything and everyone is intrinsically connected to one another as we all come from the same source.
You have a substantial impact on the world with every word you say, thought you think, belief you hold, and action you take. Sometimes, you’ll gain an understanding of how your words and actions affect others, and other times, you may never fully become aware of how something you said or did had a ripple effect in the universe.
This is the foundational law of the universe, and it’s rooted in empathy and compassion. As you gain awareness of how you’re intrinsically connected to all beings, you cultivate more empathy for others. You’re able to release anger and negative feelings toward another because you inherently understand that they are no different from you. We are all one.
Law of Vibration
The Law of Vibration states that everything and every being is in a constant state of vibration, always emitting frequencies and energies that often aren’t seen on the surface. Everything is always in constant motion.
Take a look around you: every object you can see is emitting a certain frequency. Some are higher frequencies and some are lower. Next time you walk outside, look up at the sky. The sun carries its own energy. So do the cars on the road. And the trees. And even the phone and wallet you’re carrying.
Now look within. You, too, are emitting a vibrational frequency. This frequency can and often does change. And once you understand that you possess your own vibrational frequency, you realize you have the power to tune your frequency to a higher vibration.
The vibrational frequency you emit has a profound effect on your daily experience. When you operate at a higher frequency, you invite a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment into your world.
Law of Correspondence
Have you ever heard of the phrase, “The universe continues to deliver to you the same lesson until you learn it”? The Law of Correspondence states that patterns continue to repeat in the universe on both grand and small scales.
Look at recurring patterns in your own life. Do you feel like you continually have bad luck with dating? Have you tried and tried to be successful in a specific endeavor to no avail? Do you ever feel like the universe is out to get you?
The patterns we experience are directly correlated to our inner worlds. This means that what you’re experiencing in your outer world is a mirror of your own inner world. You have the power to change your lived experiences in your outer world by changing your inner world.
If your life has felt particularly chaotic recently, consider the ways in which you may be experiencing chaos within. To release the external chaos and invite more peace into your life, seek to cultivate peace inside you first.
Law of Attraction
Chances are, you may already know a bit about the Law of Attraction as this is undoubtedly the most well-known of the universal laws. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like; the vibrations, beliefs, and emotions we put out into the world are what we receive in our lived experiences.
If you approach your daily life emitting feelings of joy, love, and positivity, you receive experiences in your life that mirror these emotions. But if you maintain a negative attitude in which you always consider yourself the victim and claim that nothing ever works out for you, you’ll continue to receive experiences that reflect this belief.
I do always think it’s important to note that the Law of Attraction is not an invitation to engage in toxic positivity. You do not have to force yourself to suppress negative emotions and pretend you’re happy when you’re feeling sad or disappointed or angry.
You can feel sad sometimes but still believe in your heart that everything is working out for your highest good. You can have a bad day while also knowing that it will pass. When you experience these emotions, explore them with gentleness and compassion, and ask yourself, “What can I learn from this experience? In what ways is this experience serving my highest good?”

Law of Inspired Action
The Law of Inspired Action is inextricably connected to the Law of Attraction and is often the overlooked step that may cause some to claim that the Law of Attraction “doesn’t work.”
The Law of Inspired Action states that you must take real, actionable, inspired steps in order to achieve your goals and invite your manifestations into your life.
But what exactly is an inspired step? An inspired step is action derived from your inner knowing. It’s when something deep within calls you to take action, even when it doesn’t make sense. Inspired action is based on surrendering to the guidance of the universe and listening to the call of your inner knowing.
Let’s use dating as an example. You want to attract love into your life, so you choose to vibrate at the frequency of joy, love, and all the positive feelings you associate with finding the love of your life. You go out every weekend, believing this is the best way to meet someone.
However, deep down, your inner knowing is telling you to sign up for an online dating website.
You resist the idea because you really wanted to meet someone “the old fashioned way.” Going out every weekend is an action, but signing up for that online dating profile would be inspired action because it stems from a deep inner knowing within.
Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
This one has arguably the most confusing title, so let’s break it down:
- Perpetual: constant, everlasting, without end
- Transmutation: the act of changing/being changed from one form into another
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation states that energetically, everything in the universe is constantly fluctuating and changing from one form to another. Most of the time, you don’t see these changes because they’re happening at a cellular level.
Here’s what you need to know about this law: your vibrational frequency has the power to affect another’s, and another’s vibrational frequency can affect yours. If a coworker comes to your cubicle and starts complaining, their negativity can affect your own energy. You don’t see your energy changing, but you can feel it; one moment, you were having a great day, and the next, you feel frustrated and dejected. On the other hand, your positive energy can lift up your coworker’s and help their day become a little brighter.
The key here is understanding how another’s energy can affect your own and vice versa; once you understand this power, you can use it to protect yourself from negative energy and uplift those around you.
Law of Cause and Effect
This law is exactly as it sounds, and if you’re familiar with Newton’s Third Law of Motion, you’re likely already putting the pieces together. The Law of Cause and Effect states that all actions have corresponding reactions, or consequences. (The word “consequences” tends to have a negative connotation, but consequences can be positive, too).
When you donate money to a person or organization in need with a sincere heart, this kindness will come back to you, even though you may not always see it right away. Similarly, if you lie, cheat, or steal, you will eventually feel these effects, even if not immediately.
This law is directly tied to the Great Law, the first of the 12 Laws of Karma.
Law of Compensation
The Law of Compensation is often tied to the phrase, “You reap what you sow.” This can have both a positive and negative connotation, and the idea is pretty closely tied to the concepts in the Law of Attraction and the Law of Cause and Effect. (What you put out is what you receive.)
So how does this law differ from the other laws it’s connected to?
I like to think of it as this: compensation can come in many forms, both good and bad. And often, what may appear good on the surface can really be a negative thing, and what can appear negative on the surface can be a positive thing.
For instance, say you’ve been trying to manifest a specific job. If you don’t get the job, you may feel like your manifestation has failed, but what if this job wasn’t as good as it seemed? The universe may be saving you from negative experiences and toxic energy tied to this job.
Or maybe you do get the job, but you lied and deceived in order to get it. Soon, you realize that the job that you believed would change your life is changing it, but it’s for the worse rather than for the better.
Again, this comes back to the idea that you reap what you sow. Did you lie and deceive to get that job? You may still get it, but it won’t be the glamorous and awesome position you believed it to be.
Law of Relativity
The Law of Relativity states that everything is neutral. When we label something as good or bad, rich or poor, or enough or not enough, it’s only because our perspective is influenced by our personal experiences and relationships.
For instance, one person may think making $20 an hour is a huge amount because they have only made lesser amounts in the past, and they’ve adapted their lifestyle to fit their average paychecks. However, for another, $20 an hour could be a huge pay decrease because they’ve always made significantly more, and they’ve adapted their lifestyle to higher paychecks.
For one person, an 1,800 square-foot house could be considered huge because they grew up in smaller houses, but for another, 1,800 square feet might be deemed small because they’ve always had twice the space.
So is $20 an hour a lot or a little? Is 1,800 square feet big or small? Neither—they’re both neutral.
The labels we put on these experiences are relative to our personal lived experiences.
The important thing here is to remain mindful of your biases and the labels you put on different experiences. When you’re slipping into a state of feeling like you don’t have enough, you can shift your perspective and view your situation from someone who has less than you. This can help you see that you do, in fact, have plenty, allowing you to feel more gratitude and appreciation in your daily life.
Law of Polarity
The Law of Polarity states that everything has an opposite, and the existence of these opposites is vital in helping us to gain a deeper perspective of our own lives.
This law is all about embracing contrast in your life; the bad times help you to appreciate the good. A bad relationship may help you to appreciate a good one (and to know what you’re looking for moving forward). Rainy days help you appreciate the sunny ones, and too much sun can help you appreciate the rain.
I always think of the quote, “In order to love your life, you can’t hate the experiences that shaped you.” For instance, in my own personal life, I’ve had past failures and rejections as a writer that felt really difficult at the time. However, living through these experiences has made me appreciate my successes even more. And I don’t hate that I had these experiences, because I understand that they all served my growth.
Law of Rhythm
The Law of Rhythm states that everything comes in cycles, and nothing stays in one state forever. This can most easily be seen in the changing of seasons. Summer eventually gives way to fall, which turns into winter, which turns into spring, and eventually, it’s summer again.
This also manifests in ways that aren’t always as easy to see unless you step back to get a wider perspective. Are you experiencing hardships in your life? Those hardships won’t last forever. When you understand that this is just where you are in a cycle, and that this hardship isn’t a permanent state, you’re able to cultivate more calmness and peace within.
It’s also important to pay attention to your own inner rhythm, and to flow with this rhythm instead of against it. For instance, maybe you’re feeling tired and need a break from the stress of daily life. Instead of trying to ignore these feelings, you can choose to accept your own inner rhythm, possibly by taking a social media break and instead spending time in nature.
Law of Gender
The Law of Gender states there are two types of energy: masculine and feminine. In order to live a fulfilling, joyful, purpose-driven life, we must achieve a balance between these two energies.
Masculine energy is tied to hustling, achieving, and doing. Feminine energy is tied to surrendering, allowing, and just being. Neither energy is better or worse than the other. When you find a balance between the two, you’re able to live your truest, most authentic life.
Here, it’s also important to listen to your inner rhythm. For instance, if you’ve been in hustle mode for too long, your inner being may tell you it’s time to step back for a while and allow yourself to just be.

8 Powerful Manifestation Games To Attract Your Desires
In this article, discover 8 powerful manifestation games to attract your desires and help you manifest the life of your deepest, most heartfelt dreams.
What Is Manifestation?
Manifestation—which goes hand-in-hand with the Law of Attraction—is the practice of consciously tuning your energy to the frequency of your desires, thus attracting more experiences into your life that match this energetic frequency.
So how exactly does this work?
Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling right now. What’s the dominant feeling in your body? Maybe you’re feeling a little bored. Maybe you’re content and at peace. Or maybe life feels a little shaky right now, and you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress and worry as a result.
Now, imagine that you have a bubble around you. This is your energetic field. That dominant feeling you possess is also the current dominant energetic frequency of this field.
So if you’re currently feeing content and peaceful, your energetic bubble is vibrating at the frequency of contentment and peace.
If you’re stressed and worried, then these are the feelings taking up your energetic field.
You may have heard the phrase, “What you put out, you get back.” This is also the foundational law (The Great Law, or Law of Cause and Effect) for the 12 Laws of Karma: The energy you put out into the world is what comes back to you, whether you’re conscious of it or not.
This law applies to your energetic field. Let’s say you have a decent job and a nice place to live, but no matter how much you have, it’s never enough. If “never enough” (i.e. lack and scarcity) is your dominant vibration, you’ll constantly attract experiences that center around never having enough.
But if you embody the energy of gratitude and abundance, you attract experiences that bring you even more reasons to feel grateful and abundant.
So in manifestation, you’re consciously tuning your energetic frequency to match the vibration of what you want to attract.
If you want to attract romantic love, you can emit the energy of love and connection, before that perfect partner has entered your life. If you want to attract financial prosperity, you can embody the energy of already being wealthy and abundant, even before you see any changes to your bank account.
By matching your vibration to these good-feeling things, you become a magnet for the very thing you want to show up in your life.
I have lots of articles on manifestation throughout this site, so if you want to learn more, I definitely encourage you to check them all out here. You can also find more resources to support your manifestations in my online shop.
Below, you’ll find 8 powerful manifestation games to attract your desires. And for even more information, you can click the corresponding links in each section to read full articles on how to practice each manifesting method.

Manifestation Games
Abundance Checks
Abundance checks (or cheques) are blank checks that you can use to aid you in manifesting financial prosperity. You can find free digital abundance checks online, create your own, or use checks from your own checkbook for this practice.
On your check, you’ll write the amount of money you want to manifest and put your own name on the payee line. You’ll also date it for either today’s date or a date in the future. On the memo line, you can write down what this money is for (i.e. “Dream home”) or why you’re receiving this money (“For being your beautiful, authentic self”).
Finally, where is this money coming from? Sign the check from the Universe. If you’re using a free digital abundance check, the signature line may already come pre-filled.
Once your check is filled out, know that your manifestation is done. The money is coming. You can release your worries and align with the positive feelings of having this money right now.
Here are some ways you can use your abundance check to amplify your manifestations:
- Store it in your wallet, and each time you see your check in there, feel all the positive emotions of having that amount of money right now.
- Hang it up on a bulletin board and take some time to look at it each day. Visualize the experience of receiving this amount of money, and tune your energy to the frequency of pure abundance.
- Place it in a drawer, a lockbox, or somewhere safe. Surrender your desires to the universe, and walk forward in faith and trust.

Pillow Method For Manifestation
The directions to follow for the pillow method are fairly simple and straightforward:
Write an affirmation on a piece of paper and place that paper under your pillow for a set amount of days. Let that affirmation be the last thing you think about as you fall asleep, allowing it to sink into your subconscious brain.
Let go, surrender control, and allow the Universe to deliver your manifestation into your physical experience.
The affirmation you use for this practice is going to be what I call a future pacing affirmation.
These are affirmations in which you state that what you want to manifest is already yours.
For instance, if you want to manifest financial prosperity, you might write something like, “Financial abundance continually flows my way through multiple streams of income.” You could also write, “I am financially free with a limitless abundance of wealth and prosperity.”
Here are the exact directions to follow. To learn more about this manifestation game and get some tips for how to make it work, be sure to check out my full article here.
- Decide what you want to manifest.
- Create a powerful future pacing affirmation rooted in your desire. Write this affirmation on a piece of paper.
- Place the piece of paper under your pillow.
- Before you fall asleep at night, visualize having your desire in the present moment, feeling all the positive emotions of having what you want to manifest.
- Continue for 7 to 10 days, or until it feels right to remove it.
- Let go. Surrender control to the Universe. Trust. Receive.
55×5 Manifestation Method
The 55×5 (also written as 5×55 or 555) Manifestation Method is another manifestation game that’s fairly straightforward: it simply requires you to choose an affirmation, then write down that affirmation 55 times in a row for 5 days straight.
The affirmation you choose is going to be another future pacing affirmation, like the one I described above. Specifically, you’re going to focus on something that you want to manifest soon and phrase this affirmation as if it’s already come true.
Here are a few examples:
- I am so happy and grateful for the extra $1,000 I received this week!
- I’m so grateful the sellers accepted my offer on my dream house!
- I can’t believe I’m going on my dream vacation to Hawaii!
So using the first example above, on the first day, you’ll write this sentence 55 times in a row (in one sitting): “I am so happy and grateful for the extra $1,000 I received this week!”
On day two, you’ll again write that same sentence 55 times in a row in one sitting.
Days 3, 4, and 5: same thing.
The key here is to allow yourself to feel all the positive emotions as if your desired manifestation has already come true. So if you’re affirming that you received $1,000 this week, vibrate at the frequency of financial prosperity and abundance. See if you can carry this high vibration with you throughout your day.
To learn more about this powerful manifesting practice, plus get examples of 55×5 manifestation affirmations you can use as well as extra tips and tricks, check out my full guide to the 55×5 Manifestation Method.
And if you’re looking for help getting started, check out the 55×5 Manifestation Method Worksheet, which gives you the opportunity to print and handwrite your affirmations or type directly into the PDF editable document. This easy-to-use worksheet gets powerful results and is the perfect addition to your manifestation practice.
369 Method
The 369 Method is a simple yet effective manifestation game that utilizes the power of journaling, affirmations, and your own powerful vibration.
To practice this manifestation method, choose an affirmation based on what you want to manifest, then write down this affirmation three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening. The affirmation you use will be another future pacing affirmation.
Here are a few examples of the types of affirmations you might use:
- I feel joyful and thankful now that I’m driving my dream car!
- My heart is filled with gratitude for the 10 new clients I signed this month.
- I truly appreciate the extra $5,000 I received in my bank account.
Repeat this exercise for at least 21 days in order to maximize your results.
Again, the key here is to allow yourself to feel the positive feelings of having your desired manifestation in your life right now. So if your affirmation states that you received an extra $5,000 in your bank account this week, then allow yourself to feel the abundant energy of having this money right now. Carry this feeling with you not just when you’re writing your affirmation but throughout your entire day.
By continuously vibrating at the frequency of your desire for 21 days, this vibration is more likely to become your vibrational set point. You’ll no longer have to strive to feel financially abundant because it’ll be part of your foundational energy.
To learn more about the 369 method and why this manifestation game is so powerful, check out my in-depth guide.
Manifesting With Candles
Candles can be a powerful addition to your manifestation practice, as fire represents power and your inner light. Candles can also create a feeling of calm and inner serenity, allowing you to release negative energy and open yourself up to receiving.
When you first start incorporating candles into your manifestation practice, it’s best to use a brand new candle specifically chosen for this purpose. You can continue to use this candle for manifesting, but try to keep it as a dedicated manifestation candle.
Below, you’ll find the steps to follow to incorporate candles into your manifestation ritual. To learn what color of candle you should use depending on what you want to manifest, check out my article on candle colors for manifestation.
- Find a quiet, safe spot where you won’t be interrupted. If you have a sacred space or meditation table, this is ideal.
- Start with a brief meditation to create a feeling of calm within. You can either light your candle before you start meditating or right after.
- Start visualizing what exactly you want to manifest. See it in your mind’s eye. As you visualize, feel all the positive emotions of having this thing in the present moment.
- Now, you’re going to set your intention. What do you want to manifest? You might start by saying, “Dear Universe . . .” Be clear about what you want. Remember to express sincere gratitude for all that you have and all that’s on its way to you right now.
- Then, let it go. You might visualize your intention as a paper lantern or balloon flying higher and higher up into the sky until it disappears. This represents letting go of your desire and trusting the Universe to take care of you.
Manifesting With Essential Oils
When used correctly, essential oils can be another powerful addition to your manifesting practice. And the best thing is, you don’t actually have to do a lot of work when you’re using them; the essential oils will do most of the work for you.
Your main job is to be intentional.
So whether you’re using them in a diffuser, wearing them topically (when safe), or rubbing a little bit of oil on a dollar bill, make sure you set a clear intention when you’re working with them.
I have a full guide to manifesting with essential oils, including different types of oils to use for manifesting money, love, or success.
Here are some of the ways you can incorporate essential oils into fun and easy manifestation games:
- Dab a drop of oil onto money, photos, letters, or other items associated with your manifestations. If you want to manifest success with your business, you might dab some oil onto a business card. For financial prosperity, you can drop a bit of oil onto a dollar bill and keep it in your wallet. Find a creative way to use your chosen oil with an item you associate with your desired manifestation.
- If it’s safe to do so, you can wear the manifestation oil on your body daily, or wear it during especially important moments. You can also dab a bit on your jewelry, if you prefer.
- You can also use essential oils and candles together to amplify your manifesting practice. Before you start the candle ritual I described above, you can rub a bit of manifesting oil at the top of the candle, pulling upward, as you visualize your desires.
Scripting
Scripting is a practice that utilizes both journaling and visualization to envision the life you desire. In this practice, you write about your dreams and desires in story-like form, as if you already possess everything you want to manifest.
For instance, let’s say you want to manifest your dream job.
When you sit down to script, you’d write about your day as if you have your dream job right now, in the present moment. You might write as though you’re looking back on your day, describing all the details of a day on the job. Or you can write as though you’re experiencing it right now in this moment. (i.e. “I walk through the doors of my office and see . . .”)
The key here is to write as if you’re already living your dreams and desires right now in this present moment. You’ve made it. You have everything you can dream of and more. There is no more waiting—it’s all here for you, and all you have to do is reach out and grab it.

New Moon Rituals
The new moon offers a beautiful opportunity for a cosmic reset. This is a perfect time to check in with yourself, connect to your authentic desires, and set intentions for your life goals and vision.
This is also a time for cleansing any old, stagnant energy that’s been building up within and releasing all that no longer serves you to make space for new beginnings.
You can incorporate any of the manifestation games above into your new moon ritual to amplify your intentions. Additionally, here are a few of my favorite new moon rituals for manifestation:
- Plant Seeds of Intention: Pick 3 things you want to manifest over this next moon cycle. Imagine that each intention is a seed that you’re going to plant into your life garden. Take the first seed and envision yourself gently planting it in the earth in front of you. See your intention manifesting in your reality, and feel the positive emotions associated with this dream coming true. Do the same for the second and third seeds. You can visualize this practice in meditation, or if you’d like, you can actually plant three physical seeds in your outdoor garden or indoor potted plants.
- Write a New Moon List: Take some time to connect with your inner self and write lists of everything you want to manifest in the next month, everything you’re releasing, what you’re grateful for, the primary feelings you want to embody (joy, gratitude, etc.), and any other positive changes you want to make over the next month.
- Take a Detox Bath: A detox bath allows you to detox your total self: mind, body, and soul. This bath is meant for spiritual and energetic cleansing. During this time, put away your phone or any other distractions. Focus solely on your own inner tranquility. Sink into relaxation and self-care. By embracing your inner peace, you release stagnant energy within and make space for new energy to come forth. Use essential oils, crystals, epsom salt, candles, and anything else that supports your mind, body, and soul.

How To Manifest On Paper For Life-Changing Breakthroughs
In this article, discover how to manifest on paper in five easy steps to experience life-changing breakthroughs. Plus, get bonus steps and more resources for manifesting love, abundance, and more.
What Is Manifestation?
At its foundation, manifestation is creation.
You are a creator. Throughout your life, you’ve been creating your reality through your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. This may be hard to see at first. After all, if you were the creator of your reality, wouldn’t you have everything you want by now?
But it doesn’t really work like that. As the late Wayne Dyer once said, “You don’t attract what you want. You attract what you are.”
So there may be a lot of things you really want in life: love, success, abundance. But in order to experience these things in your outer world, you first need to cultivate these feelings within you.
This is where conscious manifestation comes in.
Conscious manifestation is the practice of visualizing your dreams and desires and vibrating at the frequency of your desires as if they’ve already come true. This means you’re intentionally creating a beautiful inner world so that it spills into your outer world and creates something extraordinary outside of you.
Or to break it down even further—do you really want to experience more success in your life? Then you first need to tap into the feeling of success inside of you. When you close your eyes and imagine yourself at the pinnacle of success, how does that feel? How does your heart respond? What changes happen inside your body?
Now, can you continually tap into this feeling each day? Can you find the place inside yourself where you have no limits? Can you begin creating and living your dream life within your mind and body before it materializes outside of you?
This is manifestation. And it isn’t always easy.
It requires you to continually become conscious of what’s happening inside yourself and choose your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. One way to help you continually realign with your desired state of being is through playing different manifestation games. And one of the simplest activities you can try today? Manifesting on paper.
Below, learn how to manifest on paper in five easy steps. Plus, get bonus steps and more resources to help you manifest your dreams and desires.
And to help you develop a long-term manifestation practice that really works, be sure to check out the Dreams, Goals & Manifestation Printables, a digital resource completely dedicated to helping you manifest your dream life. With these printables, you’ll find multiple calendars, worksheet pages, goal-setting tools, and manifestation exercises that you can use over and over again, not just month after month but year after year.
How To Manifest On Paper
Step 1: Script Your Dream Life
Arguably the most powerful method for manifesting on paper is the act of scripting. Scripting is the practice of writing about your dreams and desires in story-like form, as if you already possess everything you want to manifest.
It’s kind of like writing a journal entry, except instead of writing about your current life, you write about the life you want to live as if you’re already living it.
So if you want to manifest love, you might write about how you’re living with the love of your life in your dream home. When you do this, you’ll only write in past or present tense.
If you’re writing in past tense, you might recount the day you met your partner. You could also write as though it’s the end of the day, and you’ve just had your first date with your perfect person.
If you’re writing in present tense, you can write about a day in the life with your partner. You might also write as if you’ve just woken up in the morning and want to express gratitude for having this person in your life.
If you want to see how this looks in action, you can check out some scripting examples for inspiration. I’ve also created a free Law of Attraction scripting template to help you get started.
The key to making scripting work is to feel all the positive emotions of having your desires right now in this present moment.
So if you’re writing about how happy you are to spend your life with this perfect person, allow yourself to feel truly joyful and grateful for all that you have. Give yourself permission to feel loved, cherished, and adored by this perfect person. Insert gratitude throughout your script, and end it by thanking the universe for delivering to you all your deepest dreams and desires.
If you want to get started with scripting today, be sure to check out 30 Perfect Days, a digital manifestation journal available in my online shop. For each day, you receive a unique scripting prompt that will help you to live as if you already have your dreams and desires right now. Additionally, you’ll find space for daily gratitude, acknowledging the miracles that appear in your everyday world, uplifting affirmations, and more.
Step 2: Use The Pillow Method For Manifestation
After you’ve completed Step 1, take the script you’ve written and place it under your pillow. Before you go to bed, visualize your desired manifestation in your mind’s eye. Imagine having this desire right now, feeling all the positive emotions of your dreams coming true. Let this be the last thing you think about before falling asleep, allowing it to sink into your subconscious brain.
Continue this practice for about 7 to 10 days, or until it feels right to remove it.

Step 3: Keep A Daily Gratitude Log
There is no “secret” to making your manifestations come faster, but the closest thing to it is practicing gratitude. Gratitude is the practice of acknowledging the daily gifts and miracles you receive with sincere appreciation.
Now, these miracles don’t have to be really big things. Even something like a perfect cup of coffee or a beautiful morning sky can be something you show true thankfulness for each day. And the fact that you get to wake up to a brand new day with your breath flowing in and out of your lungs? That, too, is a miracle.
As you wait for your manifestations to appear in your reality, don’t sit around obsessing over when and how they’re going to come. Instead, live your life with joy and true gratitude in your heart. Express appreciation for all that you have and all that’s coming. Gratitude and love are the highest vibrations on the emotional guidance scale, and the quickest way to receive what you desire is to express thankfulness for what you already have.
One method for expressing gratitude is by writing one to three things you’re grateful for every single day. As you write down your gratitude list, allow the feeling of sincere appreciation to spread through your body.
Step 4: Write Down Your Signs & Synchronicities
Every single day, you’re receiving signs from the universe.
Sometimes, the signs are really obvious (like a book falling off a shelf right in front of you), and sometimes, they’re a little more subtle (like your own intuition leading you in a certain direction).
As you begin your manifesting journey, you’ll also receive signs and synchronicities. Consider these signs to be messages from the universe, letting you know your manifestation is on its way.
The signs you receive might come in the form of numbers and number patterns, coins, objects, symbols, or dreams. Start noticing and writing down the signs you discover in your daily life. This will keep you feeling motivated and encouraged, and it will also help you to relax a little more.
Receiving a sign is like a deep, loving hug from the universe—a reminder that you are always loved and taken cared of.
To learn how to know if a sign is from the universe, what to do after you receive a sign, and how to ask for a sign, you can check out my article on receiving messages from the universe.
Step 5: Use Manifesting Oil To Amplify Your Manifestations
My favorite way to amplify my manifestation practice is to use manifesting oil on my paper. Manifesting oil is a blend of essential oils, herbs, and other natural sources that are specifically created to help you manifest your desires.
To use manifesting oil, simply add a drop of oil to your scripts, journal pages, and anything else you write down. I especially like to use it when I’m doing the pillow method (by adding the oil to the page and then placing the paper under my pillow).
You can learn more about essential oils and oil blends for manifesting your desires here.
Bonus Methods For Manifesting On Paper
Manifestation Affirmations
In addition to the practices above, use manifestation affirmations daily to amplify your intentions. You can use a blend of standard mindset affirmations, such as I am worthy, as well as future pacing affirmations, such as I am so grateful to be a successful entrepreneur making $20,000 a month.
Write down your affirmations and use a bit of manifesting oil on your paper. Don’t forget to feel what you’re affirming within. (For instance, if you affirm that you’re a successful entrepreneur, don’t just say it—really feel it.)
Here are some articles to help you with affirmations for manifestation:

55×5 Manifestation Method
To use the 55×5 Manifestation Method, choose an affirmation, then write down your chosen affirmation 55 times in a row for 5 days straight. For this practice, instead of using a mindset affirmation, use an affirmation like what I wrote above: “I am so grateful to be a successful entrepreneur making $20,000 a month.”
If this is your chosen affirmation, you’d write those exact words 55 times in a row on Day 1, then another 55 times in a row on Day 2, and then repeat on Days 3, 4, and 5. Like with all affirmations, make sure you truly feel the words within as you write them down.
If you want to get started on this practice today, I’ve created a simple 55×5 Manifestation Worksheet you can either print out or type into directly on your phone, tablet, or computer. (If you have some manifesting oil, you might prefer to print it out so you can use the oil on the pages.)
369 Method
In the 369 Method, you choose an affirmation and write it down 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times in the evening. Do this for 21 days in a row. As you write it down, maintain high vibrations and make sure to be consistent. I also find it helpful to say my affirmation aloud throughout the day.
Learn more about the 369 Method here.

How to Tap Into the Magic of the 369 Manifestation Method
In this article, learn all about the magic of the 369 Manifestation Method: what it is, why so many people use it, and how you can complete it in six easy steps. Plus, get some bonus tips on what to do after you’ve completed all the steps!
What Is The 369 Manifestation Method?
The 369 Method is a simple yet effective manifestation method that utilizes the power of journaling, affirmations, and your own energetic vibration. It’s partially based in numerology, as the numbers 3, 6, and 9 all have ties to manifestation:
- 3: Your direct link/connection to the Universe; your ability to co-create with the Universe
- 6: Your inner strength and power to create the life that aligns with your passion and purpose
- 9: Your ability to release negativity, let go of the past, and move forward into the future.
So what exactly makes this manifestation method so special? To answer this, let’s first define what manifestation is (and what it isn’t).
What Manifestation Is
- Manifestation is the practice of vibrating at the frequency of your dreams and desires as if you already possess them in this present moment.
- Manifestation is a process that requires aligning with your intuition and taking inspired action.
- Manifestation is a process of co-creation. It’s about surrendering and trusting the Universe to deliver the best possible outcome for the highest good for all. Even if your desire doesn’t come exactly as you had envisioned, you can step back and trust that this is because the Universe is delivering something even better than you can imagine.
What Manifestation Isn’t
- Manifestation is not simply daydreaming and creating vision boards without purpose or intention.
- Manifestation is not about sitting back and wishing really hard that your dreams will come true without actually doing any real work. (Note that while I use the word “work” here, true manifestation will always feel good and right. It isn’t “work” in the sense of hustling and tiring yourself out all the time. It’s work based on being in alignment with the divine flow of the Universe.)
- Manifestation is not about controlling the outcome or trying to get things to happen on your timeline. True manifestation is all about being in a state of flow with the Universe. Some things may happen quickly. Other things may take a little longer. But no matter what, the timing is always exactly right.
The reason why the 369 Manifestation Method is so powerful is because it allows you to align with everything in the What Manifestation Is list above.
First, it helps you to vibrate at the frequency of your desires, thus becoming a magnet for more of these positive vibrations to come to you.
To understand this further, it helps to understand how the Law of Attraction works.
The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like—the vibrations, beliefs, and emotions we put out into the world are what we receive in our lived experiences. So by consistently aligning with the vibration of how you want to feel, you attract more of what you desire to show up in your outer world.
Second, by completing this practice morning, afternoon, and night, you keep it at the forefront of your mind throughout the day. This helps you to remain aligned with your intuition and identify opportunities for inspired action.
And lastly, this is the perfect practice for co-creating with the Universe. It allows you to get clear about what you want to manifest (i.e. set an intention). Once you’ve identified what you want to manifest, you can communicate this to the Universe using your affirmation. The Universe, in turn, will guide you on the best possible path to receiving your dreams.
So how exactly do you complete the 369 Manifestation Method? Read below for the six simple steps to follow to carry out this practice, plus get a few bonus tips that will guide you on what to do after you’ve completed all the steps.
Pro Tip: Learn how to use manifesting oils to amplify your intentions when you’re practicing any manifestation journaling method, including the 369 Method, scripting, the 55×5 Manifestation Method, and other powerful journaling practices.
6 Steps To Complete The 369 Method
Step 1: Decide What You Want To Manifest
The very first step to complete the 369 Manifestation Method (and the first step in manifesting in general) is to decide what exactly it is you want to manifest.
Do you want to manifest the job of your dreams? The perfect partner? A specific amount of money?
The key here is to be specific while leaving a little wiggle room for the Universe to work its magic.
For instance, if you want to manifest your dream job, see if you can define what exactly that job is. Do you want to become a book editor for young adult novels? Hone in on that specific vision but see if you can keep your options open when it comes to who exactly you work for and some of the other more minor details.
After all, there may be a really great opportunity for you out there that you just don’t know about yet. Don’t limit yourself by focusing on only one specific path.
One great way to phrase all of your desired manifestations is to ask that it comes in the energy of love and for the highest good for all. That way, you know you’ll receive the best possible outcome for yourself and for the world.
Step 2: Turn This Into An Affirmation
Once you know what it is that you want to manifest, it’s time to turn your desire into an affirmation.
The key here is to create an affirmation that expresses how grateful you are to already have your desire in the present moment.
So it’s not, “I will be so happy when I’m finally a book editor for young adult novels.” Instead, it’s, “I’m so happy and grateful that I have my dream job as a book editor for young adult novels.”
Here are some more examples of how you might phrase your affirmation:
- My heart is so happy and full now that I’m sharing my life with my soulmate.
- I’m so grateful the sellers accepted my offer on my dream house.
- I can’t believe I’m going on my dream vacation to Hawaii.
- I feel joyful and thankful now that I’m driving my dream car.
- My heart is filled with gratitude for the 10 new clients I signed this month.
- I truly appreciate the extra $5,000 I received in my bank account.
Step 3: Write Down Your Affirmation 3 Times In The Morning
Now, take your chosen affirmation and write it down three times in the morning. Do this in one sitting, preferably soon after you wake up. As you write down your affirmation, allow yourself to feel all the positive emotions of already having your desire in the present moment.
If you want to manifest abundance, vibrate at the frequency of pure abundance. If you want to manifest a loving, committed relationship, allow yourself to feel truly and deeply loved in this moment.
Then, as you step into this new day, carry these positive emotions with you and be the thing you want to attract.
Step 4: Write Down Your Affirmation 6 Times In The Afternoon
Set aside a few minutes in the afternoon to repeat what you did in Step 3, except instead of writing your affirmation down three times, you’ll write it down six times in one sitting. If you’ve lost some of the positive vibes you had cultivated for yourself in the morning, this is your opportunity to realign.
Once again, allow yourself to feel all of the powerful emotions of already having the thing you’ve written about in your affirmation. Carry this positive vibration with you as you continue your day.
Step 5: Write Down Your Affirmation 9 Times In The Evening
Shortly before bed, make some time to write down your affirmation again. This time, you’ll write it down nine times in a row in one sitting.
Just like the previous times, give yourself permission to feel as though your dreams and desires are already yours. Feel abundant. Feel loved. Feel peaceful. Feel free. Feel all of these positive emotions deep within every cell of your being.
Hold onto this positive vibration as you go to bed. See if you can let the positive thoughts and feelings of having your desires in the present moment be the last things you think and feel before you fall asleep. (This will allow them to sink deeper into your subconscious brain.)
Step 6: Repeat For 21 Days
Doing this practice for one day is powerful, but it’s all too easy to slide back into old negative thoughts and feelings. Repeat this exercise for at least 21 days in order to maximize your results.
By continuously vibrating at the frequency of your desire for 21 days, this vibration is more likely to become your vibrational set point. You’ll no longer have to consciously remind yourself to vibrate at the frequency of love and abundance because these feelings will become ingrained within you.
If you’d like to continue this practice a little longer, that’s totally fine. Some people like to do it for up to 33 days. Just don’t go on too much longer than that, as at some point, you’ll want to practice letting go. (See the bonus steps below for more details.)
And finally, remember to have patience. Just because you’ve done this practice for 21 or 33 days doesn’t mean the results will come in exactly 21 or 33 days.
One of the most important things to remember in manifestation is that you can’t control the timeline. Sometimes, what you want will come surprisingly quickly; other times, it takes a little longer.
The key is to release the desperate feeling of wanting it now and instead trust the Universe to deliver in perfect timing.

Bonus Steps
- Let Go: At some point, you’ll have to stop clutching so tightly to your desires and let go, trusting the Universe to guide you exactly where you’re meant to be. This is why I like to stop one round of the 369 manifestation method at 21 days. It may help you to visualize yourself physically letting go of your desire by imagining it as a beautiful paper lantern or balloon rising into the sky until it disappears.
- Life As If: To “life as if” means to live this day as if all your dreams and desires have already come true. Essentially, keep vibrating at the frequency of your desires. If you want to manifest abundance, feel abundant now. If you want to manifest your dream job, dress like you already have it. Embody the person you want to be in your ideal vision of the future.
- Take Inspired Action: And finally, take inspired action. Inspired action is action you take based on your intuition. It’s when you get a strong feeling about something and decide to follow it, even though it may not always make logical sense. It can also be when you receive a sign from the Universe, like a book falling off the shelf in front of you, and you pick up the book and receive any message it may have for you. And finally, it also means that when an opportunity presents itself and feels right, you follow it, even if you’re a little afraid. Answer the email. Send the application. Do the thing that scares you but could also lead you straight to your dreams.

45 Sleep Affirmations For Peace, Gratitude & Manifestation
In this article, discover 45 calming sleep affirmations for peace, gratitude, and manifestation. Download your free printable sleep affirmations to use nightly to help you cultivate a mindset of true serenity as you fall asleep.
How To Use Sleep Affirmations
Positive affirmations are empowering statements designed to help you cultivate deeper self-love and self-belief. By repeating positive affirmations throughout your day, you consciously choose how to direct your energy. Instead of letting the outside world dictate how you feel, positive affirmations allow you to remain in control of your own thoughts and feelings.
Sleep affirmations work the same way as other positive affirmations. Instead of stressing about the past or worrying about tomorrow, they allow you to harness more calming and uplifting energy in the present moment as you wind down for the day.
And this is extremely powerful—to fall asleep with thoughts of peace, gratitude, and joy instead of stress, worry, and fear. To consciously choose to let go of anything that doesn’t serve your mind, body, and spirit. To create a beautiful inner world, helping you to manifest an outer world that becomes a reflection of what you’ve created within.
Sleep affirmations aren’t necessarily a way to fall asleep more quickly, though they may help as they allow you to stop worrying and stressing about things that happened during the day or what might happen tomorrow.
But what makes sleep affirmations truly powerful is that they can help reframe your subconscious mind. Before you fall asleep, you can plant seeds of hope, love, and trust within. These seeds will grow deeper and begin to sprout while you sleep. Soon, these positive thoughts and feelings will be so ingrained within you that you’ll notice yourself thinking and feeling differently during the day.
And then you’ll see that your outside world is a reflection of your inner one. And that’s when the real magic begins to happen.
It’s one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to begin changing your life—simply by harnessing the power of your thoughts.
And all it takes is a few moments before bed to get started.
Below, you’ll find 45 positive sleep affirmations divided into three categories: affirmations for peace, affirmations for gratitude, and affirmations for manifestation.
I’ve also included resources throughout the article to help you protect your energy, cultivate more inner peace, and manifest the life you truly desire.
And don’t forget to download and save your free PDF of these sleep affirmations below so you can continue to use them each night before you fall asleep.

Vision Board Ideas To Manifest Your Future (With Examples)
In this article, discover the purpose of a vision board, plus get unique vision board ideas to help you start manifesting your ideal future today. (With images and examples below!)
What Is A Vision Board?
A vision board is a collection of images and/or words that represent your goals and dreams. In essence, it’s a visual representation of all your goals located in one spot where you can easily see it every day.
When you include images on your vision board, you can choose to include images that represent exactly what you want, or you can choose pictures that present an overall feeling of what you desire. (You can also include a mixture of both.)
For instance, let’s say you want to own a house by the ocean one day. So you find an image of the perfect beachfront property and add it to your vision board. In this example, the house is a tangible thing that you desire.
But it may not always be a concrete thing that you want. Maybe instead, your biggest goal in life is to feel a deep sense of freedom. In that scenario, you might choose to include an image that represents the feeling of freedom to you—like an open road, a field of wildflowers, or a person standing on top of a mountain with their arms stretched out wide.
While images are typically the focal point of a vision board, you can also include words on your board that have special meaning to you. For instance, you might use words to caption your images, or you can include empowering quotes and affirmations that capture the feeling of your ideal life. You can also include written bucket lists on your vision board for extra motivation. (You’ll find examples of all of these below.)
Finally, while it’s not common, you can choose to include just word descriptions on your vision board instead of images. One way to do this is to draw boxes on a piece of paper. (Of course, you can get more creative with it, too.) Label each box with a category, like Career, Family, and Health/Fitness. For each category, write a few sentences describing your goals.
For example, in the Career box, you might write, “I am a successful health coach who makes a positive difference in the lives of all my clients. I coach people on how to create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that goes beyond just fad diets; the positive changes they make last for their entire lives. I love what I do and am grateful every single day that I get to work in a job that feels fun and fulfilling.”
In the end, there’s no wrong way to create a vision board as long as it feels right to you. The best vision boards will spark your inspiration and make you feel truly excited about the limitless possibilities for the life you’re creating for yourself.

What Is The Purpose Of A Vision Board?
A vision board is used as a goal-setting tool to help you set and visualize your goals. It can also be used as a means of self-reflection.
In your day-to-day life, it can be easy to lose yourself in deadlines, schedules, errands, and to-do lists. A vision board allows you a chance to step back and really see the big picture. It’s an opportunity to ask yourself what really matters to you and how you want your future to look.
A vision board is also a commonly used tool in manifestation, which is the practice of consciously creating your future through the power of your own vibration. (You might know it as the Law of Attraction.) You can use your vision board as a tool to align your vibration with your desired outcome.
For instance, let’s say that financial freedom is one of your life goals. On your vision board, you can include images that represent what it means to you to be financially free. Then, each day, you can take time to look at your vision board and immerse yourself in those images of financial freedom. When you do this, allow yourself to truly feel the positive emotions of having this financial freedom in your current reality. Feel this positive vibration in every cell of your body.
So essentially, instead of waiting for the future to start feeling financially free, you’re letting yourself feel financially free today. By vibrating at the frequency of freedom and abundance today, you attract to you more of these experiences in your physical world.
The same scenario would apply if you want to manifest a loving and committed partner. Instead of waiting for that person to appear in your life before you start feeling truly loved, start showing yourself the love you’re seeking. When you look at your vision board and see a picture of a couple holding hands, imagine what it will feel like to hold your future partner’s hand. Immerse yourself in this positive vibration.
The more you practice feeling the positive emotions associated with the images on your vision board, the deeper this vibration becomes ingrained within you. You’ll begin carrying these positive emotions with you as you walk through your day and interact with the world around you.
And this, in essence, is how you manifest: by becoming the thing that you desire today.
This is one of my favorite ways to describe how manifestation works in just a few words:
“What you think, you create. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you become.”
If you’re interested in learning more about manifestation, I have tons of articles on manifesting throughout this site. And for more manifestation tools, you can also check out the digital manifestation workbook, journal, and printables in my online shop.
Vision Board Categories
When you create your vision board, there are likely some obvious categories you’ll want to include, such as your ideal home or your dream job. But you’re not limited to solely these categories—in fact, there are many other categories that might hold even more meaning to you.
For instance, you might include an image that represents your spirituality and any practices that contribute to your spiritual self, such as meditation or religious services. You can also include images that represent your ideal self-care routine or how you’d like to approach your own personal growth and self-development.
Here are some categories you can include in your vision board:
- Career
- Romance
- Family
- Health
- Financial Wealth
- Home
- Vehicle
- Lifestyle
- Vacations
- Fun
- Self-Care
- Personal Growth
- Volunteer
- Creativity
- Physical
- Emotional
- Spiritual
- Mental
- Social
- Things To Have
- Things To Try
Vision Board Mediums
So how do you begin creating a vision board? Here are some ways you can get started:
- You can go with the classic: a poster board, magazine cutouts, and some tape or glue. If you can’t find all your preferred images in magazines, you can also print images you find online.
- You can also do the same as above but instead glue or tape your images to notebook or bullet journal pages.
- And if you’re artistic, you might instead decide to draw your images instead.
- For a portable vision board, you can create an album on your phone titled Vision Board or My Future. Save images to your album that represent your ideal life, and make it a point to regularly scroll through your album. You can also continue to add images whenever you find a photo that resonates with you.
- There are also apps such as VisuApp that allow you to create your own personal digital vision board.
Vision Board Ideas (With Examples & Images)
Vision Board With Pictures
One of the simplest yet most effective ways to create your vision board is to fill it with photos that represent your ideal life. In the vision board above, you quickly get a sense of the vibe the creator of this board wants to represent: vanlife, travel, health and fitness, meditation, reading, creating, and an overall sense of joy and freedom. Fill your board with photos that speak to you and resonate with your whole self: mind, body, and soul.
Vision Board With Captions
The vision board above includes not only pictures but also captions for each photo that sum up the essence of each image and what the owner of the board hopes to create in the year ahead. The addition of captions can add a little something special to a vision board, turning an abstract image into something a little more concrete.
Vision Board With Affirmations
Another fun and empowering way to make your vision board is to pair photos that speak to your soul with high-vibe affirmations that leave you feeling confident, empowered, and inspired. Every time you look at your vision board, repeat these affirmations and truly feel the positive vibrations connected to the words. This is the path to manifesting your dreams: knowing that everything you desire is already yours.
Vision Board With Quotes
One of my favorite ways to create a vision board is to pair photos with uplifting quotes that give me a little extra burst of confidence and self-belief. If you’d like some help getting started, you can find 26 inspirational quotes for following your dreams here.
Vision Board With Goal List
Another unique approach you can take with your vision board is to include a list of goals on your board. In the image above, the owner of the board has included a list of goals for the year ahead. You might also choose to include a list of overall life goals or bucket list items.
Digital Vision Board
One of the easiest ways to make a vision board is to create a Vision Board album on your phone. Save images to this album that align with the vision you have of your ideal future, and continue to add photos whenever you see something that resonates with you. You can also include uplifting quotes and affirmations here, too. (And the best part? It’s portable, so you always have your vision board within reach, no matter where you are.)

Books are an essential tool in your manifestation journey. Not only do they give you more insight into how the Law of Attraction works, but they provide you with powerful practices, techniques, tricks, and tips to support you throughout your manifestations. Below, I’ve listed ten of the best manifestation books to read in 2023 to guide your path and help you become a manifesting pro in no time.

Getting Started With Manifestation Books
When I first started learning about manifestation and the Law of Attraction, I remember devouring every single bit of information I could get my hands on.
I saved manifestation podcasts and listened to them on my morning runs, reveling in every new secret I learned.
I combed the deepest corners of Google, inhaling every new piece of information I could find like it was oxygen.
And I ordered book after book on the Law of Attraction, ending up with a pile next to my desk that grew quicker than I could even read them.
So you could say, I got a little excited.
But you know what? I’m grateful for that excitement. I’m grateful for the hours spent each day learning about manifestation and putting all of these newfound lessons and techniques into practice.
You know why?
Because it absolutely, unequivocally changed my life for the better.
For one, I wouldn’t be writing this to you right now if I hadn’t gone all in on manifestation. If I hadn’t taken those initial steps, I don’t think I ever would’ve gained the confidence and self-belief to decide I was worthy of my dreams.
Since those early months of learning about the Law of Attraction, I’ve manifested incredible experiences into my life, most of them far beyond what I had ever envisioned for myself. Some of the things I’ve manifested have been almost exactly what I visualized.
And the rest? Well, most of the time, it turns out even better than I hoped it would.
And it truly comes down to this: I believed in myself enough to decide I wanted more from my life, and then I listened to my intuition and took inspired action to make it happen.
Because books played such a pivotal role in my journey, I wanted to share some of the best manifestation books I’ve read over the past several years. All of these books are unique in their own way, but each one brilliantly discusses manifestation, personal growth, and how to develop the courage and confidence to create the life of your dreams.
Below, I’ve listed 10 of the best books for manifestation, but since that’s not nearly enough, I’ve added a bonus list with even more books at the bottom of this post.
Check out these inspiring books and be prepared to become a manifesting pro in no time.
Best Manifestation Books
Super Attractor
Gabrielle Bernstein is a household name in the manifestation space, and for good reason. She’s the #1 New York Times best-selling author of The Universe Has Your Back and has written multiple bestselling books. What makes Super Attractor so special is that it’s essentially a complete how-to book on manifestation, outlining all of the essential methods for manifesting a life even greater than you can imagine.
What I love about Bernstein’s writing is that she writes like your loving, supportive friend, and above all, she encourages fun, relaxation, joy, and feeling good. This is the book that removes difficulty and struggle from manifestation and shows you how fun it can be to create the life of your dreams.
For even more support in your manifestation journey, be sure to check out her Super Attractor Affirmation Cards and Super Attractor Journal as well!
Manifest Your Destiny
I’d wholeheartedly recommend any of Wayne Dyer’s books to support you in your spiritual and personal growth journey, but if I had to choose one specifically for manifestation, it’d have to be Manifest Your Destiny: The Nine Spiritual Principles for Getting Everything You Want.
I don’t know if anything I write here can really do this book justice. Manifest Your Destiny teaches manifestation through the art of meditation and explores the nine spiritual principles for overcoming the “I can’t do that,” mentality so you can begin creating the life of your dreams. This is an extraordinary book that will help you to become your highest and most authentic self as you learn how to manifest a life beyond your wildest dreams.
Ask and It Is Given
First, I encourage you to go into this powerful book with an open mind and an open heart. If you don’t know anything about Esther Hicks and Abraham Hicks, I’d also encourage you to do a little research before reading this book. I know some people become preoccupied with the question of whether or not it’s all “real.” My take? It doesn’t really matter. Why? Because every single word in this book, whether it comes from Esther or Abraham or something else entirely, is meant to serve and support your ultimate well-being.
Ask and It Is Given is all about showing you how you have the power to create the beautiful life of your dreams, and it gives more practical guidance and easily accessible practices that you can use to raise your vibration than I’ve found anywhere else. At the heart of this book, it’s all about teaching you to accept the joy, love, peace, and happiness that you deserve. And personally, I can’t think of anything more beautiful.
The Power of Now
The Power of Now isn’t marketed as a manifestation book, but I’d argue that the concepts and ideas Eckhart Tolle presents in his acclaimed book are vital if you want to begin manifesting anything into your experience.
While visualization of the future is a powerful tool in manifestation, there’s arguably nothing more powerful than the power you hold in this present moment. In each and every moment, we choose the energy we put out into the world, and by offering positive vibrations in this present moment, we attract more positive vibrations to come our way. But living in the present moment isn’t easy for most of us, which is why I love Eckhart Tolle’s book for manifestation. It takes you on a powerful journey of spiritual and personal growth and teaches you how to connect with yourself and live in this moment right now.
You Can Heal Your Life
As a positive affirmation devotee, I’m a big fan of Louise Hay, who is known for her powerful affirmations and her positive words. You Can Heal Your Life is all about helping you to discover and cultivate unconditional self-love and self-worth. It gently guides you to take accountability for your own life and understand that everything that you put out into the world is what you receive.
I’ll admit, this can be either a positive thing or triggering for some depending on your willingness to take ownership of the events in your life. But if you’re willing to embrace ownership of your life’s story, you’ll see it as a beautiful opportunity to start creating the incredible life you’ve always desired.
The Magic of Manifesting
What I love most about The Magic of Manifesting is that it acts like a practical handbook that you can continually come back to as you walk forward in your journey of manifestation. Ryuu Shinohara’s book discusses both the scientific and spiritual basis of manifestation and gives you 15 practical techniques you can start using today to manifest your best life.
There isn’t any fluff here; Shinohara’s book is full of powerful practices and accessible explanations and ideas that explain not only what to do, but why these techniques work. This book is for anyone who wants to learn more about manifestation while gaining some valuable practices you can start utilizing today.
Becoming Supernatural
Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Becoming Supernatural is a bit different than most of the other books on this list. It’s based in science and uses research in neuroscience, epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology, neurocardiology, electromagnetism, and quantum physics to show the extraordinary potential of the human mind. This is a step-by-step guide that shows you how to create the extraordinary new life you’re capable of living.
If you’ve ever listened to Dr. Joe speak, you know there’s always an excitement and buzz underlying his spoken words. That same buzz is present in his written words, too, and it’ll leave you both captivated and enthusiastic about discovering your own supernatural potential.
Infinite Possibilities
The underlying thesis in Infinite Possibilities is exactly what the title says: you are filled with infinite possibilities, and you have the power to create your own future and to live a life of extraordinary happiness. Mike Dooley says his mission in this book is to show you how powerful you are, how far you can reach, and how much you deserve, and I can personally attest that it won’t take long as you’re reading this book before you begin to believe that’s true.
I love the way Dooley inspires and encourages, and I especially love his assertion that your dreams aren’t yours by accident; they’re what’s meant to be. Start believing you deserve it, and you can create anything you can dream of (and more).
Dear Universe
Sarah Prout’s Dear Universe: 200 Mini-Meditations for Instant Manifestation is packed with powerful practices and guidance that you can start incorporating into your life today. Prout pinpoints one of the biggest hurdles that stops us from manifesting our dreams–fear–and dedicates 100 mini-meditations to rising above fear so you can open yourself up and move closer towards your dreams. She dedicates the other 100 mini-meditations to embracing love so you can start feeling the positive emotions of your desired manifestation today.
What I love about this book is that it acts like your own personal companion that supports you on your journey, no matter how you’re feeling. Each mini-meditation is dedicated to a specific emotion, such as anger or uncertainty. So if you’re feeling a certain emotion, you can flip to that page in the book and follow the guidance on the page.
The Secret
Finally, I feel like it’d be remiss of me to create a list of the best manifestation books without including The Secret. It certainly wasn’t the first manifestation book, but it was the one that got the world’s attention, for good reason. There’s something about the way Rhonda Byrne presents the information in this book that makes it feel like it’s the truth you’ve been waiting for your entire life. If you’re a beginning manifestor, I think this is the perfect gateway to learning more about the Law of Attraction and beginning to unlock your manifestation superpowers today. (This is the one that got me started, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since!)

How To Tap Into Your Intuition (The Ultimate Guide)
In this article, learn how to tap into your intuition, plus discover what your intuition should feel like, how your intuition relates to manifestation, and what to do if you don’t like what your intuition is telling you.
What Is Your Intuition?
In many ways, your intuition is the least glamorous thing about you. It isn’t showy. It doesn’t like to be the center of attention. It’s so subtle, in fact, that many people question whether theirs works.
Right away, I’m here to tell you that you do have one, and it does work. You’ve probably even encountered it recently.
We all possess a deep inner knowing softly whispering inside of us—we just don’t always listen to it because our cognitive minds are so busy worrying, stressing, second-guessing, developing worst-case scenarios, and overthinking.
The second your intuition nudges you to do something out of the norm, your logical brain says, “Hold up, but what about all these 5,000 things that can go wrong?”
And sometimes, you actually hear your intuition loud and clear, but you don’t really want to listen to it.
- Your intuition may tell you it’s time to break up with your partner, but you’re terrified of change and don’t want to cause another person pain.
- Your intuition may tell you not to accept that seemingly perfect job with the great pay, but how could you turn down that money?
- Or your intuition may tell you that you need some more time to yourself before you dive into another relationship, but you really hate being alone.
If you want to strengthen your relationship with your intuition, there are some key practices you can start doing today.

How To Tap Into Your Intuition
Below, find six practices to help you tap into your intuition, plus a few additional exercises you can try. Consistently following these practices will strengthen your connection with your intuition and help you tap into this deep inner knowing with ease.
Quiet Your Mind
The first step to take to start connecting with your intuition? Listen.
You can’t hear what your inner voice is trying to tell you if you’re constantly immersed in noise.
The quickest and most profound way to start connecting with your intuition is to let silence be a normal part of your life.
If you have a daily meditation practice already, you may already be benefitting from these regular encounters with silence and stillness.
And if you don’t have a meditation practice, that’s okay. I know meditation may seem overwhelming at first. This is partially due to the myth that meditation requires you to have no thoughts. This is one of the biggest misconceptions about meditation and why many people believe meditation isn’t for them.
But if you listen to just about any meditation teacher, they’ll tell you the same thing: meditation is not about clearing your mind of thoughts. If it was, I’m not sure any of us, not even the most advanced meditators, would ever succeed. The last thing we want to do is suppress or evade our own thoughts.
At its heart, meditation (especially practices rooted in mindfulness) is about non-judgmental observation, conscious awareness, and gently rooting yourself in the present moment. It’s a chance to step away from the external noise and come home to yourself for a little while.
And this is where your intuition shines: in the quiet places where you can simply be.
The paradox of using meditation to connect with your intuition is that you’re not actively going to try to connect with your intuition during your meditation. If you sit in silence and try to force something to come forward, you’re likely going to put excess pressure on yourself; in turn, this often causes frustration and anxiety.
The key is patience. Sit in stillness for ten minutes today. Then, sit in stillness for ten minutes tomorrow. Day after day, keep sitting in stillness for ten minutes at a time. Don’t try to force anything. It will come on its own. All of the mental clutter will start to clear up, and your intuition will come forward.

Practice Mindfulness
One of the biggest barriers to connecting with your intuition is being anywhere but where you are right now.
What do I mean by this?
As you go about your day, it’s easy to get lost in thoughts about the past or future. You might find yourself replaying yesterday’s events or worrying about the days ahead. When this happens, your mind becomes so busy with troublesome thoughts, you lose your connection with that quiet voice within.
Mindfulness is the key to returning to this moment right now and getting in touch with your inner knowing.
First, let’s take a step back and talk about mindfulness itself. What is it, and why is it so important?
Mindfulness is non-judgmental, conscious awareness in the present moment. This means being aware of what’s happening within and around you in this moment. How does your body feel? Where do your thoughts stray? Are you experiencing any anxiety or tension? What can you perceive with your five senses?
The key here is not to judge anything you notice. Don’t label any of it as right or wrong. Just notice.
So why is mindfulness important when it comes to connecting to your intuition?
Mindfulness allows you to become aware of what’s happening within and around you in this present moment.
Remember, your intuition isn’t flashy. Every once in a while, it might scream at you, like when it knows you might be walking into a dangerous situation. But for most of the daily stuff, it tends to remain soft and quiet, like a soft whisper deep inside you.
You can’t always expect it to speak up louder; instead, you must consciously step away from all the mental chatter so you can hear it.
Mindfulness quiets the noise of your worries, fears, judgments, and daily stresses so you can hear what’s really going on in the deepest parts within.
If mindfulness is new for you, you can check out some helpful mindfulness exercises you can try to start practicing mindfulness throughout your day.
Truly, I can’t emphasize enough how important mindfulness is in connecting to your intuition. It may feel like this is a slow process, but I promise, if you consistently practice mindfulness techniques for a month straight, you’ll begin noticing shifts within yourself.
This is the bridge to connecting to that quiet voice within: being consciously aware of what’s happening inside you in this present moment, without judging what’s going on. Simply listening. Breathing. Being.
Cultivate Calm
I’ll keep this one short: clarity comes with calm.
People don’t usually make good choices when they’re feeling stressed, worried, angry, or depressed.
Connecting with your intuition requires you to first do the two things I mentioned above: quiet your mind and practice mindfulness. Mindfulness will allow you to recognize that you’re feeling “low” or “off.” By recognizing your own low mental state, you can choose not to make any big decisions at that moment.
Conversely, it will help to bring clarity when you’re experiencing a more positive mental state. This is when the magic happens. When you’re experiencing a sense of calm and inner peace, that’s when you’re in greatest alignment with your inner knowing.
Start consciously working with your intuition during moments when you’re feeling really good. I started with walks around my neighborhood. During these walks, I always felt calm, grounded, and connected to my higher self. So I started asking my intuition to guide me when I should turn and where I should walk next.
Most of the time, nothing really happened. And that’s completely okay. Sometimes, when you work with your intuition, nothing will actually seem to happen around you. This is normal. Just because nothing happens around you doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.
Keep practicing in these moments. This is preparing you to trust your intuition for those bigger moments when you do feel that soft nudge within.
Practice Picking Up Signals From People Around You
Think of the people you spend the most time with: family, friends, coworkers. How often have you taken one look at a person you’re close with and known that something was wrong?
What about those times when it’s less obvious? Someone may seem fine on the surface, but you can just tell that something’s off. They seem distant. Distracted. Heavy.
Start approaching your daily interactions with the intention to pick up on any underlying feelings that may be going on beneath the surface. When you begin your interaction, ask yourself, “What do I feel from this person right now?” See if you can name that underlying feeling.
As you continue to practice this, it will become easier to tap into that feeling within. In time, this will expand into other areas of your life. Not only will you be able to connect with your intuition when interacting with other people, but you’ll feel those subtle hunches when it comes to your own life path.
Take Days Off
This directly correlates with what we’ve discussed in some of the different points above: make space for stillness, step back from the noise, and give your soul a chance to take a deep sigh of relief.
If you’re currently immersed in a cycle of feeling stressed and busy all the time, you’re going to have a difficult time connecting with your inner knowing. See if you can plan days throughout your month where you don’t have anything on the to-do list. Do things that make you feel calm and at ease.
Again, you don’t have to actively try to make your intuition come forward. Let it come to you.
And to add to this, spending time in nature and taking social media breaks will also help you escape all the outer noise and connect to your inner self. You’ll often hear about these practices when it comes to self-care and taking care of your mental and emotional health, but they have the added benefit of also helping you develop and strengthen your intuition.
Connect With Your Body
You’ll experience your intuition in goosebumps, shivers, chest pressure, and inner aches. You’ll also experience it in more subtle feelings and hunches.
The better connected you are with your body, the more you’ll be able to pick up on subtle changes happening inside you.
Yoga and meditation are two practices you can use to connect with your body. You can also practice simply standing with your two feet on the ground, closing your eyes, and connecting with how you feel.
Connection also comes just by paying attention.
Take moments to pause throughout the day and ask, “How does my body feel right now?” Answer without judgment. The more you practice this, the easier it will become to pick up on any understated shifts that happen within.
A Few More Practices
In the long-term, mindfulness and meditation are the two practices that will have the most profound effect on how you connect with your intuition. However, if you want to start working with your intuition more closely right away, there are plenty of other meaningful practices you can try today. Here are a few examples:
- One of my favorite things to do is go into a store that has crystals and gemstones and let my intuition guide me to pick out a new gemstone for myself. (The small ones are often as inexpensive as $1, so this doesn’t have to cost a lot of money.) Once I pick out my stone, I’ll take it home and read about the spiritual meaning of that gemstone. Then, I’ll think about why my intuition may have led me to that stone. Is it because of the spiritual meaning, or does it simply have a feeling of positive energy? There’s no right or wrong answer here. It’s just a fun and easy practice for developing your intuition, plus you get a new crystal or gemstone from it. You also don’t exclusively have to do this practice with crystals. Pick something you like that makes you feel good, like flowers, books, jewelry, or candles.
- Working with oracle cards is also a great way to develop your intuition. Pick a card, and before you consult a guidebook, let your inner knowing interpret the meaning of the card.
- You might also start keeping a dream journal. Try to write what you remember about your dream shortly after you wake up. (The sooner, the better.) Consider if your intuition was trying to tell you something within your dream. You might also see if your intuition can help you uncover any deeper meanings or symbolism in the dream itself.
- A pendulum is another great tool for developing your intuition. It’s most often used to gain insight and clarity when there are areas of uncertainty in your life. Anytime you have a question and are looking for help or advice, you can use a pendulum to receive guidance from a higher power.
What Does Your Intuition Feel Like?
Your intuition can be so subtle, it’s often difficult to describe what it feels like.
For a situation in which you might be putting yourself in danger, the feeling will be louder and more obvious. Your heart will race, your palms will get sweaty, and that voice within will yell at you to turn around and find safety. Sometimes, your breath may quicken, and you’ll get shivers down your spine.
When you encounter these experiences, don’t question these feelings. And especially don’t question whether you’re overreacting. Err on the side of caution. Trust what you feel.
Most situations in life aren’t like this, though–especially when it comes to intuitive nudges you have about your own life path. Your intuition usually doesn’t speak in shouts but in whispers.
And often, it’s less of a feeling and more of a knowing. You’ll experience a sudden understanding: clarity that just comes to you, often unexpectedly. If something is off (maybe with a relationship or a business deal), there will be a part of you that just knows.
Your intuition comes from your heart’s consciousness, which isn’t always as easy to grasp as the logic and reason of your mind’s consciousness. Thus, you may try to talk your way out of whatever it is that you’re feeling. You may keep trying to reason with yourself and follow your logical mind.
And it’s okay; most of us have done this at some point in our lives. We’ve been taught to trust logic and reason over intuition and inner knowing. And that’s what can make following your intuition feel kind of scary—because it requires you to alter your mindset. It’s less about thinking your way forward and more about feeling your way forward.
Here are a few of the ways in which you might experience your intuition:
- An unexplainable “knowing”
- A feeling of “rightness”
- Clarity
- Ease
- Hunches
- A quiet voice within
- A recurring thought
- Goosebumps
- Shivers
- Racing heart
- An inner ache
- Pressure in your chest
- Physical discomfort
- Emotional discomfort
Your Intuition & Manifestation
So what role does your intuition play in manifestation?
First, let’s consider how manifestation works:
- You set an intention based on the authentic, deeply felt dreams that have been placed in your heart.
- You communicate this intention to the Universe. Your positive vibrations are one way of communicating this intention, as by vibrating at the frequency of your desires, you express that you’re ready to receive more of this good-feeling thing.
- The Universe works behind the scenes to set everything in motion. It communicates back to you in the form of messages, synchronicities, and most importantly, your own intuition. Being in the vibration of what you desire allows you to receive these signs and inner nudges with clarity. (In contrast, being in a state of stress, worry, and anger will cause you to miss these signs and feelings.)
- Then, you take inspired action based on the communication the Universe has given you. This leads you on your path forward.
The art of manifestation is the art of learning how to communicate with the Universe. You communicate every single day through your vibration. The Universe communicates back to you through your own intuition.
So if you’ve set an intention, that means signs, synchronicities, and inner nudges are going to come. Your job now is to listen and take inspired action. Once you do this, you’ll receive your next nudge forward. As you follow this path, you’ll be in divine flow with the Universe, and your manifestations will start to come alive.
I know this might sound like a long process, but I promise, it’s not. Depending on the specific dream, some things could come in months, weeks, days—even hours.
The key is not to worry about when it will come. Release the timeline and continue to focus on how you feel in the present moment. As you step forward on the path, the path will continue to reveal itself, one step at a time.
What If You Don’t Like What Your Intuition Is Telling You?
So let’s say you’re trying to manifest something, but your intuition is telling you to do the very opposite of what you think you should be doing. Often, when you want something, it’s because you imagine that outcome will make you feel a certain way.
- You may want to manifest a perfect partner, even though your intuition is telling you to take some time to be single, because you imagine the partner will make you feel loved.
- You dream of getting a prestigious position for a certain well-known company, even though your inner knowing says it’s not as perfect as it seems, because you imagine you’ll finally feel successful and worthy of your parents’ approval.
- Or you want to manifest money to live a more luxurious lifestyle, because you imagine this will make you feel like you’ve finally made it.
There’s nothing wrong with wanting these things for yourself. Nothing. It only becomes a potentially negative thing when it goes against your intuition.
This is when I urge you to step back and re-evaluate your overall goal. Take some time to pause. You can meditate, journal, or take a day off to spend time in nature. Set the intention to understand your desires and what you really want. Allow yourself to shift your vision.
Instead of going after that perfect partner, job, or lifestyle, set an intention to encompass the feelings of being loved, successful, worthy, beautiful, and empowered (or however you imagine this external thing will make you feel) right now in this present moment.
Focus on those feelings, and allow your intuition to guide you forward on your path. Trust that your inner knowing always has the right answers, and believe that the Universe will always take you where you want to go.
It may mean that your perfect partner isn’t supposed to come into your life right now, but you find that you feel so loved anyway, you’re okay waiting.
Even if what your intuition is telling you doesn’t make sense today, it will with time.
If you’re feeling lost, instead of searching for external answers to guide your path, sit in the quiet of your own mind for a little while.
You’ll often find you already have everything you need to take the next step forward.

All of these experiences—following your intuition, taking aligned action, and believing in your worthiness—are aspects that contribute to manifestation.
Your beliefs shape your life. When you believe you are worthy of true abundance (not just financial prosperity but an abundance of joy, love, peace, freedom, passion, creativity, and all good things), you’re more likely to walk through your life vibrating at the frequency of true abundance.
You feel abundant.
You see abundance all around you.
And in time, you begin to experience abundance in all of its shapes, forms, textures, and hues.
When you step back and look at your life, you’ll see that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world.
And this is the heart of manifestation: to visualize your dreams and desires and to vibrate at the frequency of your desires as if they’ve already come true. To consciously cultivate a beautiful inner world so that it spills into your outer world and creates something extraordinary.
When you first start, it may feel like playing pretend, and that’s okay. Because in time, you’ll realize that this isn’t pretend. Your magic is real.
You have the ability to manifest the life you want—the life that feels real and true to you.
It isn’t simply about believing that you can have it all.
It’s about knowing that you already do.
Below, discover 35 powerful manifestation quotes to remind you that you are a powerful creator—and you have the ability to create a beautiful, honest, and fulfilling life.

Manifestation Journal Template: Free Printable PDF
Start manifesting today with this free manifestation journal template. Plus, I’ll walk you through each section in the template so you can begin manifesting the life of your deepest, most heartfelt dreams.
How To Use A Manifestation Journal Template
No two manifestation journals are the same.
Some journals are solely dedicated to a single manifestation method, like the 55×5 Manifestation Method or 369 Method, while others offer a broader range of journal prompts and activities.
If you want to create your own manifesting journal but aren’t sure where to start, a manifestation journal template is a great option. A template offers you a repeatable model you can use in your manifesting practice. They’re also versatile, so you can write on the template itself, or you can use the template as a guide as you write in your own blank notebook or journal.
Below, you’ll find an easy-to-use manifestation journal template that you can download today to guide you in your manifesting practice. This template is completely free for your personal use. You’re also free to share it on your own website or social media—I just ask that you link back to my website/social media accounts as well.
I also don’t require you to subscribe to my newsletter to get the template (I know that can get annoying). But I definitely do encourage you to subscribe, as I send a free printable affirmation calendar to my subscribers every month.
To learn more about how to use this manifestation journal template, I’ve provided in-depth directions below.
Finally, if you want to expand your manifestation practice, I definitely encourage you to check out 30 Perfect Days, a digital manifestation journal available in my online shop. There’s a lot to love in this journal: 30 unique scripting prompts, space for daily gratitude, and so much more.
And the best part? This digital journal comes with editable text fields so you can choose to either type directly into the journal on your computer or cell phone or print and hand write your responses. Get started today.

Scripting
The first page of the manifestation journal template is dedicated entirely to scripting. Scripting is the practice of writing about your dreams and desires in story-like form, as if you already possess everything you want to manifest.
For instance, let’s say you want to manifest your dream job. In your script, you could write about a day in this dream job as if you already have it right now. You might also write as your future self, looking back on the first day you got this job and what an amazing experience it was.
Past or present tense are good; just don’t write in future tense. As you write, it’s not “One day, I will have this job.” It’s, “I am so happy and grateful to have this job right now.”
If you don’t have time to write an entire script, that’s totally fine. You can skip this page and go straight to the second page if you’d like. See if you can incorporate scripting into your journaling practice on days you have an extra 10 to 15 minutes to spare.
And if you want to learn more about scripting, you can get a free scripting template here. And don’t forget to check out the digital manifestation journal in my online shop, which includes 30 unique scripting prompts to help you manifest your deepest and most heartfelt dreams. (Plus, you can type directly into the PDF document!)
Gratitude
If you want to live the life of your dreams, express gratitude for the life you have right now.
When you express sincere appreciation for all that you have, you vibrate at the frequency of love and abundance. Instead of focusing on lack and scarcity, you’re viewing your life from a perspective of wealth and prosperity. This opens you up to receiving even more incredible people, resources, things, and experiences to be grateful for.
You might think of it like this: every time you express gratitude for something you have, you’re telling the Universe, “More of this please.”
Gratitude and love are the highest vibrations, and by expressing sincere gratitude each day, you’re opening yourself up to receiving more beautiful gifts in your life to love and appreciate.
Your manifestation journal template includes space to express daily gratitude and appreciation. In your journal, write down one to three things you feel grateful for each day. As you write down these things, be sure to truly feel the full depth of your gratitude within every cell of your being.

Positive Affirmations
Positive affirmations are encouraging, uplifting statements designed to boost your confidence and self-belief. They’re instant vibration lifters and can become one of your most helpful tools in your manifestation toolkit.
The key to using affirmations is to know that the affirmation doesn’t actually start with the words you’re affirming—it starts with the feeling you possess deep within.
So when you say, “I am worthy,” it’s not simply about saying that you’re worthy; it’s about feeling worthy at your very core.
In your journal, write down one to three uplifting affirmations that align with the positive emotions of what you want to manifest. For instance, if you want to manifest success, write down affirmations about how you’re already successful and how you’re absolutely worthy of infinite success. Feel these words deep within.
If you need help with coming up with affirmations that feel good to you, I have thousands of affirmations throughout this site that you can explore here.

One Small Step I Will Take Today
Each day, you have the opportunity to take small steps toward manifesting your dreams.
The most important steps are ones that are inspired by your deep inner knowing—they should feel good and right to you, even if they might scare you a little. This means taking inspired action based on what your intuition is telling you.
Remember that every small step you take makes a big difference in your overall journey.
If your small step is simply sending an email, buying a book, or registering for a class, it may not feel like a big thing at the time. But it’s actually a huge step forward in your manifestation journey.
Your small step can even be something as simple as writing down a list of goals or creating a vision board. Don’t put pressure on yourself to do “really big” things all the time. Remember that if you take one small step each day for the next month, you’ll be 30 steps ahead of where you are today.
In your manifestation journal template, you’ll find space to write down one small step you’ll take to manifest your dreams. Write down this small step with courage, clarity, and confidence. (And also remember, when you’re unsure where to go next, sometimes the best step is to pause, sink into silence, and surrender. Allow the Universe to give you what you need.)
How Will I Align With My Highest Self Today?
Your highest self is the part of you that is untouched by external circumstances. This is the real and true you: the part of you that is eternal and infinite. This part of you is also free of fears, worries, and limiting beliefs.
When you step back and close your eyes to imagine your highest self, who do you see? How does your highest self look? How do they talk to other people? How do they interact with the world? Do they choose faith over fear? Do they believe they are worthy and deserving of manifesting their dreams?
Each day, you have the opportunity to align with your highest self. Here are some examples of how you might do this:
- Meet your highest self in meditation
- Embody your highest self in how you interact with friends and strangers throughout the day
- Set a morning routine that aligns with how your highest self would start the day
- Recite positive affirmations that align with how your highest self would think and feel
- Practice being in the present moment, as your highest self would be (as opposed to worrying about the past or future)
- Give love and compassion freely, as your highest self would.
Want to connect deeper with your highest self? Check out the digital workbook for connecting with your higher self here.
Other Notes
Here, you have the opportunity to write down anything else that feels right to you today. You might set a daily intention, write down one small thing you’ll manifest today (i.e. you might manifest a joyful moment or a good conversation with a friend), or write about your daily miracles. Whatever you write here, just make sure it feels good and aligns with your desired manifestations.
