Generally, a Law of Attraction affirmation will allow you to feel strong, powerful, and capable. Most Law of Attraction affirmations will remind you of your limitless capacity to create your future while also lifting your vibrations so that they align with your desired manifestations.

    For the Law of Attraction affirmations in this post, I’ve divided them into two categories: mindset affirmations and future pacing affirmations. Most of the affirmations you’ll find here are mindset affirmations, but incorporating future pacing affirmations into your daily life is definitely a worthwhile practice when it comes to lifting your vibrations and aligning you with the positive emotions of your dreams and desires.

    Mindset affirmations are the type of affirmations you use to uplift, empower, affirm your worthiness. These affirmations are the type that help you to cultivate an overall mindset of positivity.

    Here are a few examples of mindset affirmations:

    • I am worthy.
    • I am powerful.
    • I am enough.
    • I am strong in mind, body, and spirit.
    • I have the courage and confidence to achieve my dreams.
    • I am bold, brave, and brilliant.

    Future pacing affirmations are a little different than these typical mindset affirmations. When using these types of affirmations, you’re asserting that your desired manifestation has already come true.

    Here are a few examples of future pacing affirmations:

    • I am a successful writer with millions of fans who love to read my work.
    • I am in a beautiful, loving relationship with a partner who truly loves me for me.
    • I am a successful health coach making a positive difference in the lives of others. Clients are lining up to work with me!

    To amplify your manifestations, use a combination of mindset affirmations and future pacing affirmations that will uplift, empower, and allow you to truly feel as though all of your dreams and desires exist in this moment right now.

    How To Use These Affirmations

    • Feel the emotions of the affirmation. Before anything else, an affirmation starts in the body. And beyond the actual words, affirmations are feelings and emotions. So if you say, I am worthy, you would truly feel a sense of undeniable worthiness in your being. And if you say, I possess unlimited power, then allow yourself to feel your limitless power flowing inside you.
    • Recite your affirmations throughout the day. This includes as you wake up in the morning, as you get ready for work, when you’re driving in the car, when you’re working out, and any other time you think it will benefit you. It may seem like a lot of work at first to consciously remind yourself to repeat these affirmations, but in time, you’ll no longer have to remind yourself because the positive words will be ingrained within you.
    • Practice mirror work. Stand in front of the mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and affirm your ability to create the life you desire. Tell yourself that you’re a powerful manifestor. Every time you look in the mirror, practice feeling all the positive emotions of having your desires in the present moment.
    • Leave notes for yourself. Notes can be in the form of post-its or even a notification that pops up on your phone. Fill these notes with powerful Law of Attraction affirmations. Every time you find one of your notes, feel all the positive emotions of the words inside your body.
    • And finally, recognize any limiting beliefs that may be stopping you from believing your affirmation. If there’s something stopping you from truly getting onboard with the words you’re wanting to affirm, don’t suppress these emotions.     Most of us have short-term and long-term goals for our lives. These goals might include positive career movement, financial success, living in the place you’ve always dreamed of, and/or having a healthy, long-term relationship.

    But how often do you take the time to write your goals down? It’s easy to lose sight of your goals in the midst of your daily life. When dealing with external demands, thinking about your long-term goals sometimes seems less urgent.

    But it shouldn’t be.

    Your goals matter. Every dream, desire, passion, and objective that’s been placed inside you has been put there for a reason. And you owe it to yourself to follow it as far as it will take you.

    How to Use These Journal Prompts

    • To start, find a quiet spot where you won’t be interrupted. Allow yourself to truly connect with your inner self. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning, afternoon, or evening; what matters is that you’re able to devote this time to you. See if you can dedicate at least ten to twenty minutes solely to journaling.
    • You can answer just one question at a time or several in a single journaling session. It will just depend on the type of question and what kinds of answers it reveals within. (Just don’t rush it!)
    • If you find yourself straying from the question a little, that’s okay. You might be on the verge of discovering something within yourself you hadn’t realized before.
    • Finally, enact a “no self-criticism” rule while you’re journaling. Let’s say that as you write, you realize that you haven’t been making any positive movement toward your goals in the past six months. Don’t judge yourself here. Instead, choose to show yourself compassion, and acknowledge the fact that you’re making progress now.

    How to Manifest Something

    To manifest something means to visualize your dreams and desires and to vibrate at the frequency of your desires as if they’ve already come true.

    So if you dream of finding a romantic partner, and you imagine that a romantic partner will make you feel loved, cherished, and adored, you wouldn’t wait until a romantic partner enters your life to feel those positive emotions; you’d choose to feel loved, cherished, and adored right now.

    Like attracts like, so when you choose to feel these positive emotions throughout your day, you’ll attract more of this to you.

    So if you want to attract abundance, become the embodiment of abundance right now.

    This is, in essence, what manifestation and the Law of Attraction is:

    What you think, you become.

    What you put out, you get back.

    So at its very core, the answer to how to manifest something is to become the energy of what you want to manifest.

    But this isn’t always easy. That’s why it helps to use tried and proven manifestation methods to aid you in your manifestations.

    Read on to learn how to manifest something using 10 tested and proven manifestation methods.     1. Set an Intention

    The very first step to manifesting your dreams is to decide what exactly it is that you want to manifest. In manifestation terms, you’ll often hear this referred to as setting an intention.

    An intention is the desired outcome you wish to materialize in your physical reality. There aren’t a lot of rules about intentions, but I will say this: every single time one of my intentions has come true, it’s when my intention came from a sincere place deep in my heart. An intention shouldn’t be based off of what someone else wants for you. It should align with your authentic truths and desires.

    At its heart, an intention should feel really good to you.

    You may not think of this as a manifestation method, but I wanted to give it its own category because of its importance. Manifestation may seem really hard, but half the battle is setting a sincere intention that feels right to you. Because once you set an intention that feels really good, you’re in alignment with the Universe. That means the Universe will do everything possible to support you.

    And when you’re in the flow with the Universe, manifestation is actually really, really easy. And fun!

    So how do you release your intention to the Universe? My favorite method is to visualize what my life would look like if that intention came true. Then, I’ll speak my intention aloud. And finally, I visualize my intention in the form of a paper lantern floating up into the sky until I no longer see it. Once it’s out of my sight, I know it’s in good hands with the Universe.

    Once you set an intention, listen for those gentle nudges guiding you in the right direction. Trust the loving guidance of the Universe.

    2. Release Limiting Beliefs

    A limiting belief is a deep-seated belief that holds you back from realizing your true potential and living the life that you know you’re truly meant to live. For instance, if you want to be an actor, you might believe you’re not talented enough to truly make it. Or you might decide there’s too much competition, so why bother?

    Both of these thoughts are examples of limiting beliefs stopping you from achieving your dreams.

    One of the first steps to manifesting your dreams is to recognize what limiting beliefs you hold within. By understanding your limiting beliefs, you can do the inner work to release them. This opens up space for you to create new, positive beliefs that support your dreams.

    To recognize a limiting belief, think about your most deeply held dreams. Ask yourself, what’s stopping you from pursuing these dreams? What fears do you possess? What beliefs do you have about your ability to achieve these dreams?

    Once you recognize your limiting beliefs, you have the power to release these limiting beliefs and even turn them into new, empowering beliefs.     3. Visualize Your Dream Life

    In your dream life, where do you live? What do you do for a living? Who do you spend your time with? How do you feel when you wake up in the morning and when you close your eyes at night?

    Visualization is the practice of imagining all the details of your desired manifestation playing out in your mind’s eye. A visualization exercise is powerful because it not only allows you to set an intention for what you want to manifest, but it also lifts your vibrations.

    The key to a successful visualization is to not only see the details play out in your mind but to feel all the high-vibe emotions of having your desires right now. When you do this, you directly connect yourself to the experience of having the thing(s) you desire, becoming a magnet for your dreams to manifest in your reality.

    To get started with visualization, you’ll want to find a safe and comfortable spot where you won’t be interrupted. You might decide to play some soft music in the background.

    Envision a day in your dream life. Where do you wake up? Who are you with? What do you do during the day? As you walk through this day, allow yourself to feel all the positive emotions of having everything you desire.

    When you finish your visualization, release it to the Universe. Then, carry the positive feelings of your visualization with you throughout your day.

    You might also visualize specific scenarios, like getting the phone call that changes your life for the better, or going on your dream vacation. No matter what you do, have fun with it and don’t hold back. This is your visualization. The only thing that matters is that it feels right to you.

    4. Raise Your Vibration

    This is another phrase you hear a lot in the manifestation space, and I’m going to be honest here: it’s not my favorite.

    Don’t get me wrong; I love the idea behind this phrase, and that’s why I use it here. But to be clear, you aren’t simply raising your vibration; you are positive vibrations. Positive vibrations are your very foundation.

    So rather than raising your vibration, you’re releasing everything that weighs you down.

    Now, let’s go back to the definition of manifestation. To manifest something meas to visualize your dreams and desires and to vibrate at the frequency of your desires as if they’ve already come true.

    So when you “raise your vibration,” what you’re truly doing is matching your vibrations to your desire.

    That means if you want to manifest love, feel loved now. If you want to manifest success, feel successful now. Feel all the positive emotions of having your dreams and desires as if you already have them right now.

    And if you’re ever feeling a little lost, remember that love and gratitude are the highest vibrations you can offer. In any moment, you can step back and think about something you’re grateful for or something you truly love. Let these emotions shine through.

    5. Create a Vision Board

    A vision board is a collection of words and/or images that represent your highest self living your ideal life. Common components of a vision board might include your career, relationships, home, car, health, wealth, spirituality, lifestyle, hobbies, self-care activities, and anything that represents the life of your dreams.

    A vision board is a powerful tool for connecting you to your dream life. It also helps you with intention setting, as it allows you to get clear about what exactly you want to manifest.

    A vision board isn’t purely about setting goals, though; it’s about allowing yourself to experience all of the positive feelings of having all of your hopes and dreams right now. Is your board filled with images of travel, adventure, and freedom? Or is your deepest desire to have stability, a beautiful home, and a loving relationship?

    Whenever you look at your board, allow yourself to feel all of the positive emotions of having your dreams and desires right now.

    Allow yourself to feel freedom. Feel love. Feel passion. Feel abundance. Feel all of these positive emotions now, knowing in your heart that you create your abundance from within.

    • Tip: In addition to creating a physical vision board, you can also create one on your phone! There are apps that allow you to do this, but I like to create an album in my photos titled, “My Life.” Then, anytime I find an image online that represents my dream life, I save it to this album. This way, I can keep my vision board with me no matter where I go.

    6. Manifest Through Journaling

    Journaling is one of my personal favorite manifestation methods for several reasons:

    • There are several different practices you can use to manifest in a journal, so it never gets dull or repetitive.
    • Journaling gives me time to connect with my inner self, which often leads to unexpected discoveries.
    • 10 times out of 10, I always feel better after journaling. Even if all I did was vent in my journal, at least I was able to release that energy out of my body, onto the paper.

    Below, I’m going to talk about two of the most popular methods for manifesting in a journal. For a more in-depth look at manifestation and journaling, I encourage you to check out my post, How to Manifest in a Journal (A Complete Guide).

    Scripting

    Scripting is the act of writing your dreams and desires in a story-like form. However, you’re not writing your dreams as if they’re in the far-off future. You write them as though you’re living them right now.

    The key to making scripting work is to treat it like you’re writing a story in that you only write in past and present tense, as if every single one of your dreams is happening or has already happened.

    For instance, you might write about a day in your dream life as if it’s happening today. Or you might write about meeting the love of your life as though you just met them yesterday.

    Do’t be afraid to get descriptive! And even more, as you write, feel all the positive emotions of your words in your very being. Feel it as if it’s happening to you now.

    55×5 Manifestation Method

    The 55×5 (also written as 5×55 or 555) Manifestation Method is fairly straightforward: it simply requires you to choose an affirmation, then write down that affirmation 55 times in a row for 5 days straight.

    The affirmation you choose will directly relate to the desire you want to manifest.

    For example, let’s say you want to manifest money. Your affirmation might be, “I am so grateful I received $1,000 this week!”

    So on Day 1, you’ll write “I am so grateful I received $1,000 this week!” 55 times in a row.

    Then, on Day 2, you’d again write, “I am so grateful I received $1,000 this week!” 55 times in a row.

    Days 3, 4, and 5, same thing.

    Like scripting, you want to truly feel like you have this thing now. If you did manifest $1,000, how would you feel? Grateful? Joyful? Radiant? Allow yourself to feel those emotions now!

    7. Practice Gratitude

    Gratitude ties in with abundance, as when you choose to view your life from a perspective of gratitude, you’re able to see all that you have rather that focusing on what you don’t have.

    When you express gratitude, you’re essentially telling the Universe, more of this please.

    More joy. More love. More peace, freedom, and abundance.

    Connect yourself to the life of your dreams by expressing sincere gratitude and appreciation for the abundance that already exists within.

    How do you do this? Here are a few ideas:

    • When you wake up, think of three things you’re grateful for. You might also choose to write these things down in a gratitude journal.
    • Anytime you feel misaligned, take a step back. Look around your immediate environment. Focus on one thing in your surroundings to be grateful for. If you can’t find something outside of you, focus on something within.
    • Stuck at a red light? Instead of expressing frustration, think of one to three things you’re thankful for in your life.
    • Before you go to bed at night, think of three things that happened during the day that you truly appreciate.

    8. Give to Receive

    The more good you put out in the world, the more good you receive in return.

    Do you want to manifest love? Give love to others. (And yourself.)

    Do you want financial prosperity? Donate and give money when you feel called to.

    Do you want unconditional happiness? Give your smile freely to others. Make someone’s day. Be a light in someone else’s world.

    One way to intentionally practice this is to write a Giving List. Every morning, write down something you want to give that day. Remember, it doesn’t have to be a really big thing. Here are a few examples of something you might give:

    • A compliment to a friend
    • A smile to a stranger
    • An extra $1 on your tip
    • A kind gesture, like letting another car in or opening the door for someone.

    Time is also a gift, so you might give the gift of your time to someone who’s feeling lonely.

    I always like to note that you should only give when it feels good to you. Don’t force or pressure yourself to give because you think you have to, especially if deep down, you feel any resentment towards giving. When you do this, you may emit negative vibrations, so you’re not actually helping yourself to manifest what you want. Release the pressure on yourself, let go, and allow the perfect moment to unfold instead of forcing yourself into it.

    9. Surrender & Allow

    There are several ways I could phrase this:

    Surrender.

    Trust.

    Let go.

    Allow.

    There are two equal parts of manifestation: doing and being. This is actually directly tied to the Law of Gender, one of the 12 spiritual laws of the Universe. The Law of Gender states there are two types of energy: masculine and feminine. In order to live a fulfilling, joyful, purpose-driven life, we must achieve a balance between these two energies.

    Masculine energy is tied to hustling, achieving, and doing. Feminine energy is tied to surrendering, allowing, and just being.

    While many of the practices on this list are tied to your masculine energy, your feminine energy is just as important when it comes to manifesting. What we often forget when it comes to manifestation is that you’re actually co-creating with the Universe. This means trusting that the Universe has your back. It also means sometimes, you’re in the driver’s seat, and other times, you’re letting the Universe take the wheel.

    So how exactly do you practice surrender and trust? Here are a few tips:

    • Release the “how.” This is 100% the Universe’s job. You might think you know the best path to your dreams. You might also think there’s just no possible way your dream can come true. But I promise, the Universe will figure out the how, and it’s often in unexpected and surprising ways. Your job is to simply allow the Universe to work its magic. When it’s time for you to act, it’ll deliver a sign or a gentle nudge in the right direction to let you know.
    • Listen to your own inner rhythm. Do you feel like you’re forcing something to happen? How does it feel? At its foundation, manifestation should feel really good. If you feel like you’re trying to force your dreams to come true, it may be time to take a step back. Let go and allow the Universe to take the wheel for a while.

    As you move forward, keep this in mind:

    Don’t worry about the timeline. Don’t try to force something that doesn’t feel right. Know that the Universe is doing the hard stuff, and instead of focusing on your external world, focus on your inner world.

    Create an inner world so peaceful, patient, and calm, it spills into your outer world and creates something beautiful.

    10. Live As If

    Living as if is something you can do while you’re completing the practices above as well as after you’ve completed the above manifestation methods.

    And not only is it one of the most powerful practices on this list, but it’s also something that makes you feel really good.

    Think about all of your most beautiful dreams and desires. Now, imagine how you’ll feel the day all of your dreams come true. How will you feel? Joyful? Peaceful? Free? Connect with those emotions within.

    Then bring those emotions back to the present moment, and live your daily life as if all of your dreams and desires have already come true.

    Live as if you’ve already connected with the love of your life. Live as if you’ve already received financial prosperity. Live as if you have the dream car, the dream house, the dream wardrobe. All of it. Live as if you’re living the life of your dreams, and slowly, you’ll discover the life of your dreams is already yours.

    What is Manifestation?

    To manifest something means to visualize your dreams and desires and to vibrate at the frequency of your desires as if they’ve already come true. So if you want to attract abundance, become the embodiment of abundance right now. If you want to attract love, allow yourself to feel loved now. Like attracts like, so when you choose to feel these positive emotions throughout your day, you’ll attract more of this to you.     Common Components of a Manifestation Challenge

    Visualization

    Often, a manifestation challenge will include some kind of visualization element. It may instruct you to visualize a day in your dream life or to visualize the moment all your dreams come true. A visualization exercise is powerful because it not only allows you to set an intention for what you want to manifest, but it also lifts your vibrations.

    The key to a successful visualization practice? Don’t just see the details play out in your mind; allow yourself to feel all the high-vibe emotions of having your desires right now. When you do this, you directly connect yourself to the experience of having the thing(s) you desire, becoming a magnet for your dreams to manifest in your reality.

    Fun Fact

    Did you know your brain can’t actually tell the difference between the powerful visualization and reality? It has the same activity whether you’re physically doing the action or envisioning it in your mind. That’s why elite athletes and performers often commit hours solely to visualization.     Gratitude

    Gratitude is the highest vibration you can offer. Instead of focusing on what’s going wrong, it allows you to focus on what’s going right. Another instant vibration booster! In a manifestation challenge, you can practice gratitude by writing down what you’re grateful for and noticing things to feel thankful for throughout your day.

    Positive Affirmations

    Positive affirmations are present-tense statements that are designed to uplift and encourage while boosting self-belief and supporting your overall wellbeing. I am worthy is an example of a positive affirmation. So is, I have what it takes to succeed. There are truly an infinite amount of positive affirmations you can use to support your manifestations. In a manifestation challenge, use positive affirmations to lift your vibrations. They’ll also remind you of your inner power to create anything you want in this life.

    Scripting

    Scripting is the act of writing your dreams and desires in a story-like form. It’s similar to visualization, except instead of solely envisioning your dreams in your mind’s eye, you’re using pen and paper to write down what exactly it is that you want to manifest. The key to making scripting work is to treat it like you’re writing a story that’s already come true. Write only in past and present tense, as if every single one of your dreams is happening or has already happened.

    Limiting Beliefs

    A limiting belief is a deep-seated belief that holds you back from realizing your true potential and living the life of your dreams. In a manifestation challenge, there will often be at least one day dedicated to releasing limiting beliefs. So what exactly should you do?

    I like to make two columns on a piece of paper. For the heading of the first column, I write, “Limiting Beliefs I’m Releasing.” Under this column, I write down all the limiting beliefs that are holding me back. At the top of the next column, I write “New Reframed Belief.” Here, I take all the limiting beliefs I just wrote and turn them on their head. 

    So if I wrote, “I’m not talented enough,” in the first column, then in the second column, I’d write, “I am absolutely talented enough. I have what it takes to thrive. I’m more than enough.” (As you can see, I like to get descriptive in the second column!)

    Highest Self

    Your highest self is your essential self; it’s the eternal part of you that’s untouched by human experiences. This is the truest, most authentic part of you.

    In a manifestation challenge, you may receive directions to align with your highest self.

    To do this, first spend some time thinking about your highest self. Who is your truest, most authentic self? It might help to write down everything that comes to mind.

    Then, spend the day aligning with your highest self. In any situation, you can ask yourself, what would my highest self do? How would my highest self react? What choice would my highest self make? Would my highest self be critical or compassionate? Would my highest self worry about the future or trust that everything will work out?

    Whenever you feel misaligned, simply choose to realign with your highest self, over and over again if needed.

    What is abundance?

    For most of my life, I associated abundance with something that existed outside of myself. A life of pure abundance meant I’d have more than enough external “things” to survive and thrive.

    An abundance of food meant I’d have more than enough food to feed my family. An abundance of space to live in meant I’d have more than enough space for myself and my loved ones to live. And an abundance of money meant having more than enough money to live comfortably and financially support others.

    Even an abundance of the intangible things seemingly resulted from the tangible. The intangible includes an abundance of happiness, freedom, peace, creativity, and love.

    An abundance of happiness, I believed, would come when I worked in the career of my dreams and had everything I ever wanted.

    And an abundance of freedom would come when I had enough money to live the life I desired.

    And an abundance of love would come when I met someone who loved me unconditionally and when I had a large community of people to love me at all times.

    What I’ve learned in my journey is this:

    I had it backwards all along.

    Abundance isn’t something that purely exists outside of me; abundance exists within.

    And this is true for you, too.

    You are deeply connected to an eternally abundant Universe. True freedom comes by understanding that the abundance you see exists within.

    You don’t gain freedom through gaining financial affluence from external forces. You become free when you realize you have all the affluence you’re looking for inside you. And when you’re able to cultivate a feeling of true affluence and prosperity within, you’ll start seeing more of it in your outside world.

    Speaking to the Universe

    How often do you pause in the middle of the day to simply talk to the Universe?

    For a long time, the idea of speaking to the Universe felt like a strange, foreign idea to me. Even as I grew deeper in my spiritual journey, I had learned how to accept and receive love from the Universe, and I had found a way to communicate with a higher power through visualization, but rarely did I actually speak out loud to the Universe.

    When I did finally start speaking to the Universe, it was usually when I was at my lowest and was looking for some kind of guidance. But in time, I started talking to the Universe more often throughout my day, and now, it’s rare that I don’t speak aloud to a higher power at least once a day.

    Sometimes, I pause to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for all that I have.

    Other times, I might ask for guidance when I’m in the midst of uncertainty.

    And often, I just speak without needing or expecting an immediate answer. For instance, a couple months ago, I was experiencing a period in which I was feeling lost and uninspired. I felt like I didn’t have the words to share to help people; I wasn’t sure if I had anything meaningful or of value to offer the world.

    So I laid down on the couch and started talking to the Universe:

    “I feel like something has been missing this week. I feel like I don’t have the right words to help people right now. I’ve been feeling off. And I realize that’s okay. I don’t have to label that as good or bad. It just is. Maybe if I stop labeling it as bad, I’ll see that in some ways, this experience is a gift.”

    I paused after I finished speaking and almost laughed at the irony of it all; in 20 seconds of slowing down and speaking to the Universe, I’d found words more profound and meaningful than in a week of struggling to find inspiration outside myself.

    In any moment, you can choose to slow down, step back, and communicate with the Universe. Below, I’ll discuss the ways you can ask the Universe for a sign as well as some of the ways you know the Universe is speaking back to you.

    How to Ask the Universe for a Sign

    How to Ask the Universe for a Sign

    Speaking to the Universe and asking for a sign is a deeply personal experience. Ultimately, the best way to ask for a sign is to do what feels best to you, regardless of what someone else does or doesn’t do.

    Below, I discuss two ways to ask the Universe for a sign. The first way is to ask for a specific sign. For instance, you might ask to see a butterfly sometime during the day to show you that you’re on the right path. The second way is to ask for any sign and trust your intuition to recognize the sign when it comes.

    Neither way is better or worse than the other; it’s simply about what feels best for you.

    No matter which way you choose to ask for a sign, remember that this practice isn’t about getting the answer you want; it’s about getting the answer you need. As Gabrielle Bernstein writes, “Asking for a sign means that you’re willing to collaborate with the Universe. It means that you’re committed to releasing structure and control to instead be led by a power greater than you. “

    That means accepting that the sign you receive may not be what you were hoping for. This can be difficult at first, especially when you’re in the thick of your emotions, but I can tell you this from my experience: every single time I haven’t gotten what I wanted, it’s because the Universe was leading me somewhere better.

    Every. Single. Time.

    So the best thing you can do for yourself is to release your attachment to the outcome and simply trust the Universe to guide you exactly where you’re meant to be.

    How to Ask for a Sign: Asking for a Specific Sign

    The first way to ask for a sign is to ask for a specific sign. As I mentioned above, this might mean asking to see a butterfly or another animal or creature during the day. You can ask to see something completely random that you don’t normally see, like an origami swan or a white feather.

    It doesn’t matter what you ask for as long as it feels right to you.

    The key to this practice is to not manipulate the outcome. For instance, don’t ask to see the numbers “111” and then stare at the clock until it’s 1:11. Or if you know there’s going to be rain, don’t ask to see a rainbow and then stand outside, staring at the sky the entire evening. Because chances are, even if you do see it, it won’t feel as meaningful as if the sign had come naturally.

    So how exactly do you start the process of asking for a specific sign?

    Choose a time and place when you feel safe, comfortable, and undistracted. If it feels right, you can close your eyes. Take a deep breath. You might choose to put your hand on your heart or to extend your hands in front of you with your palms facing the sky. Again, this is all about what feels best for you.

    Then, speak out loud your request:

    “Dear Universe, if I’m on the right path, please send me a white feather sometime in the next 24 hours.”

    You can also ask about a more specific situation:

    “Dear Universe, if I’m meant to take the job, please send me a seashell in the next 24 hours.”

    After you’ve asked, the key is to let go. Don’t obsess over whether you’ll see your sign, and as I said above, don’t manipulate the outcome.

    Trust your path, and trust your inner knowing to guide you.

    How to Ask for a Sign: Asking for a General Sign

    Whenever I ask for a sign, I usually take the path of asking for a more general sign and trusting my intuition to recognize the sign when it comes.

    The steps I wrote above are the same, except in this instance, I might say something like, “Dear Universe, please send me a clear, loving sign of alignment that I’m on the right path.” Or, “Dear Universe, please send a gentle, clear, loving sign in the next 24 hours that I’m meant to accept the job offer.”

    You can phrase this however you’d like. I always like to use adjectives like clear, loving, and gentle, and I might also add in a request that the sign brings harm to no one. You can play around with this and do what feels best for you.

    What to Do After You’ve Asked for a Sign

    So after you’ve asked for a sign from the Universe, what do you do?

    First, open your heart and your mind. Allow whatever comes forth to be, exactly as it is. Trust that whether or not you get your sign, it’ll be okay. The Universe is supporting you in every way possible.

    As you walk through your day, let go of any obsession over seeing the sign and simply walk forward in faith and trust. If I’ve asked for a sign and want to let go of my preoccupation with seeing the sign, I’ll choose to find things in my world to be grateful for. Gratitude becomes my anchor that keeps me grounded, centered, and at peace.

    And no matter what, whether or not the sign comes, I always say a little thank you to the Universe after. This is how I recognize that the Universe has my back – always.

    Common Signs and Synchronicities

    If you’ve asked for a more general sign from the Universe, you might wonder how exactly you’ll know when your sign comes. Below, you can find some common signs and synchronicities you might experience. For more, be sure to check out my blog post on signs and synchronicities here.

    Numbers

    Is there a certain number that has a special meaning to you? Seeing that number somewhere in your external world could be the sign you’ve been waiting for. You might also see a certain number sequence over and over again. If you see a specific number sequence that doesn’t have a particular meaning to you, I encourage you to look up the spiritual meaning of that number. For instance, “222” is often associated with sitting in faith and trusting that everything is working out for you. A number sequence could be the Universe’s way of communicating with you.

    Objects

    An object might be a toy, letter, article of clothing, picture, piece of jewelry, or anything that holds meaning to you. Did you have a favorite childhood book that you haven’t seen in years, and suddenly it’s in front of you in the used bookstore? This might be your sign. Or, if a book literally falls off a shelf in front of you (I’ve actually heard of this happening to someone, and the book completely changed her life), take this as your sign and receive the guidance the Universe is offering you.

    Symbols

    Feathers, trees, flowers, shapes, and mountains are just a few of symbols that might show up for you. For instance, if yellow tulips have a special meaning for you, seeing or receiving a yellow tulip could be the sign you’ve been waiting for.

    Songs

    A song title appears on your Spotify playlist that seems to be written just for you. An old song that reminds you of a certain friend comes on the radio. You hear a lyric of a song that speaks straight to your heart. Don’t write these moments off. Let them speak to you.

    Animals

    Does a certain animal show up for you in different places and times? It doesn’t have to be the actual physical presence of the animal. It could be a picture or a wood carving of the animal, or the image of the animal could randomly appear in your mind. (This has happened to me with eagles.)

    What to Do After You’ve Received Your Sign

    Did you receive the sign you were looking for?

    If you asked about a specific situation, such as whether you should accept a job offer, and you received a sign that indicates you should, then this is the time to take inspired action and accept the job.

    If you asked about a more general situation, such as whether you’re on the right path, and you’ve received a sign that you are, then keep going with what you’re doing. Walk forward in faith, trusting that everything is working out for you, just as it’s meant to.

    And if you didn’t receive the sign you were looking for? Know that it’s okay. This does not mean the Universe is ignoring you. Truthfully, every single time I haven’t received the answer I wanted, my inner knowing already knew the answer. And there lies your greatest power: your intuition.

    Because it’s very likely that your intuition already knows the right next step. Your intuition may have already known whether or not you’d receive the sign before you even asked.

    Your intuition is one of the ways the Universe speaks to you.

    Trust it to guide you forward.

    What is a Manifestation Meditation?

    When I first meditating, I believed what many people believe when they’re new to meditation: that the purpose of meditation was to quiet my thoughts and eventually reach a point in which I didn’t think at all. A completely blank, clear mind was the goal, so I sat down each day and tried my best to focus on nothing but my inhale and exhale. When I found my thoughts wandering, I’d start to count my breaths, and I’d return to that count any time I realized I’d let my thoughts wander again.

    For months, I considered myself a failure for not being able to clear my thoughts. What I didn’t realize was that this process was actually teaching me mindfulness in a powerful way. (To learn more about what mindfulness is, click here!)

    Eventually, I started doing guided meditations using the InsightTimer app, and I was blown away by the vast amount of different types of meditations I discovered. What surprised me the most was that there were meditations that weren’t about clearing your mind at all; many took me through journeys of visualization, affirmations, self-observation, chakra healing, and more.

    One of the types of meditations I discovered in this experience was manifestation meditations. A manifestation meditation is a meditation specifically designed to align you with the positive thoughts and emotions of your dreams and desires, lifting your vibrations so that you become a magnet for all of your deepest dreams. This practice is a powerful way to get clear about what exactly it is that you want to manifest, lift your vibrations to match your desires, and let go of limiting beliefs and resistance within.

    Some of the core components of a manifestation meditation are visualization, affirmations, gratitude, and releasing your desires to the Universe. Below, I’ll discuss each of these core components in more detail. Then, I’ll give you step-by-step directions you can use to try your own manifestation meditation, plus I’ll provide some links to guided manifestation meditations on the InsightTimer app.

    What is Manifestation?

    To manifest something means to visualize your dreams and desires and to vibrate at the frequency of your desires as if they’ve already come true. So if you want to attract abundance, become the embodiment of abundance right now. If you want to attract love, allow yourself to feel loved now. Like attracts like, so when you choose to feel these positive emotions throughout your day, you’ll attract more of this to you.     Manifestation Meditation: Core Components

    Visualization

    Visualization is often the cornerstone of a manifestation meditation as it allows you to see in your mind’s eye exactly what it is that you want to manifest. Many guided meditations will take you through a day in your dream life; you’ll be able to visualize all the details of your ideal life, including the house you live in, who you’re surrounded by, and what you do during your day. The key to a successful visualization is to not only see the details play out in your mind but to feel all the high-vibe emotions of having your desires right now. When you do this, you directly connect yourself to the experience of having the thing(s) you desire, becoming a magnet for your dreams to manifest in your reality.

    Affirmations

    Positive affirmations aren’t always part of a manifestation meditation, but I find them to be a powerful way to lift my vibrations and align me with the uplifting feelings of already having what I desire. So what exactly are positive affirmations? A positive affirmation is a present-tense statement that’s designed to uplift and encourage while boosting self-belief and supporting your overall well-being. Below, you’ll find some examples of manifestation affirmations, and if you’re looking for more, I’ve linked to a few blog posts in the box below.

    • I have the freedom to create any future I want.
    • I choose what I become.
    • Anything I can imagine, I can create.
    • My life is filled with limitless abundance.
    • I am the abundant, loving energy I want to attract.
    • Everything I desire is making its way to me right now.
    • All that I’m looking for I can find within me.

    Gratitude

    Gratitude is the highest vibration you can offer. When you express sincere appreciation, you’re essentially telling the Universe, more of this please. In a manifestation meditation, you can express gratitude for what you already have as well as for what’s coming. This is the sentence I always come back to when it comes to gratitude and manifestation: the more you feel grateful, the more positive things you attract into your life to be grateful for.

    Letting Go

    To let go means that once you’ve set an intention and asked for what you want, you release your worries about when and how it’s going to happen and trust the Universe to deliver your desires to your reality. In meditation, I’ll sometimes visualize letting go by seeing my desire as a ball of light or a balloon. I release it into the Universe and watch it disappear into the sky. Once it’s gone, I sit back and trust that everything I want is already making its way to me right now.

    How to Do a Manifestation Meditation

    1. Find a comfortable spot where you won’t be interrupted. Set aside at least 10 minutes to do this practice, though you can take more time if you’d like. You can sit cross-legged or on a chair with your feet on the ground. Relax your shoulders and open your chest so your heart center is open to receiving. Place your hands on your knees or thighs with your palms facing the sky (in receiving mode).
    2. Spend a minute or two getting relaxed. Unclench your jaw and breathe into any tension you feel in your body. Then, breathe it out. Take a few deep, conscious inhales and exhales before letting your breath steady into a normal, comfortable rhythm.
    3. What do you want to manifest? Bring it to the surface now. Visualize a perfect day in which all of your dreams and desires have already come true. Start with seeing yourself waking up. Where are you? How do you feel when you awaken for the day? Picture all the details of where you are, who you’re with, and what you do throughout your day. As you visualize, allow yourself to feel all of the positive emotions of having all your dreams and desires right now. If you want to manifest love, allow yourself to feel truly loved, protected, and cherished. If you want to manifest career success, allow yourself to feel successful, joyful, and thriving. Feel into these positive emotions in every cell of your being. You can even let a big or soft smile lift your lips if it feels right.
    4. Finish your visualization by picturing yourself sitting or laying in bed at night. Breathe in gratitude for this beautiful life you’ve created. Feel grateful for all that you have and all that’s coming. Inhale gratitude and exhale it back into the world. Allow yourself to sit in sincere appreciation for a minute or two as you reflect on your beautiful life.
    5. Repeat a few high-vibe affirmations that further increase your vibrations and align you with the positive feelings of having all your dreams and desires.
    6. Finish your manifestation meditation by picturing yourself letting go. Visualize your desire as a balloon, a ball of light, a paper lantern, or anything else that feels right to you. Release it into the universe and see it flying up into the starry sky. Watch it until it disappears, then smile and lean into ease knowing that all of your dreams are on their way to you right now.

    The new moon is a beautiful time for setting intentions, connecting to your deepest dreams and desires, and releasing what no longer serves you to make space for new beginnings. If you’ve been holding onto old, heavy energy within, this is the time to release what’s weighing you down to embrace new, fresh energy.

    This is also the time to embrace your ability to create anything you want in this life. You are a powerful creator, and while you may sometimes forget this in your day-to-day life, the new moon offers an opportunity to step back into your power and claim the life that’s been waiting for you.

    But it isn’t simply about creating anything; it’s about creating the truest, most beautiful life you can imagine for yourself. You have specific dreams and desires that have been placed in your heart. If you’ve been living out of alignment with your dreams, this is the time to connect back to your dreams and trust that they’ve been given to you for a reason.

    How exactly do you manifest someone special into your life? This is one of the most common questions when it comes to manifestation, and to be honest, the topic can be a bit complex. Why? Because manifesting someone can be both super easy and not easy at all . . . at the same time.

    It’s easy in that it truly comes down to setting an intention, vibrating at the frequency of your desires, and preparing yourself to receive everything you can dream of (and more). And that’s not so bad, right?

    What makes it not so easy is that you may possess old wounds that need to be healed before you can truly allow someone into your life. The perfect person may come, but you need to be ready to let them in. And for some, that isn’t always as simple as it sounds. You’ll read more about this in Step 5: Connect to Your Heart Chakra.

    Below I’m going to break down exactly how to manifest someone into your life with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. And to simplify it even further, I’ve put together a workbook that will lead you through each step one at a time.

    Now, I want to note that while I’m mostly going to be focusing on manifesting a romantic relationship in this post, you can use these steps for non-romantic relationships (like manifesting a really awesome friendship) as well.

    And one last note: when you do these exercises, make them fun! Release the tension from your body. Lean into joy and positivity. Remember that you are worthy and deserving of wholehearted, unconditional love, and the Universe wants to give it to you! In fact, the Universe is excited to support you in your manifestations. It wants you to live the beautiful life that you desire. The thing that holds people back from manifesting their desires more than anything else is the belief that they’re not worthy.

    And you are absolutely worthy of a life filled with true love, abundance, joy, freedom, and prosperity.

    You deserve to live the most beautiful life you can dream of for yourself. (And even then, you deserve to receive something even better than what you can imagine.)

    How to Manifest Someone: Step-By-Step Guide

    Step 1: Get Clear About What You Want

    Or, in this case, who you want.

    The key to a successful manifestation is to set specific intentions about what exactly it is that you want. One of the best comparisons I’ve heard is ordering a meal at a restaurant. How often have you gone out to eat and said to the waiter, “Just give me whatever, I don’t care”? Okay, maybe some of you have done this a time or two, but most people have specific preferences that will guide them toward what sounds best. Most of the time, when you’re at a restaurant, you’ll look over the menu, find something that looks appealing to you, then place your order with the waiter.

    But it’s not always that simple. Sometimes, you have to get even more specific. If you want them to hold the tomatoes or put your dressing on the side, you have to ask for it. This means you must release any worries about being seen as high-maintenance. You deserve to receive a meal that will please your tastebuds and live up to your expectations.

    This is the same for manifesting a partner. (Though chances are, your future partner will be a bit more complex than a salad.)

    Get clear about what exactly it is that you want in a partner. One of the best ways to do this is to make a simple list of all their qualities. List the attributes that are most important to you. Think about what your non-negotiables are. For instance, if you know you want to have kids one day, then it’s likely important for you to find a partner who also wants kids. Or if you have a hard time staying in one place for too long and love to travel, you’ll probably want to find someone who can keep up with your high-flying adventures.

    Also be sure to list how you want your partner to make you feel. Do you want to feel safe, respected, and supported by your partner? Write it down!

    You don’t have to list every single freckle (it’s good to remain a little flexible!), but by the end of this exercise, you want to have a clear vision of the person you could potentially spend the rest of your life with.

    Step 2: Release Limiting Beliefs That Don’t Serve You

    A limiting belief is a deep-seated belief that holds you back from realizing your true potential and living the life of your dreams. Limiting beliefs can come in many forms. Here are some examples of limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from manifesting someone special in your life:

    • I’m just too much of a loner to let someone in my life. It’ll never work.
    • Nobody will love me unless I lose twenty pounds.
    • If I put myself out there, I’ll just get my heart broken again.
    • I have to be in a successful career and make a really high income before I can be loved.

    How do you recognize your limiting beliefs? One practice is to sit and write down what exactly it is that you want to manifest. In this case, write down your image of a loving partner. As you reflect upon your desire, gently probe your thoughts. What’s stopping you from taking the next step to pursuing this desire? What fears do you possess? What beliefs are you clinging onto? As you answer these questions, choose not to judge or criticize yourself. Instead, have compassion for every step of your journey that’s led you here.

    I also like to make two columns on a piece of paper. For the heading of the first column, I write, “Limiting Beliefs I’m Releasing.” Under this column, I write down all the limiting beliefs that aren’t serving or supporting me. At the top of the next column, I write “New Reframed Belief.” Here, I take all the limiting beliefs I just wrote and turn them on their head. For instance, if the limiting belief is that you have to lose twenty pounds to be loved, in the next column, you might write, “I am worthy and deserving of perfect love just as I am.” This practice is included in my free manifestation workbook at the bottom of this page.

    Step 3: Script Your Dream Life

    Scripting is the act of writing your dreams and desires in story-like form. It’s similar to visualization, except instead of solely envisioning your dreams in your mind’s eye, you’re using pen and paper to write down what exactly it is that you want to manifest. This is one of my all-time favorite manifestation techniques, and I think it’s one of the most powerful, too. Not only does it help you get even more clear about your desires and intentions, but it also allows you to embrace your imagination and align with the positive emotions of having all your desires come true.

    The key to making scripting work is to treat it like you’re writing a story in that you only write in past and present tense, as if every single one of your dreams is happening or has already happened. Some people will say that it works best to write it in present tense, while others like to use past tense to describe something that already happened. I encourage you to try it both ways to see what feels best for you.

    Here’s an example of scripting your dream life in present tense:

    I wake up in a soft bed surrounded by plush pillows. I’m cuddled with the love of my life with our sweet cat burrowed between us. As the sun rises, so does my energy. I feel excited to experience the magic and wonder of this day! I step onto the hardwood floors and tiptoe out the door, carefully shutting the door behind me. As I walk through the house to the kitchen, I feel a sense of awe and gratitude for this beautiful home I get to call my own. It is exactly the home of my dreams: two-story with hardwood floors and giant windows that allow the sunshine to stream through the glass. I take a moment to stand in front of the sliding glass door by the dining room, and I take in the beautiful sights just outside our home.

    In this script, the writer is detailing a typical day in her dream life. As you can see, it’s all written in present tense. Rather than starting with, “In my dream life, I will wake up in a . . .” the writer starts as if this moment is in the here and now.

    You can also write it as though you’re describing a day as if it’s already happened. For instance, you can write about your first date as though it already happened, or you can reflect on your relationship from the perspective of your one-year or five-year anniversary.

    The key is to bring your desire into your reality right now, so that everything becomes tangible and real in your current experience.

    Scripting Prompts for Manifesting Someone

    Here are some prompts you can use for scripting. You’ll also find these in my free manifestation workbook below along with space to write your scripts!

    • Script your first meeting: You’ve just returned home from meeting your ideal partner ten minutes earlier. Write down all the details, including the emotions you felt in the moment and how you feel now.
    • Script your first vacation: You’re waking up on a beautiful morning during your first vacation as a couple. Describe all the details of where you are and how you feel in this moment.
    • Script your first anniversary: Today’s your first anniversary as a couple! Script your reflections on the past year and how it feels to be in such a positive, supportive, loving relationship.
    • Script your fifth anniversary: You’ve now been together for five years. Reflect on some of the best moments of the past five years and how you feel after five years with your partner.
    • Script a day in the life: What does a normal day look like with your partner? Describe all the details, including what you do and how you feel.

    Scripting Tips

    • Don’t just write; feel. As you write about the feelings of love, peace, freedom, and abundance, don’t allow the words to solely exist on the paper; allow them to exist right now in this present moment within you. If you write about a joyful moment, let a smile gently tug at your lips. Feel that joy right now deep within. Feel freedom now. Feel peaceful now. Feel abundant now. Vibrate at the frequency of all your dreams and desires. When you do this, you won’t have to chase the life of your dreams, because all of your desires will be attracted to you.
    • Express gratitude. Gratitude and love are the highest vibrations you can emit. When you express gratitude now as if your dreams have already come true, you’re not only vibrating at a higher frequency, but you’re showing the Universe that you have trust and faith that all your beautiful dreams are on their way.
    • Write what feels authentic to you. Do you prefer a small, cozy home over a giant mansion? Would you prefer a life of traveling over staying in one place? Are your dreams filled with quiet moments of peace and tranquility? Whatever you write, make sure it feels authentic and real to you. Just because someone else wants to live in a big mansion overlooking the city doesn’t mean that’s right for you. And if your dreams seem kind of out there and don’t make sense to others, that’s okay! The only thing that matters is that they feel right to you.

    Step 4: Use High-Vibe Affirmations

    Now, if you stopped at Step 3, you’d actually have a super solid foundation for manifesting someone into your life. But if you want to go a step further, you can’t beat incorporating positive affirmations into your daily life.

    Positive affirmations are present-tense statements that are designed to uplift and encourage while boosting self-belief and supporting your overall wellbeing.

    They’re also a powerful tool in manifestation.

    Why? Because the quickest way to manifest anything into your life is to feel the emotions of your desired manifestation right now.

    Positive affirmations are near-instant vibration raisers. They allow you to feel the positive emotions of your dreams and desires right now in your present-day experience.

    The first step here is to list the primary emotions you associate with manifesting someone in your life. How do you imagine your perfect partner will make you feel? Safe? Loved? Joyful? Create an affirmation that will align you with these feelings in your daily experience.

    And then, use these affirmations and feel all the positive emotions of the words in every cell of your being. The moment you say your affirmation, truly feel safe, loved, and joyful. When you do this, you’re no longer just dreaming of having a partner; you’re directly connecting to the experience of having a wonderful partner right now.

    And this, in essence, is what manifestation is all about.

    Affirmations to Manifest Someone

    • I am loved, loving, and lovable.
    • I am worthy of an epic love story.
    • I deserve to be loved exactly as I am.
    • I attract love by being my authentic self.
    • Love flows to me easily and effortlessly.
    • I am open to attracting even more love in my life.
    • I am able to freely accept love into my heart.
    • I am easy to love.
    • It is safe for me to open my heart to another.
    • My heart is open, loving, and pure.
    • I live in love.
    • Love is always flowing my way.

    Step 5: Connect to Your Heart Chakra

    This step can actually be done at any time in your journey, and for true heart chakra healing, it’s likely not going to be a one-and-done kind of thing. If your heart has been closed for some time now, then in order to receive love into your life, you must do the real healing that could be preventing you from manifesting true love.

    So what exactly is the heart chakra? Located in the center of your chest, your heart chakra is your body’s energy center for unconditional love, compassion, peace, kindness, connection, and empathy. When your heart chakra is open and balanced, you feel completely open to giving and receiving love. When your heart chakra is closed, this often manifests into feelings of depression, loneliness, fear of intimacy, and excessive self-isolation. (You can learn more about the heart chakra here.)

    Some factors that may cause a blocked heart chakra include loss of a loved one (grief), rejection, betrayal, and abandonment.

    Heart chakra healing is key to manifesting someone into your life. But it’s not just about manifesting someone. It’s also key to creating a successful and thriving relationship. Because if your heart chakra is blocked, even if someone special does enter your life, you may not be able to fully let them in until you’ve done the deep healing of releasing your blockages and fears.

    So how exactly do you connect to your heart chakra? One of the most powerful ways is through journaling, which allows you to connect to your deepest self and explore your inner world in a way that you may not normally do in your daily life.     You can gently walk forward on this journey by practicing extending love to all that you come across during your day. During your daily interactions, imagine that your heart is open, and silently wish them love. You might even imagine your heart connecting with theirs. And don’t forget to extend this same love to yourself. Because you are worthy and deserving of the same love you give to others. Always.

    Step 6: Let Go

    To let go means that once you’ve set your intentions, scripted your dream life, and made it clear to the Universe what exactly you want, you release your worries about when and how it’s going to happen. Simply trust that it will happen, and begin to live as if.

    Live as if your dreams have already come true. Live as if everything you desire is already yours. Live as if you know that everything you want is on its way.

    Don’t worry about the timeline. Don’t try to force something that doesn’t feel right. Know that the Universe is doing the hard stuff, and instead of focusing on your external world, focus on your inner world.

    For instance, if your inner knowing tells you to join a dating site, listen to it! I’ve actually seen this one play out in real life. I have a friend who couldn’t get OkCupid out of her head. Even though she was resistant to meeting someone online, her mind kept going back to this specific dating site over and over again. Finally, she released her resistance and signed up.

    And you know what happened?

    She met the person she would eventually spend her life with in one week.

    I also know a guy who saw a girl walking across the street, and instantly, his inner knowing told him that she was the girl he was going to marry one day. He asked his friend if he knew who she was, and coincidentally, he did. So he decided to go talk to her. He asked her out, and they both knew on the first date that they’d met their match. Twenty years later, they’re still happily married.

    So what’s the point of these stories? In both, the person felt a deep inner knowing and acted on it. They took inspired action.

    So if your inner knowing tells you to do something, even if it doesn’t seem to make sense, listen!

    It could just be leading you to your very own beautiful love story.

    You can be a writer, singer, actor, painter, designer, creator, or a maker and still be an entrepreneur.

    For those who have started on the path to creating something beautiful with their own talents and resources, you’ve likely already endured hardships and disappointments. Maybe your first try at putting yourself out there didn’t go the way you planned. Maybe you’ve created something truly amazing, but it just hasn’t reached enough people yet.

    I know this sounds crazy, but this is what I’ve learned through my own experience with entrepreneurship: the struggle is the gift.

    I don’t know anyone who has experienced an easy path to success. In fact, those who we often deem “overnight successes” have usually been working on their craft for years. It only looks like it was overnight to the rest of us because we don’t see the entire journey with all of its ups and downs.

    Everyone experiences some kind of hardship on their journey; this is a good thing. Challenges aren’t meant to make you quit; they’re an opportunity to take action. Maybe you’ve been so focused on one path for so long, you’ve missed some other possible paths along the way. Hardship gives you the opportunity to step back and see what you’ve been missing.

    And I can also tell you this, as crazy as it sounds: often, our greatest so-called failures come right before the big success. I’ve experienced this time and time again in my own life: I’ll be excited because I think my big break is coming, only to immediately get let down by rejection, seeming failure, and obstacles that seem too hard to endure.

    The key is to keep going.

    Because every time I’ve kept going despite the seeming failure, that’s when what I wanted to manifest finally came true in my reality.

    So for the risk-taker, dreamer, doer, believer, self-starter, and entrepreneur: if you have a dream in your heart, trust that it was meant for you. Keep going, even when it feels hard. Give yourself an abundance of love and compassion on this journey.

    Know that you are always worthy.
