    Spirituality

    Who is your spiritual self?

Do you connect with your spiritual self in the silence of meditation or in the company of others? Do you feel most spiritually aligned at a religious temple, or does your spiritual self speak to you when you’re in the mountains or near the ocean?

What does spirituality mean to you? How does it show up in your daily life? How does it guide your actions and beliefs?

All of these questions could be journal prompts themselves, and there are no right or wrong answers.

Throughout your life, you’ll find people whose spiritual beliefs align with yours, and you’ll find others who have very different beliefs. You’ll also cross paths with people who are in different stages of their spiritual journeys. Some are only just beginning to connect with their own spirituality, while others have been on this journey for a long time.

    And that’s okay.

No two spiritual journeys look exactly the same. How you connect with your spiritual self is deeply personal to you.

Often, we may lose our spiritual selves amidst the noise of daily life. We get lost in the busyness of to-do lists and external obligations. We work. We run errands. We take care of our responsibilities. And as a result, we may feel like something’s missing. Something we can’t quite pinpoint. Something that goes beyond explanation.

That something is your connection with your inner self. In the midst of all the external noise, we forget to connect with our own spirits. We lose touch of our true purpose. We forget what it feels like to simply surrender and trust.

The 33 spirituality journal prompts below are meant to gently guide you within and help you to connect to your true self. There are no rules for how to answer these journal prompts, but I do urge you not to judge or criticize yourself. At all times, show yourself deep compassion and love. If possible, try to give yourself some time alone to focus on your journaling without distractions.

And remember that you are always worthy and deserving of unconditional love. You’re worthy of receiving love from yourself. You’re worthy of receiving love from other people. And you’re worthy of receiving love from a higher power.

Even if you’ve lost touch with your true self, you still possess infinite worthiness within you.

I hope these spirituality journal prompts support your total well-being and serve your mind, body, and spirit.

    Spiritual Healing

Spiritual healing is the process of letting go of everything you aren’t in order to embrace what you are. It’s a path that leads you to uncovering the divinity that exists within yourself. And it’s a journey rooted in connection: connection with others, with love, with the universe, and with your own soul.

For each of us, spiritual healing is a journey that brings us back home to ourselves when we’re feeling lost. It’s often a process of releasing, embracing, expanding, transforming, and sometimes just being.

And it’s a reminder that you are your own greatest healer. You are your greatest guide. The answers you seek are always within.

Below, discover 33 profound spiritual healing quotes to guide your path. These quotes are meant to help you love both the darkness and light within and gently lead you back home to yourself. Some quotes may resonate more than others in this moment. That’s completely okay. For now, take what you need.

In the future, when you’re in a different place in your spiritual journey, you might come back and see if a different quote resonates and reveals something new for you.

And if you’re feeling spiritually lost, know that it’s okay, too. Sometimes, being lost isn’t such a bad thing. The best thing you can do for yourself in this moment is to ask, “What does my soul need right now?”

Then, whatever the answer is, go there. Give yourself what you need. Lean into love.

How the Law of Rhythm Influences Your Daily Life

The Law of Rhythm is all about cycles and perpetual movement. By understanding the Law of Rhythm, you can see how cycles play out in your daily life and release resistance to changes that unfold in your world. In this post, dive deeper into the Law of Rhythm and how it can affect your life when experiencing stress, hardships, and other difficulties. Plus, get journal prompts to help you gain a deeper insight into the cycles that play out in your own life.

How the Law of Rhythm Influences Your Daily Life

    The Law of Rhythm

Everything in the universe is a cycle. The seasons. The moon. Your breath. You.

Nothing stays in one state forever.

These are the words I write in my journal in the early hours of a spring morning as the sun begins to rise, painting hints of pink across the sleepy blue sky. This, too, is a cycle, I think. The sun rising and setting, making space for the moon.

From morning to night, dawn to dusk, and sunrise to sunset, each day’s cycle is perfect, measurable, and consistent.

I’ve been thinking about the 12 Laws of the Universe a lot lately, but this one has been at the forefront of my mind for some time: the Law of Rhythm, which states that everything comes in cycles, and nothing stays in one state forever.

As I walk through my day, I search for cycles in places where I hadn’t noticed them before.

For instance, the squirrels that visit the backyard are never there in the morning, but I can always count on them to make an appearance around noon, when they decide to search through the grass for hidden treats.

And every month, I experience a burst of energy for several days in a row that has me doing, creating, building, and writing for hours at a time.

Just yesterday, I was in the shower when a scene for the fiction story I’ve been working on started playing in my head. I saw every detail, and I heard the characters speaking like I’d unknowingly hit “play” on the remote control in my mind. The movie unfolded from behind my eyelids in dazzling color.

And it didn’t stop there; a second scene started playing, too.

I rushed out of the shower and pulled up a blank Google Doc to frantically type it all up before I forgot. Several pages of single-spaced lines quickly filled the white screen.

Afterwards, I worked on a 3,000+ word blog article, then did some more creative writing in the evening. I woke up this morning and continued writing. And now, I’m here at my laptop, writing again. I am currently in an energized flow state. It feels exciting and invigorating, like the cells beneath my skin are all dancing in exuberance.

But I know that it won’t last forever. This isn’t pessimism; this is part of the cycle. And the cycle, I’ve learned, is a good thing.

In a few days, I’ll reach a point when the inspired ideas pause. I used to think there was something inherently wrong about this – like I had done something wrong to bring this state upon myself.

But there is nothing wrong in surrendering to the pause. In fact, this is exactly right.

So I’ll step back, let go, and allow myself to take a break until the inspired ideas return once more – which, they always do.

This is my personal cycle: energized creating and restful pauses. Neither is better or worse than the other. Both are important. Both are needed.

So I’ve learned to no longer cling on tightly to the energy or to the pause. I’ve discovered that instead of fighting it, I can become one with this flow. And when I do this, I find peace.

This is only one of the many cycles I’ve watched unfold in my life.

What cycles are unfolding in your own life? How can you embrace these cycles instead of trying to control the narrative? Below, we’ll explore the Law of Rhythm a little deeper and how it may play a part in your own everyday world.

A quote by Zanna Keithley that says: Everything in the universe is in a cycle. The seasons. The moon. Your breath. You. Nothing stays in one state forever. That’s why everything feels so heavy: because you’re holding onto what you were meant to release. This experience was meant to teach you; you were never meant to carry the weight of it for so long. Honor the cycle you’re in by releasing what no longer serves you. Let it in, then let it go. Make space for a new season to come forth.

The Law of Rhythm and Hardships vs. Ease

What hardships are you currently experiencing in your life?

And when difficulties arise, how do you respond? Are you able to remain grounded and at peace no matter how rocky and unstable things become? Or do you get overwhelmed by the stress of it all and worry that these hard times will last forever?

If your answer is the latter, don’t judge or criticize yourself. I think most of us tend to get lost in the murky waters of hardships and difficulties. When you’re experiencing hard times, it’s hard to believe that brighter days will ever come again.

But know this: it is a universal law that the difficult moments and hard times will not last.

According to the Law of Rhythm, no hardship lasts forever. When you’re experiencing difficulties in your personal or professional life, know that it will pass.

By understanding that this is just part of the cycle you’re in, you can relax and feel at peace knowing that the hardship will turn into ease just as summer turns into fall.

And when things are going well, you become less likely to take this time for granted. You know that this period of ease may not last forever, and that’s okay. You’re able to honor the cycle and feel gratitude for all that you have in this moment.

The only way a hardship can last any longer than it’s meant to is if you’re somehow holding onto it. There may even be times when the hardship has already passed, but you’re allowing it to still exist in your mind.

For instance, if you’ve experienced difficulties in your relationship, you may have already talked them through with your partner, and things may be better now, but you’re still holding onto the emotions of the experience within.

When you do this, it may feel like the hardship will never pass. This is when you must go within and uncover what you’re still holding onto, then allow yourself to let go of thoughts and emotions that no longer serve you.

The Law of Rhythm and Doing vs. Being

As I discussed above, I’ve learned that I experience energetic surges every month, and during this period, it feels like I can create forever.

In general, I’m not someone who “relaxes” a lot. Writing is both my career and my hobby, so my brain is constantly churning, searching for the right ideas, words, and sentences to convey what’s in my head.

But sometimes, I just need a break. I used to fight this because I believed the need for a break was a failure on my part. It took me a while to understand that this was part of the cycle. And when I surrendered to the cycle and stepped back from creating, eventually, when I did return to creating, my work would be even better because I gave myself that time.

Sometimes, I do. Other times, I just am.

This is all in accordance with the Law Of Rhythm.

According to the Law of Rhythm, you will experience times of productivity and times of rest. You might also call these periods “times of doing” and “times of being.”

Neither time is better or worse than the other, and both are needed in order for you to live your most authentic life.

You might be able to see how this plays out in your own life. How do you feel when you work non-stop day after day without a moment to rest? Or conversely, how do you feel when you lay around on the couch for days or weeks at a time without actually doing anything productive?

Some cultures may prioritize one thing or the other, but the truth is, both doing and being are needed in order for you to thrive. When you resist one or the other, you resist the laws of the universe and detract from your own highest good.

Because I think many of us tend to uphold the “virtues” of productivity and doing at the expense of rest, I want to end this section with this: the next time you need to cancel plans, take a rest day, or spend time nurturing your soul, don’t feel guilty or try to resist.

This is how you honor your own inner rhythm and cycle, and it is often the very best thing you can do not just for yourself but for all.

The Law of Rhythm Journal Prompts

As you’ve been reading through these sections, you may have already started thinking about how the Law of Rhythm plays a role in your own life. Below are a list of journal prompts you can use for deeper insight into the cycles that you experience and how you approach and react to each cycle.

    • What cycles do I see play out in my own life?
    • Are there any cycles I tend to resist, or that I’ve allowed myself to believe are inherently “wrong”?
    • How does it feel internally when I try to resist the cycles that unfold in my life?
    • What’s one example of a cycle of hardship vs. ease that I experience in my life? (This can be in regards to work, relationships, finances, creativity, or any other personal or professional area of your life.)
    • Considering what I know about the Law of Rhythm and cycles, how can I approach hardships and difficulties that appear in my life?
    • How do I see the cycle of doing vs. being unfold in my life? Do I experience resistance to either one?
    • How do I feel when I try to resist my own inner rhythm and cycles?
    • What mindset/attitude do I want to cultivate moving forward in regards to the Law of Rhythm and the cycles I experience in my world?

What are some of the cycles that you’ve experienced in your own life? How does understanding the Law of Rhythm influence your mindset when experiencing hardships? Leave your questions and comments in the comment box below!

    What is a Chakra?

When you’re first learning about chakras, it can be a little confusing to understand what exactly they are, especially without a proper explanation before diving right in. Some guided meditations may jump straight to describing these glowing orbs of colored light within you, which can often be more than a little disconcerting at first.

So let’s simplify and break down what exactly a chakra is and why it’s important.

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disk.” A commonly accepted definition for the word chakra is a wheel of energy in your body. You might also think of it like a vortex of energy within you.

What makes it confusing is that this vortex isn’t actually a physical thing like your bones or organs. You can’t see your chakras in an x-ray. Rather, you experience them through feelings, sensations, and your own intuition.

So what exactly does a chakra do? Ideally, your life force, or prana, is flowing to and through your chakras at all times (through energy channels called nadis), which allows you to live in alignment with your highest self.

Energy is meant to flow, and when your chakras are open, your life force energy can flow freely in and out of each of your energy centers. (You might hear the words chakras and energy centers used interchangeably.)

But what happens when a chakra becomes blocked? When one of your chakras becomes blocked, your life force energy stagnates. This results in mental, physical, emotional, and/or spiritual blockages.

For instance, grief and betrayal are both two experiences that may result in blockages in the heart chakra. As a result, you may experience feelings of loneliness, depression, distrust, and anger.

In this post, we’re going to focus on the seven main chakras, but there are actually 114 chakras throughout your body, and some people believe there to be more. It’s important to keep in mind that while each chakra has its own role and individual attributes, they act as one whole system. When one chakra is blocked or overactive, this affects the energy throughout your entire chakra system.

Below, I’ll explain a little more about the chakra colors and offer a rundown on the attributes and meanings of each of your seven main chakras.

And if you’re interested in exploring more about chakras and want to begin your own powerful journey of chakra healing, you can check out my Chakra Healing Bundle, which contains a Chakra Healing eBook, Chakra Healing Workbook, and 8-Week Chakra Healing Guide. History of Chakra Colors

You may be familiar with the idea that chakras each have a corresponding color connected to it. Here’s the list:

    • Root Chakra: Red
    • Sacral Chakra: Orange
    • Solar Plexus Chakra: Yellow
    • Heart Chakra: Green
    • Throat Chakra: Light Blue
    • Third Eye Chakra: Indigo (Also associated with blue and purple.)
    • Crown Chakra: Purple (Also associated with white and gold.)

While these are the commonly accepted colors for the chakras, this is actually a fairly recent development in the history of chakras. In fact, most ancient traditions never associated chakras with specific colors. Instead, they were more likely to associate a chakra with a specific mantra or shape.

So where did the idea of the chakra colors come from? In 1970, author Christopher Hills first wrote about the chakra colors in his book, Nuclear Evolution: Discovery of the Rainbow Body. Since this original publishing, the chakra colors I listed above have become widely accepted throughout the western world.

So what does this mean? Someone just made the chakra colors up? Does that mean the chakra colors a lie?

Here’s my answer: No, but it’s up to you to determine whether the chakra colors resonate with you.

I know people who personally resonate with the chakra colors and who have used color therapy as a form of healing their chakras. Color therapy is the practice of surrounding yourself with the color of the chakra you want to open, activate, and/or heal. For instance, if you want to connect with your heart chakra, you might wear a green shirt, write in green pen, eat green vegetables, drink a green smoothie, and place green items around your work station.

Additionally, many energy healers sense and can often see certain colors within and surrounding other people; these colors often correlate directly with the designated chakra colors.

But if you personally don’t resonate with the chakra colors? That’s okay. Maybe you’ve tried some chakra meditations that instruct you to connect with each chakra by perceiving it as a brightly colored orb in its designated color, but you don’t feel like this does anything for you.

Like I said, that’s completely okay. You might choose instead to view it as a swirling vortex, a colorless ball of energy, or a bright white or golden light.

You can also choose to focus less on the color and more on a different aspect of the chakra, such as its associated mantra. I’ve listed the mantras for each chakra in the next section.

Whether or not you associate with the chakra colors, know that there’s no right or wrong path as long as you’re willing to do the deep inner work to connect with and heal your chakras.

    How To Manifest Something

Before you learn how to manifest something using the ten unique manifestation methods in this guide, let’s define what manifestation is and how it works.

Manifestation is, in its purest form, creation. You’re always manifesting things and experiences into your life because you’re always creating. In fact, being a creator is part of the very foundation of who you are.

And most of the time, when you step back and look at your life, you’ll find that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world.

Once we understand this, we can begin to cultivate an inner world that matches what we want to see in our outer world. This is when we turn unconscious manifestation into intentional manifestation.

To intentionally manifest something means to visualize your dreams and desires and to vibrate at the frequency of your desires as if they’ve already come true. Like attracts like, so when you choose to feel the positive emotions related to your desires throughout your day, you’ll attract more of this good-feeling thing to you.

    So how does this work?

Let’s say you dream of finding your soulmate.

Step back and consider why it’s so important for you to find this person. How do you imagine this person will make you feel? Maybe you imagine that they’ll make you feel loved, cherished, treasured, and adored. Okay. So now you decide you want to manifest this person.

In order to manifest your soulmate, you want to begin imagining what it would look and feel like to have this person in your life.

Visualize how a day in your life will look like with them in it. And those incredible feelings of being loved, cherished, treasured, and adored?

You don’t have to wait until you meet your soulmate to begin experiencing those feelings.

You can allow yourself to feel loved, cherished, treasured, and adored today.

Imagine that you’re a magnet. Everything you put out into the universe is exactly what you attract to you (remember, like attracts like). So if you put out the vibration of being loved, cherished, treasured, and adored right now (and allow yourself to truly feel all the positive emotions related to these feelings), you’ll attract more experiences that will make you feel loved, cherished, treasured, and adored in your outer world.

Truly, this starts with loving yourself. Cherishing yourself. Treasuring yourself. Adoring yourself. And likely, you’ll be so busy cultivating unconditional self-love, you won’t even worry about when your soulmate will finally show up.

And that’s exactly when your manifestation will come true.

When you stop looking for it and simply allow yourself to live fully, feeling all the positive emotions you want to feel today.

This is, in essence, the basis of manifestation:

“What you think, you create. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you become.”

So at its very core, if you want to manifest something, become the energy of what you want to manifest.

But that’s just the beginning. Below, I’m going to take you through ten tested and proven manifestation methods. (Be sure to pay special attention to the first one, as this is your manifestation blueprint.)

Each method will serve and support you in your manifestation journey as you begin creating the life of your deepest, most heartfelt dreams.

    1. The Manifestation Blueprint

The reason why so many people struggle with manifestation is that they don’t understand how it truly works. They treat manifestation like a game, but manifestation is actually an art. And there’s a very specific blueprint you can follow to manifest what you really want in your life:

    • You set an intention based on the authentic, deeply felt dreams that have been placed in your heart.
    • You communicate this intention to the Universe. Your positive vibrations are one way of communicating this intention, as by vibrating at the frequency of your desires, you express that you’re ready to receive more of this good-feeling thing.
    • The Universe works behind the scenes to set everything in motion. It communicates back to you in the form of signs, synchronicities, and most importantly, your own intuition. Being in the vibration of what you desire allows you to receive these signs and inner nudges with clarity. (In contrast, being in a state of stress, worry, and anger will cause you to miss these signs and feelings.)
    • Then, you take inspired action based on the communication the Universe has given you.
    • This communication between you and the Universe continues. The Universe sends you signs (usually through your intuition), and you follow your intuition by taking aligned action. Essentially, once the Universe communicates what to do, you do that thing.
    • And as you follow this path, you’ll begin to see your dream manifest into your reality. Keep following the nudges. Keep taking inspired action. And stay in the vibration of your dreams and desires so you can receive divine guidance when it comes.

This is why manifestation is an art, not a game. It isn’t about “beating” the Universe. It’s about co-creating with the Universe. And if you can master this, you can master manifestation – for life.

    2. Visualization

Visualization is key in transforming your dreams from abstract ideas in your head to tangible things you get to have and experience in your reality. In manifestation, visualization allows you to simulate the experience of already having your desires in the present moment. This is a profound practice to help you get clear about what you want and begin vibrating at the frequency of your desires today.

What makes visualization truly powerful is that it helps you to get in alignment with universal energy. This makes you more receptive to connecting with your intuition and taking inspired action.

Meditation, vision boards, and scripting are a few practices that can help you visualize your dreams and desires. In this article, you can learn more about the profound benefits of visualization (there’s more than you think!) and the various visualization practices you can use in your daily life in order to manifest your deepest dreams and desires.

    3. The 55×5 Manifestation Method

The 55×5 (also sometimes written as 5×55 or 555) Manifestation Method is one of my favorite journaling methods for manifesting. The guidelines are fairly straightforward: it simply requires you to choose an affirmation, then write down that affirmation 55 times in a row for 5 days straight.

The affirmation you choose will directly relate to the desire you want to manifest.

For example, let’s say you want to manifest money. Your affirmation might be, “I am so grateful I received $10,000 this week!”

So on Day 1, you’ll write “I am so grateful I received $10,000 this week!” 55 times in a row.

Then, on Day 2, you’d again write, “I am so grateful I received $10,000 this week!” 55 times in a row.

    Days 3, 4, and 5, same thing.

As you write your affirmations, you want to truly feel like you have this thing now. If you did manifest $10,000, how would you feel? Would you feel grateful? Joyful? Radiant?

Allow yourself to feel those emotions now. Then, carry them with you throughout your day. This is a great practice for truly uncovering your manifesting power. It helps you to articulate exactly what you want and sets a solid foundation for your day so you can stay in the vibration of your desires.

For more ideas and tips on the 55×5 manifestation method, you can check out this article, where I go into even more detail about this powerful manifestation method.

And if you’re looking for help getting started, check out the 55×5 Manifestation Method Worksheet, which gives you the opportunity to print and handwrite your affirmations or type directly into the PDF editable document. This easy-to-use worksheet gets powerful results and is the perfect addition to your manifestation practice.

    4. The 369 Method

The 369 Method has a similar setup to the 55×5 Manifestation Method with a few differences in how it’s carried out. In the 369 Method, you choose an affirmation and write it down 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times in the evening. Do this for 21 days in a row. As you write your affirmation, maintain high vibrations and make sure to be consistent. I also find it helpful to say my affirmation aloud throughout the day.

If you want to learn more about the 369 Method, just click here!

    5. Scripting

Scripting is the practice of writing about your dreams and desires in story-like form, as if you already possess everything you want to manifest. It’s kind of like writing a journal entry, except instead of writing about your current life, you write about the life you want to live as if you’re already living it.

So if you want to manifest love, you might write about how you’re living with the love of your life in your dream home. When you do this, you’ll only write in past or present tense.

If you’re writing in past tense, you might recount the day you met your partner. You could also write as though it’s the end of the day, and you’ve just had your first date with the perfect person.

If you write in the present tense, you could write about what a typical day looks like with the love of your life as you’re living it.

    Truly, the possibilities are endless.

The key to making scripting work is to feel all the positive emotions of having your desires right now in this present moment.

So if you’re writing about how happy you are to spend your life with this perfect person, allow yourself to feel truly joyful and grateful for all that you have. And even more, give yourself permission to feel loved, cherished, and adored by this perfect person.

Insert gratitude throughout your script, and end it by thanking the Universe for delivering to you all your deepest dreams and desires.

To learn more about scripting, I’ve added links below that will provide you with examples, suggested sentence starters, and even a free PDF template to help you get started.

    6. The Pillow Method For Manifestation

The Pillow Method For Manifestation is one of my personal favorites, as it feels as though you’re truly doing something magical when you complete this practice.

First, you want to take either a script you’ve written about your dream life (see #5 above) or a powerful manifestation affirmation that affirms you already have what you desire.

For instance, you might write “I am in my dream job, making a positive difference in people’s lives and doing what I love every single day.”

Once you have your script or affirmation written down, place it under your pillow. Before you go to bed, visualize your desired manifestation in your mind’s eye. Imagine having this desire right now, feeling all the positive emotions of your dreams coming true.

Let this be the last thing you think about before falling asleep, allowing it to sink into your subconscious brain. Continue this practice for about 7 to 10 days, or until it feels right to remove it.

    7. Essential Oils For Manifesting

Manifesting oil is a blend of essential oils, herbs, and other natural sources that are specifically created to help you manifest your desires. Using these essential oils is a great way to enhance and amplify your manifestation practice.

I like to use manifesting oils on my scripts, journal entries, and manifestation affirmations. Manifesting oil can also be used on a specific object, such as cash, a love note, a candle, or even yourself.

One of my personal favorite ways to use it is by rubbing a little bit on my script or affirmation before I put it under my pillow if I’m doing the pillow method.

If you’d like to learn more about essential oils and oil blends for manifesting your desires (as well as how to use them)click here.

    8. Gratitude

Gratitude ties in with abundance, as when you choose to view your life from a perspective of gratitude, you’re able to see all that you have rather that focusing on what you don’t have.

When you express gratitude, you’re essentially telling the Universe, more of this please.

More joy. More love. More peace, freedom, and abundance.

Connect yourself to the life of your dreams by expressing sincere gratitude and appreciation for the abundance that already exists within.

How do you do this? Here are a few ideas:

    • When you wake up, think of three things you’re grateful for. You might also choose to write these things down in a gratitude journal.
    • Anytime you feel out of sorts, take a step back. Look around your immediate environment. Focus on one thing in your surroundings to be grateful for. If you can’t find something outside of you, focus on something within.
    • Stuck at a red light? Instead of expressing frustration, think of one to three things you’re thankful for in your life.
    • Before you go to bed at night, think of three things that happened during the day that you truly appreciate.

    9. Give To Receive

The more good you put out in the world, the more good you receive in return.

Do you want to manifest love? Give love to others. (And yourself.)

Do you want financial prosperity? Donate and give money when you feel called to.

Do you want unconditional happiness? Give your smile freely to others. Make someone’s day. Be a light in someone else’s world.

One way to intentionally practice this is to write a Giving List. Every morning, write down something you want to give that day. Remember, it doesn’t have to be a really big thing. Here are a few examples of something you might give:

    • A compliment to a friend
    • A smile to a stranger
    • An extra $1 on your food delivery tip
    • A kind gesture, like letting another car in or opening the door for someone.

Time is also a gift, so you might give the gift of your time to someone who’s feeling lonely.

I always like to note that you should only give when it feels good to you. Don’t force or pressure yourself to give because you think you have to, especially if deep down, you feel any resentment towards giving. When you do this, you may emit negative vibrations, so you’re not actually helping yourself to manifest what you want.

Release the pressure on yourself, let go, and allow the perfect moment to unfold instead of forcing yourself into it.

    10. Surrender & Allow

There are several ways I could phrase this:

    Surrender.

    Trust.

    Let go.

    Allow.

There are two equal parts of manifestation: doing and being. This is actually directly tied to the Law of Gender, one of the 12 spiritual laws of the Universe. The Law of Gender states there are two types of energy: masculine and feminine. In order to live a fulfilling, joyful, purpose-driven life, we must achieve a balance between these two energies.

Masculine energy is tied to hustling, achieving, and doing. Feminine energy is tied to surrendering, allowing, and just being.

While many of the practices on this list are tied to your masculine energy, your feminine energy is just as important when it comes to manifesting.

What we often forget when it comes to manifestation is that you’re actually co-creating with the Universe. This means trusting that the Universe has your back. It also that means sometimes, you’re in the driver’s seat, and other times, you’re letting the Universe take the wheel.

So how exactly do you practice surrender and trust? Here are a few tips:

    • Release the “how.” This is 100% the Universe’s job. You might think you know the best path to your dreams. You might also think there’s just no possible way your dream can come true. But I promise, the Universe will figure out the how, and it’s often in unexpected and surprising ways. Your job is to simply allow the Universe to work its magic. When it’s time for you to act, it’ll deliver a sign or a gentle nudge in the right direction to let you know.
    • Listen to your own inner rhythm. Do you feel like you’re forcing something to happen? How does it feel? At its foundation, manifestation should feel really good. If you feel like you’re trying to force your dreams to come true, it may be time to take a step back. Let go and allow the Universe to take the wheel for a while.

As you move forward, keep this in mind:

Don’t worry about the timeline. Don’t try to force something that doesn’t feel right. Know that the Universe is doing the hard stuff, and instead of focusing on your external world, focus on your inner world.

Create an inner world so peaceful, patient, and calm, it spills into your outer world and creates something beautiful outside of yourself.

    Chakra Healing

When you think of the effects that food has on your body, it’s likely that you immediately think of the physical impacts; through conscious food choices, you can incorporate food into your diet that might help you lose or gain weight and/or muscle.

But your food choices don’t just affect your physical self; they have a profound impact on your mental, emotional, and spiritual self as well. In fact, your mind, body, and spirit are all affected every single day by your food intake in ways that you may not even see.

That’s why intentionally choosing food that works with your internal energy is so important: because the effects extend beyond your physical self and digestive system and have an impact on your entire well-being.

Below, you’ll find a list of healing foods for each of your body’s energy centers along with a handy chart you can print or save to your phone.

If you want to connect with a particular chakra, incorporate foods into your snacks and meals that correspond with that chakra. Be intentional with this practice. For instance, if you’re connecting with your root chakra and decide to add sweet potatoes to one of your meals, set the intention to connect with your root chakra before you start eating. As you eat, remain mindful of the energy in and around your root chakra. You might also internally recite some root chakra affirmations as you’re eating. (You can find links to affirmations for each of your body’s energy centers in the sections below.)

For an overview on all the chakras, you can check out my post on the chakra colors and meanings here. You can also find the entire catalog of chakra articles on this site on this page.

Your Journey to Your True Self

Who is your truest, most authentic self? When you close your eyes and try to picture yourself, who do you see? What qualities would you use to describe yourself? How have past experiences shaped you into the person you are today?

These are just some of the questions you can begin to ask yourself as you walk forward on your personal growth journey.

But first, what exactly does that mean? “Your personal growth journey.”

Personal growth entails getting in touch with your innermost self and looking into who you truly are: beyond appearances, beyond what’s expected of you, beyond even what you expect of yourself.

When you get past labels and preconceived notions, who is your authentic self?

It also requires you to ask important questions and respond with complete honesty. What does your heart really want? What limiting beliefs are preventing you from going after your dreams? What’s holding you back from living the life that was truly meant for you?

And as you ask these questions of yourself, you must then go beyond just asking. You must do.

What self-care practices will help you to align with your best self? Start those today.

What positive habits will serve and support your mind, body, and spirit? Start adding them into your daily routine this month.

What does your soul need? Let it in.

Below, you’ll find 45 personal growth journal prompts to support you in your journey. As you go through these questions, you might find that some take up pages of writing, while others can be answered quickly. There’s no right or wrong amount of time or space to use for these questions. Just keep digging for the truth.

And that’s the key, really: truth. Authenticity. Being honest with yourself.

Don’t simply tell yourself what you want to hear; tell yourself what you need to hear. But do so with love and compassion. If you find yourself judging or criticizing yourself for your answers, step back and gently assert that criticism has no place here.

Know that you are always, always worthy of kindness and compassion, even when you’re writing about your own perceived imperfections or mistakes you’ve made in the past.

The 12 Laws Of Karma Explained (A Complete Guide)

In this article, discover the true meaning of karma, plus learn what the 12 Laws of Karma are and how you can use them to create a life of genuine joy, purpose, passion, and fulfillment.

    12 laws of karma
Pin this for later! The 12 Laws of Karma Explained (A Complete Guide)

    What Is Karma?

What do you think of when you heard the word karma?

For many of us, our first thought is the saying, “What goes around comes around.”

Often, this is said with a negative connotation. When you see or hear about somebody who lies, steals, or treats another with unkindness, you may say, “Karma will come back around and catch up with them.”

While this is one aspect of karma–and the central idea in the First Law of Karma (The Great Law)–there’s actually a lot more to the concept of karma than most of us realize.

In Sanskrit, the word karma means “action.”

When I have a good thought or do a good deed, this goodness has positive effects and ultimately comes back to me. When I have a bad thought or do something that I know is harmful, the negative effects will ultimately come back to me as well.

Good actions beget more goodness; bad actions beget more badness.

But it’s not just about good and bad.

Rather, the important thing is realizing that every action has meaning; everything you do and say contributes to the overall whole.

And most of the time, what we consider to be “good” or “bad” is subjective depending on our perspective and life experience. This is especially important to remember when it comes to events happening in your own life.

When you believe something bad is happening to you, it may be time to take a step back and evaluate your life with gentle and non-judgmental awareness.

What lessons might the universe be trying to teach you? Are you blaming others for what happens in your life, or are you able to take personal responsibility? Could there be any goodness to what you perceive as bad?

Rather than saying, “This bad thing is always happening to me,” you have the opportunity to turn it around and ask, “What can I learn from this experience?”

How To Use The 12 Laws Of Karma

You get to decide your personal relationship with these laws and how you’ll use them to guide your own life path.

But I do want to offer this advice:

Don’t view these laws as rules that are meant to tie you down or fit you into a box.

The word “law” may have a negative connotation for some, as you may view it as an unbending rule that prevents you from experiencing true freedom.

But the opposite is true here.

The 12 Laws of Karma are not meant to limit or constrict you; through their very nature, they’re meant to lead you to a life of joy, freedom, passion, purpose, and love.

These laws are designed to show you the road map to a beautiful and fulfilling life. They help you to live in the present moment and find joy in this moment right now, no matter what your external world may look like.

And they show you the way to creating meaningful change and living the life you’ve always desired: the beautiful and abundant life of your dreams.

So as you read through the 12 Laws of Karma, allow yourself to gently explore them with an open heart, receiving them as a loving gift from the universe. These laws are not meant to hinder you but rather to show you the path to true freedom and to a life filled with love, fulfillment, and abundance.

    The 12 Laws Of Karma

    The Great Law

The Great Law, also known as The Law of Cause and Effect, fits what most of us traditionally think of when we hear the word karma. Anyone familiar with manifestation and the Law of Attraction will also be familiar with the concepts presented in this law.

The foundation of the Great Law is the idea that whatever we put out into the world is what we get back. While you may think of this in terms of actions (i.e. if you see someone drop their wallet and pick it up to give back to them, this kindness will come back to you), it’s also important to view it in terms of energy.

The energy you put out into the world is what comes back to you, whether you’re conscious of it or not.

Say you wake up every morning feeling frustrated and annoyed that you have to go to work again today. The shower water is never hot enough, the other cars on your commute are always driving too slow, and everyone else seems to be getting raises and promotions but not you.

You have a scarcity mindset; no matter how much you have, it’s never enough. Because of this, you emit negative energy into the universe. And even though you don’t want to receive more negativity, that’s what you keep getting: more scarcity, more lack, more lukewarm showers and slow commutes.

But what if you changed your perspective? What if you stepped into the shower feeling grateful for the running water that keeps you clean? What if you focus on the fact that you have reliable transportation to get you to work? What if every time one of your coworkers got a raise or promotion, you cheered them on?

Things change once you start viewing your world from the perspective of gratitude and appreciation; you emit positivity into the world, and thus, you receive more positive energy in return.

Do you want abundance in your life? Become the embodiment of abundance. Do you want love? Start with showing yourself unconditional love, then share that love with the world around you. If you want something, become the embodiment of that thing, then watch as more of it flows into your life in beautiful and miraculous ways.

    The Law of Creation

The first law flows effortlessly into this second law, and it’s likely you’ll quickly see how all of these laws are intertwined.

The Law of Creation states that you must take action to create the life you desire. You are a powerful creator, and you have the power to co-create your life along with the universe. But too often, we sit back, hoping things will work out but not actively doing anything about it. You must become an active participant in your story.

This doesn’t mean trying to control outcomes, forcing things to happen, or stubbornly staying on a path that doesn’t truly feel right for you.

Rather, it goes back to the idea of putting out the energy you want to receive. And it also means taking inspired action when your intuition leads you in a certain direction.

If you want to create abundance, first become abundance. Then, when you feel that nudge to take action, do so in a state of effortless flow. This is what co-creating is: setting an intention, telling the universe what you want, become the embodiment of what you want, and trusting the universe to lead you where you’re meant to go.

    The Law of Humility

Are you able to accept responsibility for your past and current reality? For instance, let’s go back to the “hate your job” scenario. Let’s say that you’re in a position you don’t enjoy, and you haven’t received the promotion or raise you think you deserve. You enter the office with a bad attitude and leave with an even worse one.

Do you blame your boss or your coworkers for your unhappiness?

Is there someone else a few cubicles away who seems to be getting all of the rewards you want, and you blame his or her success for your failure?

The Law of Humility is all about accepting that you have created your current reality through actions, choices, and the energy you’ve emitted. It’s about not blaming others for everything that’s seemingly going wrong in your life but taking responsibility for your current place in life.

In order to change something, you must first accept it. So in order to change the circumstances of the job you don’t like, you must accept the role you’ve played in creating your current experience; through acceptance, you remove your blinders, embrace the truth, and are able to see what must change in order to create a life that you love.

    The Law of Growth

Do you consider yourself a fixer? Do you good-intentionally try to change the people in your life in order to help them? When things are going badly, do you first try to change your external world (places, people, things) before looking internally?

The Law of Growth says that there is only one thing you truly have control over: yourself. If you want to make a positive mark on the world, don’t start with what you can do externally; start with what you can do internally. To change the world, start with changing yourself.

This doesn’t mean you have to become a different person. In fact, the opposite is true. The hardest part of growth often comes from removing everything that prevents you from connecting with the truest, most authentic you.

This also means that you may have to accept that you can’t change everything or everyone, even if you believe it would be in their highest good. Trust that if you focus on your own growth and your own path, you’ll illuminate the way for others. But it has to be their choice.

    The Law of Responsibility

The Law of Responsibility links closely to the Law of Humility (and, in fact, all the laws I’ve discussed above).

Can you take responsibility for your current life circumstances, good and bad?

The Law of Responsibility states that rather than looking for external reasons and excuses for why something might be wrong in your life, you must look internally. Because it doesn’t start out there; it starts in here. In me. In you. In all of us.

It’s important to truly evaluate your life from a place of non-judgmental, conscious awareness. What’s going right? What’s going wrong?

Instead of looking outward for reasons why something might be going right or wrong, look inward. Know that this isn’t about judging or criticizing yourself. (In fact, I encourage you not to judge, berate, or criticize yourself.) It’s about taking responsibility for the choices you make, whether that be an action you’ve chosen to take or an energy you’ve chosen to emit.

    The Law of Connection

The Law of Connection states that everything in the universe, and everything in your life, is connected: your past, present, and future.

No action or decision is insignificant because every action effects who you become. Your actions yesterday affect the person you are today, and your actions today affect the person you are tomorrow.

When I think of the Law of Connection, I like to think of the affirmation, “Every small step I take makes a big difference.”

I can use this website itself as an example. There are a lot of daily actions I take to maintain this website. There are also certain things I had to do only once or twice, like installing a certain plugin or uploading a picture for my author bio. I write and edit multiple blog posts a week and create dozens of Pinterest pins for my blog posts. I’ve changed the overall layout of the site several times, which is a task that can take a lot of time depending on the extent of my changes.

So is writing a blog post more important than installing a plugin? Is changing the layout more important than uploading an author bio picture?

According to the Law of Connection, no. Each step leads to the next step, and no step is more important than the other because they’re all connected. This is true for everything in our lives.

And this is true in terms of yourself, as well. You may think of some of your past days as being more important and consequential than others, but every single day you’ve experienced has created the person you are today. Everything is connected. Everything is important. Your past, present, and future are all intertwined and deeply connected to one another.

    The Law of Focus

The Law of Focus states that you should focus on one thing at a time, and if your focus is on spiritual values, you will not have space in your life to focus on lesser feelings such as greed, jealousy, and anger.

What are spiritual values? They’re feelings and beliefs stemmed in love, peace, compassion, trust, and kindness: positive thoughts and emotions that welcome more of these positive feelings into your world. Ultimately, you decide your highest spiritual values and what feels true and right for you.

When you focus on feelings that allow you to be spiritually aligned, you have no room in your mind or heart for negative energy that doesn’t serve your mind, body, or spirit.

The Law of Giving & Hospitality

What do you believe in? What do you want most for the world? Do you have a vision of a world that is filled with peace and love? Do you believe in selfless kindness and generosity? Do you believe in connection over division and compassion over judgment?

This law is essentially the practice what you preach law. The Law of Giving & Hospitality calls on you to demonstrate what you believe in and become the embodiment of your genuine desires for this world.

If you envision a world filled with peace and love, give peace and love to yourself and others.

If you believe in selfless kindness and generosity, be selflessly kind and generous to all.

If you want to see a world connected in compassion and love, give this love and compassion and become connected to all.

Let your actions reflect your deepest and truest beliefs. If you want to see change in the world, become the change by giving what you seek.

The Law of Here and Now

The only thing that truly exists is this moment right now. The past is gone, and the future is not here. True inner peace comes from embracing the present moment.

The Law of Here and Now states that true peace of mind comes from living in the present moment, and you cannot embrace the present moment if you’re always looking back into the past or ahead into the future. Reliving the past prevents you from engaging with your life just as it is right now. And when you’re constantly focusing on the old, you’re unable to create the new.

When you find yourself replaying events of the past or worrying about the future, gently bring yourself back to the present moment. Use all of your senses to discover the world that exists right now. You might have a grounding mantra that helps, such as, “In this moment, I have everything I need.”

    The Law of Change

Have you ever heard the phrase, “History repeats itself”? That concept is at the core of the Law of Change, which states that history will continue to repeat itself until you’ve learned the lessons you’re meant to learn and have taken actionable steps to change the pattern.

You might see this play out in all different parts of your life: relationships, career, and your own personal relationship with yourself. If you’re continually seeing the same cycles repeat themselves in your life, it’s worth stepping back and asking—what is the universe trying to teach me? Are there attachments, connections, beliefs, or old stories I’m not letting go of? Is there an intuitive knowing deep inside me that I keep ignoring?

Change can be scary sometimes, but when you embrace change and start on a new path, you open yourself to experiencing genuine joy, fulfillment, and growth.

The Law of Patience and Reward

The Law of Patience and Reward is rooted in the belief that consistency, patience, and continuing to show up day after day, even when you don’t see the rewards today, will bring true joy, peace, and fulfillment.

I think of this as the law of no overnight successes.

To help myself in moments when I begin to feel impatient, I think back to my marathon training program. When I signed up for my first marathon, I knew I wouldn’t be able to suddenly run 26.2 miles overnight. So I created a training program in which I ran 4 days a week with 3 rest days.

Each week, over the course of 14 weeks, I slightly increased my long runs and overall mileage by a mile or two. On the day of the marathon, I trusted that my consistency, effort, and patience in the process would pay off. And you know what? It did. Four hours and thirty-two minutes later, I crossed the finish line, my first full marathon complete.

Now, this can be a little different from other scenarios that require consistency and patience. While I had an exact date to work toward for my marathon, you might be working on a goal in which you have no idea when you’ll see the rewards of your effort. And that’s okay. Just know that showing up for yourself day after day and being consistent in your efforts is always worth it.

Meanwhile, don’t wait for all of your dreams to manifest in your reality before you allow yourself to experience true joy. Feel joyful now knowing that you are on the path, aligned with your purpose and passion, and exactly where you’re meant to be in this moment.

The Law of Significance and Inspiration

You matter. Your voice matters. Your presence matters. You were born with specific goals and talents that only you possess. Only you have lived your unique experiences. And that dream that’s in your heart? It’s there for a reason.

The Law of Significance and Inspiration states that every single one of us contributes to the greater whole. We all play a part in contributing to the highest good of the world.

And what you’re doing? It matters. When you put your heart into something and contribute your gifts and talents with wholehearted love, you are creating a ripple effect that you probably can’t even see.

You’re lifting up others and inspiring others to follow their hearts, too.

And the more positive energy and loving intentions you put into your contribution, the more you’re not only contributing to the highest good for all, but to yourself as well. You will get back all of this positive energy in ways you can’t even imagine.

So know that everything you do matters. Your purpose and your gift matter.

You matter. More than you know.

    New Moon Symbolism

Like the moon, we go through our own cycles and phases. Sometimes, we feel vibrant and energized, shining our light fully. Other times, we need to go inward and get in touch with our innermost selves for a little while.

The new moon offers an opportunity for just this: a chance to go within, refresh, let go, and start anew.

You might think of the new moon as a cosmic reset. During this time, you can check in with yourself. Are you aligned with your purpose? Are you holding onto anything you need to let go of? Are there any new habits or rituals you can start incorporating into your daily routine to support your mind, body, and soul? What is your heart telling you about your path?

The new moon offers a beautiful opportunity for any and all of these practices:

    • Setting intentions for who you want to be, what you want to manifest, and how you want to show up in your daily life
    • Connecting to your deepest dreams and desires
    • Releasing what no longer serves you to make space for new beginnings
    • Cleansing old and stagnant energy

    New Moon Rituals

    Plant Seeds Of Intention

This is one of my personal favorite new moon rituals, as you can complete this practice either through visualization or by actually planting physical seeds where, in time, you can watch them grow.

In this ritual, you’ll be planting three seeds that represent the intentions you want to set for the next month. I usually complete this as a visualization meditation, but there’s also something special about planting three physical seeds and watching them grow and thrive over time (just like your intentions).

Take the first seed and imagine yourself gently planting it in the earth in front of you. (Or actually plant it in the soil.) See your intention manifesting in your reality, and feel the positive emotions associated with this dream coming true. Express gratitude to the Universe for supporting you in your dreams.

Repeat this with the second seed, planting another intention in the earth in front of you. Finally, repeat this process with the third seed.

Once all your intentions have been planted, release them to the Universe. Feel peace, love, and abundance filing every cell of your being. End this ritual by expressing more sincere gratitude

    Write A New Moon List

In a sacred space (or somewhere that allows you to truly connect with your inner self), take some time to consider your innermost dreams and desires. What is your heart telling you? What does your soul truly need?

Here are some topics you might want to include in your list. Consider your list to be a way of communicating with your highest self and the Universe. You might even read your list items aloud under the night sky.

    • Everything you want to manifest in the next month
    • Everything you’re releasing
    • What you’re grateful for
    • The primary feelings you want to embody (joy, peace, abundance, love, etc.)
    • Any other changes you want to make over the next month, such as starting a new morning routine or making more time for self-care.

    Journal Your Innermost Feelings

The new moon offers the perfect opportunity to get in touch with your highest self, and one of the most profound ways to do this is through journaling. Allow yourself time and space where you won’t be interrupted. Create a space where you feel safe and at peace, whether that’s in your sacred space or outside under the stars. Consider what energies you want to release and what you want to embrace more of over the next month.

Here are a few sentences you can include in your new moon journal entry:

    • “I am releasing . . .”
    • “I am setting the intention to . . .”
    • “I am manifesting . . .”
    • You can also ask yourself: “What does my soul need?”

    Take A Detox Bath

A detox bath allows you to detox your total self: mind, body, and soul. This bath is meant for spiritual and energetic cleansing. During this time, put away your phone or any other distractions. Focus solely on your own inner tranquility. Sink into relaxation and self-care. By embracing your inner peace, you release stagnant energy within and make space for new energy to come forth.

Here are some items you might use in this bath ritual:

    • Essential oils, especially ones that promote relaxation, such as lavender, bergamot, and clary sage
    • Epsom salt
    • Himalayan pink salt
    • Candles
    • Dried flower petals
    • Crystals

    Cleanse Your Space

Because a new moon represents new beginnings, this is an ideal time to cleanse your space – both physically and energetically.

Take some time to physically declutter the spaces you spend the most time in. As you go through your items, ask yourself, “Does this represent the person I used to be or the person I want to become?” Get rid of anything that doesn’t align with the person you’re becoming.

You can also cleanse the energy of the spaces you spend the most time in by burning incense or lighting candles in the room. If possible, open the window so any old, stagnant energy in the room can be released.

    Do A Candle Manifestation Ritual

Candles can be a profound addition to your new moon ritual, as they promote inner peace, help you to release negative energy, and open your heart and mind to receiving.

It’s best to do this ritual with a new candle (or one that is specifically used only for this purpose).

Once you light your candle, start visualizing your dreams and desires coming true. What does your life look like when you have everything you desire? How do you feel? See and feel everything as if it’s happening in this very moment.

Then, speak your intention aloud to the Universe. Once you’re done, express sincere gratitude and let go, trusting that everything is working out for your highest good.

    Meditate Under The Night Sky

This one is exactly as it sounds: connect with the energy of the new moon by going outside to meditate. You might do a visualization meditation, such as planting your three seeds of intention. You could also do a walking meditation by taking a nice, moonlight stroll. Your meditation can also be rooted in affirmations for releasing what no longer serves you and embracing new beginnings.

Your meditation should center around whatever your soul needs most in the moment. If you need to release something that’s been weighing you down, visualize yourself letting go of these feelings, experiences, people, or things.

If you want to manifest your desires, let your meditation be about visualizing your dreams and setting intentions.

And if you’re not sure what you need, enter your meditation with the intention of clearing your mind and seeing what comes to you. You might ask the Universe for gentle guidance before you start.

    Communicate With Your Guides

This can be especially helpful for you if you’re not quite sure what intentions you want to set for this lunar cycle.

Communicate with your highest self, your guides, or with the Universe itself. (This can be done through meditation or journaling.) Ask for clear, gentle, loving guidance.

What should you let go of? What should you embrace more of? Where should you focus your energy? See what answers arise, but have patience if the answers don’t come right away. Your highest self may know the path, or you may need to step back and allow the Universe to communicate messages through signs and synchronicities.

Over the next few days, keep an open heart and an open mind to whatever messages come through.

    Express Gratitude

Gratitude can be incorporated into all of the practices on this list, and it can also be the center of its own special ritual. Expressing gratitude is a beautiful way to honor the abundance of all that you have in your life.

You can also express appreciation for all that’s on its way to you right now: your dreams, desires, and manifestations. In your sacred space, write down a list of all that you’re grateful for in your life – for what is, what has been, and what’s coming.

I’ve found it to be a deeply profound practice to also express gratitude for anything you’re releasing. Maybe these thoughts, beliefs, things, or experiences don’t serve who you are today, but they helped you to grow. Maybe the presence of what you don’t want has taught you what you do want. Even your fears can be teachers. Fears often exist as a way to protect yourself. You can thank your fears for protecting you and let them know you no longer require their service.

When you can step back and view your life through the lens of appreciation, you invite more beautiful people, experiences, opportunities, and feelings to enter your world.

    Let Go

Let go has a couple different meanings here, and depending on where you are on your path, you may need one or both to help you move forward.

First, the new moon offers you the chance to let go of anything that no longer serves and supports your mind, body, and spirit. Let go of limiting beliefs that are weighing you down. Let go of fears that are keeping you small. Let go of the stories you’re telling yourself about why something can’t be done.

And, if necessary, let go of anything in your physical life that’s no longer meant to be a part of the chapter you’re in right now: people, things, and experiences.

Letting go also means turning over your intentions and desires to the Universe. If you’ve spoken your innermost dreams to the Universe, allow yourself to let go of control and trust that you are being taken care of and supported in all moments.

Trust that the Universe is working behind the scenes to make sure everything works out better than you can imagine.

Trust it all to unfold beautifully, exactly as it’s meant to.

Don’t focus on the absence of your desires in this moment; focus on the abundance of all that you have and all that’s on its way to you.

Because when you focus on your abundance, your abundance grows.
